- Michael Mawson (8/5): Was very pleased overall with this older style flat which in my opinion was good value for money - The flat has every thing you need, its like being at home. Natalie the manager was very helpful meeting me with the keys and showing me around on the day of arrival at our chosen time, she is easy to contact to make arrangements.
The flat location is very good about a 12 minute walk down hill to the long sandy beach. There a loads of bars and restaurants about a 5 minute stroll away in all directions and a really lovely super market called MAS close by in the square again 5 minutes walk by the church. The flat is large with a double joined balcony 5th floor and you can see the sea in the distance The block its in is clean and tided with a locked gated entrance and locked front door (key entry only) The lift works well, and also stairs if you are fit ! The pool with sunshades shower and toilet is spotless and lovely and refreshing (key fob entry) with flat keys I would certainly have no hesitation in booking this flat again, Its about 15 minute walk ( 6 euro taxi) to the railway station that goes from Malaga central to Fuengirola inluding the airport for about 2.60 Euro and runs every 20 minutes easy and brilliant to use. I liked it all very much as I have said above however as other reviews some could say the flat is a bit dated / tired and possibly in need of a freshen up of paint etc, and a few minor DIY jobs doing like a couple of broken hooks in the shower etc. The decor, fixtures and fittings are typically Spanish (older style) really
Looking past these few small defects it wasn't enough to upset our stay in anyway *Note there are no sunbeds at the pool so you lay on the grass on a towel, perhaps a couple of folding chairs in the flat to take down would be an asset.
