• Robin (10/5): Un diez redondo - Muy buena ubicación, a solo 2 cuadras de la plaza y una del cenote. Totalmente amueblado y equipado con material de buena calidad (cama, tele, decoración) Benjamin estuvó super reactivo y amable. Volveré sin duda! Nada
• M (7/5): - Il proprietario Ray è stato davvero disponibile e gentile, mi ha risposto sempre a qualsiasi ora del giorno e ha risolto tutti i miei dubbi. La casa è un minuto a piedi da un cenote e questo vale molto. L’arredamento è carino e la struttura molto pulita. Le foto corrispondono alla descrizione ma la casa si trova in uno scantinato e quindi è molto molto umida, i vestiti e gli asciugamani lasciati appesi si trovavano quasi bagnati. A parte questo, se non soffrite così tanto l’umidità, l’appartamento è ok.
• Richard (10/5): Lovely basement apartment in centre of town - Central location, great communication from owner and fantastic recommendations for local places to eat We only stayed for one night, but if we stayed for longer the lack of natural daylight might get you down a bit. Having said that you dont visit a place like Valladolid to spend all your time in a hotel room.

• Sahar (10/5): I truly recommend this apartment to travelers. - I liked how easy it was to get into the apartment. After seeing the construction outside of the apartment I felt better. However I did feel safe once I was in the apartment. The construction in front of the apartment was alarming. Glad I pushed myself because staying at the apartment was enjoyable. I wish the shower was bigger.
• ILIA (10/5): El mejor alojamiento de Valladolid - Es un lugar increíble, muy confortable y tranquilo. En 2 minutos del cenote central y en 5 minutos de la plaza principal. Rey es muy buen dueño, que nos ayudo mucho con internet. Es muy atento y amable persona. Wifi funciona muy bien con alta velocidad. En el departamento hay todas las cosas necesarias. Aunque el departamento está ubicado muy céntrico, pero no se escucha ruido de la calle y es muy tranquilo. Definitivamente vamos a quedarse aquí en nuestra siguiente visita a Valladolid 😊
• Ramsés Giovanni (10/5): El lugar perfecto para disfrutar de Valladolid. - Fabulosa estancia, todos los detalles fueron perfectos: la constante comunicación de nuestro anfitrión Rey, la limpieza del apartamento, la localización súper céntrica a una cuadra de un hermoso cenote. Cada detalle muy bien cuidado. Nos sentimos agradecidos por todo, disfrutamos de Valladolid del punto más estratégico posible.

• victoria (10/5): Super petit déjeuner juste en face et il y a également un très bon glacier dans la rue - La deco est superbe, la proximité du centre ville pas besoin de voiture et le calme du logement

Das geht schneller und ist zuverlässiger als über Booking com) - sehr gute Lage - sehr sauber - das Zimmer wurde qualitativ gut hergerichtet und liebevoll und farbenfroh gestaltet! - Nette Kleinigkeiten, wie Wasser und Kaffee - gute Lichtquellen - Fön vorhanden (liegt in einer gelben Schublade) - Netflix etc. falls man dafür Zeit hat ;-) - gute Wifi - das alles bekommt für einen sehr guten Preis!!!! Ich würde sofort wiederkommen :-) Vielen lieben Dank noch mal für alles. Happy new Year! - wenn ich mir was wünschen dürfte, dann wäre es ein Toaster, um mir mein Frühstück selbst zubereiten zu können

• Maria (10/5): Great value for your money staying in a great, quiet location. Lovely friendly host. - This is a bright and colourful room. Very comfortable with great amenities. It is located in a basement with no natural light. Despite me normally being fuzzy about that, it didn't bother me as the interior is so bright and cheerful. There is a chair and table where you can sit outside if you feel like it. The apartment is in a great area. Quiet yet only 5 minute walk to the main square. Good cafes across the road and next door. The cenote is in the next block. N/A
• Petra (10/5): Amazing place, right in the center, but still very quiet at night. I would definitely book it again! - The room was so stunning! Beautifully decorated, very spacious, comfortable and big bed. When we got inside there was a beautiful music playing to welcome us. Fridge, iron, big bottle of water, … It was also pretty quiet, good to rest. Very kind owner always communicating with us through messages. And as a bonus I met a neighbor who does a really good massage! Not much!

• Xin Na (10/5): Lovely apartment right next to the square - Location was amazing - just a few steps away from the main square but not noisy. Apartment was super spacious and great value for money. Loved the filtered water available and sweet treats, great communication from the host when it came to check in. Wall paintings were really cool and loved the massive TV screen with free Netflix access. Exterior of the apartment was a bit run down with an empty pool and some broken tiles.

• Rosas (10/5): - Wow, es difícil elegir una sola cosa. Me impresionó la ubicación en el nivel subterráneo, súper agradable y privado. Excelente gusto en la decoración, atención a los detalles, amenidades, servicio de streaming plus de múltiples plataformas. Amenidades en el baño (Shampoo bath👌) un baño minimalista muy funcional y de buen gusto. El juego de luces en toda la habitación, con distintas tonalidades. Quedé muy impresionado con este lugar, y muy agradecido por haberlo encontrado. Que no me llegaron los mensajes de booking con la información de bienvenida como la clave de wifi etc. El dueño me mostró el envío pero no llegaron de este lado. Yo pensé que no había agua para tomar, pero en esos mensajes decía que había agua purificada en el dispensador de agua del refrigerador. Yo recomendándole al dueño poner dos botellitas de agua y me muestra el refrigerador lleno de agua purificada. Él muy atento se ofreció a rellenar mi botella de agua. 🙏 Gracias

• lara (10/5): Great find - great location! - This apartment well exceeded my expectations, I’m so glad I decided to stay here! It’s new on booking - I wouldn’t normally take that gamble, but I recognised it from another platform and the reviews there were all great. It’s a really spacious feeling studio, maybe because it has a relatively high ceiling and a nice staircase going to the door, which you can safely leave open all nd get some light in. It’s incredibly well equipped, you couldn’t get aod easily stay here for a longer stay. There’s aircon and a fan (the latter was sufficient I felt). you can pop go to the cenote pretty much next door, and one of the earliest breakfast spots open is across the road. booked really last minute and they turned up l quickly to check me in and checked in with me during my stay. I’d definitely stay here again!
