• Daša Manić (10/5): Spacious and clean apartment - Very spacious and clean apartment. Sound isolation is bad. Neighbours from the apartment next door were just talking, and everything was heard in our living room. It was hard to sleep during the night because of the noise coming from another apartment.

• Dionisis (4/5): Adequate infrustrure, lack of basic equipment and services and very bad communication from the owner - The property was new, clean and comfortable. Our family of four stayed at the property for 6 days and unfortunately our experience was as follows: 1. It was difficult to find the key collection point as there was no obvious sign outside the collection point. 2. Even though in our booking, it was stated that the property does not accept cash yet we were asked to pay in cash which we were not prepared for. This resulted in us being charged a bank fee that we had not budgeted for. 3. Upon our arrival, we were surprised to notice, in a prominent place, the existence of an IP Camera in operation at the accommodation! This practice blatantly violates personal data and privacy regulations. Of course we disabled the camera ourselves. 4. When our reservation was made, the accommodation facilities mentioned the existence of a fully equipped kitchen. Upon arrival at the property we noticed that apart from an induction cooker, six glasses, a plastic spoon and an individual packet of sugar, there was nothing else to assist in the preparation of drinks/meals for the 6 day stay at the property. When we informed the owner about the lack of kitchenware and more, he urged us to visit one of the nearby eateries! During our entire stay at the accommodation, there was not even an attempt to equip the accommodation with even the basic kitchen utensils. 5. The TV was not working when we arrived. Despite the daily update to the owner, despite our supply of batteries for the remote control, the issue was not resolved during our entire stay. 6. The property information stated that the distance of the accommodation from the center of Kopaonik was 2.1km. However the actual distance was 6 km. 7. The property information mentioned the existence of sauna and private swimming pool. However, the provision of the specific services was not for free.
