Dobbins (3/5): Good location, moldy apartment - Location was good There was black mold on the bathroom ceiling and black mold in the grout of the shower. Black mold on the ceiling in one of the bedrooms. Broken base boards in the entrance. Dish towels and dish sponge smelled moldy. The whole apartment was damp. No proper bedding on the twin size mattress, it was just a blanket placed over the mattress. Flat pillows, hard beds.
