• Catherine (5/5): So so - We liked how big and spacious it was. It had a beautiful view. The apartment had a mildew smell; the floors were not clean when we arrived and the hot water only lasted a few minutes. For a booking for 4 people, that was definitely not a highlight. In addition, the bathroom with the tub also had bad drainage where there was standing water. For the cost, we expected the unit to be in better condition.

• Hector (6/5): Great apartment, great location, tough to have a summer apartment with not even a fan. - Location was great, plenty of space, nice furniture and apartment. Didn't get the fans I was told I would. There was a heat wave and we had children with us. Called lovely stay and they didn't follow up after they said they would. Sleep time was the issue.

• Elisa (9/5): Ottima per soggiorni brevi! - La casa è bellissima, ben tenuta e soprattutto pulita. Spazi ampi, cucina enorme e fornita di tutto il necessario, idem i due bagni ( c’è un terzo bagno ma solo con water e lavandino) , nel complesso la consiglio per 3/4 gg, tenete conto del fatto che molte case a Lisbona non hanno il riscaldamento o l’aria condizionata, qua sono presenti dei termosifoni elettrici che aiutano a scaldare l’ambiente e si sta abbastanza bene. Per soggiorni brevi va benissimo, per spostarsi consiglio Uber o Bolt. Alcune parti hanno bisogno di un po’ di manutenzione, la porta del bagnetto non si chiude bene ed alcuna oggettistica è sul punto di rompersi ed andrebbe sostituita. Ogni tanto c’è odore di fognatura ma purtroppo è un problema frequente in tutta Lisbona a causa della struttura della città.

• RICARDO MIGUEL (10/5): Magnífico apartamento con gran tamaño y decoración de diseño. - La decoración y la distribución del piso hace de la estancia sea toda una experiencia en sí. Por poner algún detalle, podría tener aire acondicionado a pesar de que con las ventanas abiertas se está fresco.

• Ευθυμης Κυριακιδης (10/5): - Η θέα και η ίδια διακόσμηση. Τα άνετα κρεβάτια,τα μεγάλα μπάνια. Ακουγόταν και καταπληκτική μουσική μέχρι τις πρώτες πρωινές ώρες και μας κρατούσε συντροφιά. Δυστυχώς μέχρι και σήμερα δεν μάθαμε από που προερχόταν η μουσική να πάμε να την απολαύσουμε. Μετά λύπης μου το λέω δεν βρήκα κάτι αρνητικό.

• Helen (9/5): We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Lisbon, the apartment was a great base, loved the view from the window! - Loved the apartment and decor, fabulous view, loved sitting by the window in a morning. Few things broken, the dishwasher, tap on shower and window handles not closing. It wasn’t the cleanest, kitchen floor could have done with a clean, and pillow protectors were quite stained.

• Carolyne (9/5): Great apartment, great location, very comfy. - Great apartment - lots of space, comfy settee and chairs, really comfy beds. Furnished beautifully. Great view out the balcony. Kitchen well equipped. Location is great - right on a main bus route, just a few minutes to a tram stop. Good local restaurants and mini markets close by too.

The hot weather meant air conditioning and laundry facil - Beautiful apartment, very clean and a lovely space No laundry facilities available which is less ideal for a longer stay. No air conditioning, which was more of a challenge in the very hot weather.
• Paola (8/5): happy, coloured and high vibe stay. - spacious, well equiped, clean, full of light and good furniture all over the house. Very good hosts available to solve challenges all the time. good area, close to good supermarket and small groceries. - close to noisy avenue (Infante Santo) but has great acoustic windows to prevent from it. - we´ve received a wrong code to open the door which took us a bit of work to contact someone to give the right one - but everything was fast and eficient. - dish washer is a bit old and difficult to work and heating in on of toilets did not work - too many personal decorative objects in room and bathroom. Leave a few area for our belongings and we had to be careful not to break any.

• Sam (10/5): A perfect comfortable spacious apartment for enjoying Lisbon, and relaxing with friends and family. - Spaciousness and elegant proportions. Well equipped kitchen. Comfortable beds. Plenty of bathrooms. Views. Smile bar across the street was noisy with football fans singing in the street u til midnight. But double glazing was very effective!

• Gys (1/5): Pathetic service - Spacious apartment. The poorest communication I ever received from a host. I had to make several phone calls to get the check in sorted out. Poor directions to the unit meant that we had to walk around and knock on doors for help from strangers. Drains from the shower and kitchen smell bad in the house. Fridge wasn't working. No warm water in the showers. Electricity went off on the second morning. Reported it early in the morning but by the end of the day no-one came to check. We were then relocated at our own travelling expense to a smaller unit in a different part of town. No compensation was offered for our frustration and extra expenses.
• Anvina (9/5): Superb - Great place. Very clean and very comfortable. It is a beautiful house with beautiful ceilings. Everything went smoothly and the property was ver enjoyable. There is a bar across and it can get quite noisy at night. But not the fault of the host. We loved this place.

• Eddie (8/5): Wonderful cozy space with some wifi issues if that matters to you. - Easy check-in with keycodes to enter the exterior and apt. doors. The apt. is a large sunny space with 3 comfortable beds, 2 big bathrooms, large dining room table, and lots of room. Great decor is welcome in the age of bad IKEA design!!! Ditto for an interior and exterior balcony. Having a washer and a dryer was a bonus. While you still have to go up/down a few initial steps, there is a small elevator. Noise was not an issue and a few coffee shops are close by. Great view of the bridge from the living room balcony. The kitchen was stocked with only 6 coffee pods for a 5 night stay and nothing else. We did ask for some salt, pepper, and olive oil that was delivered the next day. For the type of stay, I'd expect enough coffee, tea, sugar, water - the basics. The wifi was fast at 80-100M, but cut out frequently and dropped so that video conferencing wasn't always possible - frustrating! If you are sensitive to light, the curtains and shades in one room aren't really "black-out". The main bathroom was missing one of the two window shades which meant everyone could see into the shower and toilet area. We mentioned it upon check-in, but it was not resolved during our stay. Hot water was sufficient for 1 shower before you had to wait 10-15 minutes for the heater to kick in again.
