• annarita (8/5): A lovely Balinese-style stay, even if just for one night - This accommodation was just a one-night stay for me, as I was looking for a place not too far from the airport. The garden is wonderful, and the property itself is beautiful, giving a true sense of classic Balinese charm. The lady who welcomed me was very warm and kind, even though she didn’t speak much English. The rooms are modern and extremely clean—I honestly couldn’t find anything to complain about or consider negative. Seminyak isn’t really my favorite area in Bali, but if I were to return or if someone is planning to spend time here, this place is absolutely a top choice and offers excellent value for money. I can’t say much more since my stay was only one night, but it was definitely a very pleasant experience.

• ELENI (10/5): Όμορφο μικρό διαμέρισμα με όλα τα κομφόρ. Όμορφη αυλή, ευγενικοί ιδιοκτήτες και κοντά στην αγορά - Ηταν ανακαινισμένο και ευρύτερος χώρος ήταν πολύ καλαίσθητος. Οι ιδιοκτήτες ήταν φιλικοί και το πρωινό εξαιρετικό σε πολύ καλή τιμή.
• Jelena (10/5): Amazing! 10000/10! - I like absolutely everything. The room, the garden, they have like a small kitchen with a fridge, the owners are lovely people. Everything was great! I will come back for sure. I felt like home. I will just recommend to put like a vegeterian western breakfast since I am vegeterian I had to eat outside.
• Christian (9/5): Warm and homey - Kaman guesthouse has a very cozy and safe feel. The people running the guesthouse are kind and sweet especially Jimmy, and the garden is beautiful. I would come back! The rooms don’t block sound very well. A dog barking, people talking out on their terrace late at night, you are likely to hear that.

• Pavlina (10/5): From all the places we stayed during our visit to Bali, this was the best one. - We stayed in Ubud, Sanur and Seminyak during our visit in Bali. This one was the best one, rooms are new. U have a kettle, it is neat and clean. The staff are great - they help you with anything you need. Also, allowed us to check out late, which was much appreciated, since our flight was in the evening. It was really kind and helpful for us. We are very thankful. These are ppl who know how to run an accomodation bussines. At our previous stay, in Ubud - the sraff was very difficult to communicate with and they were quite negative, which created huge contrast with this place. Thank you! N/A

• Roxanne (10/5): Excellent, highly recommend. - The garden and accomodation was stunning, my room was very clean and comfortable and the family were just delightful. The bonus was being able to have a cooked breakfast every morning delivered at my chosen time. I found Seminyak a bit too busy for me. Fortunately the property was quiet and serene but once outside the compound it was so hectic. Great if you want to be close to shopping and restaurants though.

• Valentina (10/5): Best stay in Seminyak - Incredible value for money, room extremely comfortable, new and the first time in 2 months traveling in Indonesia when I didn’t have a single bug in my room! The staff is super nice and they even let me have a late checkout on my last day there, 100% recommended! Nothing, even the location is perfect and the WiFi works well!

• Owen (1/5): Bad - Looked good from the outside. Where to start? Bed was so dirty as if the sheets hadn’t been changed from the people before with visible yellow stains and foot marks. The opening of the duvet was also at the top of the bed meaning they’ve obviously just flipped it from the last customers. There was no night time phone number to call for problems, we just got lucky one staff member came out at 11:30 and changed us rooms, very inconvenient late on at night, this room also had yellow stains on the bed. The staff member messaging me on booking.com is trying to say I checked out at 12:30 which is a huge lie as I booked my taxi to leave before that. The previous reviews of this place were really good but my stay didn’t live up to the apparent high standards.

Чистое постельное бельё и полотенца. На улице стоит столик, где можно выпить чай с потрясающим видом. В Kaman Bali очень вкусные недорогие завтраки, которые подают точно ко времени. Персонал вежливый и милый - выше всяких похвал! Спасибо за гостеприимство, Джими :) Напротив каждого номера стоят зонты на случай, если пойдёт дождь, а у вас своего не окажется - такое здесь встречаю впервые, была приятно удивлена. Супермаркеты, магазины и кафе в шаговой доступности. Однозначно рекомендую этот гест на несколько ночей. По утрам бывает немного шумно. Меня дважды будил пёс в 5:30 утра. Но это не было проблемой, так как я ложилась рано. Также были проблемы с интернетом. Он почему-то часто срывался :( Ещё очень бы хотелось иметь в номере свой холодильник. В этом случае, я бы возможно продлила пребывание на несколько недель. Но в остальном мне было очень комфортно жить здесь. Спасибо!

• Hashan (10/5): Value for money - This was the best place we stayed during our Bali tour. Everything was perfect, and the location is excellent—within walking distance to Seminyak and nearby shops. We requested a late check-out due to our flight, and although the hotel was fully booked that day, the staff kindly arranged a safe place to store our luggage and allowed us to take a quick shower before heading to the airport. Their hospitality was outstanding. Highly recommended! Nothing

• Christian (10/5): Perfect stay - Very friendly hosts, a local family who take good care of the place. Very new and comfortable rooms, the bed and sheets really feel premium, I had the best sleep here. Location is also good if you want to explore Seminyak but also want a quiet area, close to the airport and beach. I will definitely stay here again if I come back. Nothing, everythings fine.

During my most recent visit, there was construction in the street, limiting access to the property. Staff was able to help me take my bags through the construction site. And it sounds like the construction project will be done in a few weeks.

The whole family is so kind and welcoming — Jimi is always available, helpful and smiling. The rooms are comfortable and very clean, surrounded by a beautiful tropical garden that creates a perfect harmony between comfort and nature. It feels far from the noise and traffic of Seminyak, yet shops and restaurants are just a 5-minute walk away. We felt at home and will definitely come back. The room was very nice, clean, new and the bed was really comfy, so I had a good rest during my stay. They also came by to clean, which was nice. There was a bit of noise since the courtyard is just outside, but it was also a really lovely spot to sit and relax. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend it!

During our stay there was a renovation, which was unfortunate , but not too bad. The whole road outside is getting constructed. If someone smokes outside you smell it in the room unfortunately

• Jenna (10/5): - Kaman Bali Guesthouse is amazing. I was a little unsure at first because I hadn’t stayed in this area before, but the location turned out to be great. The gardens are absolutely stunning. There’s a little pond with a water feature that’s really relaxing to listen to. Every detail feels well thought out. The air conditioning works perfectly. It’s quiet and efficient. The room is clean, comfortable and secure. The Wi-Fi works great, and there’s a TV in the room too, which I didn’t use, but it’s a nice touch. The family who runs it are so lovely and welcoming. I’ve stayed in a lot of guesthouses, and while many have been good, this one really stands out. The garden creates such a calm, beautiful atmosphere, and it’s so relaxing just sitting outside the room. Honestly better than many hotels and resorts I’ve stayed in!

• Nicholas (10/5): Amazing! - This Guesthouse was so outstandingly good it should make hotels in the area scared, honestly I couldn't get over how well kept the garden was and the staff were so friendly it made my heart melt, one day it was raining quite heavily and I wanted to get some food and the Staff member Jimmy gave me his rain jacket and umbrella to use to get some food! What a nice touch. Everything was great!

Plenty of food options close by. Would have liked a small fridge in the room but still was more than happy going out for all meals. Plenty of options.

I extended my stay until i left because it was my first time to not worry about bathroom smell. The room is new. The lady who cleans the rooms does a great job thank you. :) Just wish the pillows were better but other than that i enjoyed my stay fully.

Nothing was too much trouble. Room was new (built/refurbed in Dec 2024 with the help of their architect son), location is brilliant - walkable to Seminyak centre - and yet the complex is peaceful. Beds are incredibly comfortable, everything was just amazing. I'd 100% recommend staying here and will be back, no question. You're treated like family but it's never intrusive. Had my laundry picked up and delivered back at cost by the owner. So many little things here added up to an amazing 2-week stay. Am so grateful for your hospitality. A mini-fridge in the room! Otherwise literally perfect :)

The best is the ample traditional courtyard and pond. Very nice local couple who manages it. Close to many good restaurants. I decided on Seminyak because this was were I stayed when I visited Bali 20+ years ago. It sure has changed and I hardly recognized it. Seminyak is good if you don't want to be too far away from the airport, but not as close as Kuta. Nothing
• Tsvetana (10/5): Exceptional. Very new and modern and SUPER CLEAN. Great value for your money. - Absolutely best place in Bali that I stayed. It's very new and extremely clean. The garden/courtyard area is beautiful and spacious and very soothing. The bed was so comfy and the pillows were even better. Honestly, this could easily be a fancy 4 start hotel. Shower was brand new and hot water no problem. It was like a peaceful oasis just tucked enough away from Seminyak city noise but close enough to walk to the beach (18mins walk). Loved it so much I didn't want to leave. NOTHING. Everything was perfect.

• Susie (10/5): Absolutely wonderful place and owners - I really loved my stay here, and would even go back to Seminyak just to stay in this room longer. So far it’s the nicest accommodation I’ve stayed at, everything was so comfortable and the wifi was surprisingly great. The owners are so so kind, friendly, warm, and helpful. There were insects inside but that seems to be the case no matter where I stay in Bali, every accommodation I’ve stayed in so far has insects so it can’t be helped. There was construction noise from somewhere nearby during my stay. However, none of this is the owners’ fault, they’re fantastic. I still give Kaman Bali and the owners 10/10!
