• Kateryna (9/5): Отличное соотношение цены и качества - Удобный подъезд к объекту с окружной, не заезжая в город. Наличие парковки прямо под отелем, камеры, спокойный пригород, наличие большого супермаркета рядом в 200 метрах. Лифт, что немаловажно. Очень удобная регистрация и доступ по коду. На ресепшион при заезде уже лежат ключи от номера и регистрационная форма. Сотрудников мы практически не видим. Допускают собак за умеренную плату. Наличие комплекта хороших полотенец, мини холодильник в номере, размер номера. Завтраки предоставляются за отдельную плату, но мы их не брали. Останавливаемся уже 2 раз и собираемся в будущем. Не очень качественные подушки, они парят, наверное, там есть какой-то предохраняющий от загрязнений пластик. Одеяла тоже синтетические. Чтобы поужинать, нужно на машине ехать в город.

• Cristian (6/5): Reasonable stay outside Sibiu. - I will start with the price. Compared to many other hotels, the price at that time was very good. I will continue with the room, saying that the size is quite good, and the bathroom is large enough. The parking is ample. Well, I would say that the breakfast is very poor and there is no restaurant close to these premises. However, at 5 5-minute drive, there is a large commercial venue. Other than that, I will not have any negative comments.

• Karolina (8/5): Idealny na jedną nocoodczas road tripu - Dobry hotel blisko Sybina dla osób, które cenią sobie nocleg w dobrej lokalizacji ale nie w ścisłym centrum. Pokoje czyste, bardzo przestronne. Dobre miejsce na jedną noc w trakcie road tripu. Psy mile widziane, nawet w restauracji podczas śniadania :) Śniadanie, które było dodatkowo płatne zawierało tylko omlet, koszyk białego pieczywa i kilka plasterków szynki - zdecydowanie nie warte swojej ceny i nie dla osób z nietolerancjami. Opcję szwedzkiego stołu - jogurt i słodkie płatki.
• Jiří (9/5): Malé, ale praktické ubytování na 1 noc při cestování za výbornou cenu. - Zajímavé provedení podlahových krytin, líbivý design interiéru hotelu. Vynikající cena, možnost parkování před hotelem. Blízkost menší prodejny s možností zakoupení potravin a potřeb. Solidní wifi.
• Silke (7/5): - Wir haben eine Nacht auf der Durchreise dort verbracht. Das gebuchte Zimmer war nicht verfügbar, dafür bekam wir ein größeres Zimmer, welches wirklich riesig war. Das war sehr angenehm. Das Zimmer war sehr hell, die Einrichtung ist in Ordnung, alles war tadellos sauber, die Matratzen bequem. Das Zimmer hatte einen Balkon, auf dem auch Tisch und Stühle standen. Wir haben nicht im Hotel gefrühstückt, können dies also nicht beurteilen. Wir hatten ein Zimmer zur Straße, wo es durchweg laut ist. Für empfindliche Menschen ist schlafen bei offenem Fenster unmöglich. Die Fenster dichten allerdings gut ab, waren sie geschlossen, herrschte ausreichend Ruhe. Wir kamen abends an, das Restaurant war geschlossen. Es sah auch nicht so aus, als wäre es ansonsten in Betrieb. Schade, wir waren etwas hungrig, wollten nicht wieder ins Auto steigen und zum essen irgendwohin fahren. Befremdlich, wenn nicht unverschämt, fand ich: Nachmittags rief mich das Hotel an, fragte, ob wir wüssten, wann wir ungefähr ankämen. Ich erklärte, dass wir noch Sightseeing und Fahrstrecke vor uns hatten, keine genaue Uhrzeit nennen können. Auf meine Rückfrage bis wieviel Uhr wir einchecken könnten sagte man, "bis spät, so 20.-22.00 Uhr". Ich ließ wissen, dass wir auf jeden Fall in diesem Zeitfenster eintreffen würden. Daraufhin fragte mich der Herr am Telefon, ob wir nicht früher kommen könnten, da er dann früher nach Hause gehen könne. Diese Anfrage samt Begründung kann ich nur damit entschuldigen, dass wir bei Ankunft gegen 19.30 Uhr einen sehr jungen, unerfahrenen Menschen an der Rezeption vorfanden, der vor seinem Anruf wohl nicht darüber nachgedacht hatte, dass das Hotel der Dienstleister ist und wir zahlende Kunden, die sich mit viel Arbeit einen Urlaub zusammen gespart haben und wir unseren Urlaubstag oder Aktivitäten selbstverständlich nicht verkürzen, damit er früher nach Hause gehen kann. Als wir am nächsten Morgen einen Kaffee trinken wollten, fanden wir keine Ansprechperson, so dass wir uns dann an der bereit stehenden Kaffeemaschine eine Tasse machten. Als wir vor dem Auschecken die Koffer ins Auto trugen, fuhr mich eine Dame an der Rezeption sehr barsch an "Bezahlen! Kaffee!". Ich habe mich außerordentlich unfreundlich angesprochen und angegriffen gefühlt. Selbstverständlich wird der Kaffee bezahlt, wir hatten ja noch gar nicht ausgecheckt. Service will in diesem Hotel noch gelernt werden.

• Jonas (3/5): Got it at a discount, still feel ripped off - - AC was broken (it cooled, but it smelled moldy, wasn't bearable). - the advertised restaurant was closed. - breakfast was too little and not exactly good, staff didn't check in whether we liked it / wanted more. - evening bar staff was rude and dismissive when we asked whether we could take drinks to our room. - there was an event in the hotel with music so loud, it kept us from sleeping before midnight, which we weren't advised of when booking. - there's only one restaurant in walking distance.
• Daciana (9/5): Good value for money - The hotel was very close to my point of interest and the most important thing, they accept animals. It was lovely staying there for the night, smooth check in process, clean room, all you need for a quick night away from home. -
• Dalibor (9/5): Would definitely return - Wonderful staff, nice and clean rooms, more than decent prices. A bit more soundproofing in the rooms facing the street would be great. That being said, there are also plenty of rooms in the back of the building and everything should be nice and quiet there.

• Daniela (9/5): Superb - Everything was very clean and actually looked newly renovated. The room was spacious and the bed was very confortabil. The staff at reception were very nice and helpful as well, it was a pleasant stay. .

• Alexandru (1/5): Baddest experience ever. - Nothing Everything from the start to finish. I booked this room for over 2 months and had to drove 600km for this stay but in the mean time the host organized some sort of weeding at the location and you were unable to stay at the location with all the noise. Beside this, the host guaranteed us parking at the location but there was no parking lot left and with a car with aproximate value of 50k euros I didn't wanted to leave my car in the street. The receptionist said "block another car with your car and leave me your phone number and I will call you in case of someone will want to leave the weeding" This is unacceptable for a host with guaranteed parking to say. I've told her that I would want to leave the property to visit the city and I would be unable to leave my phone number and to risk my car and she said "why do you need a parking lot if you want to go to the center". This was not her business what I want to do in my vacation and why I need a parking lot. Beside this, they have lost my appointment due to some ex employee that didn't managed my reservation right. I had to drove 600km back because of this because I was unable to schedule something else for the same period. I asked politely to free cancel my appointment due to bad living conditions and they still wanted to charge me the 43 euros untill I called booking to resolve the issue. It was my worst city brake in my 100 bookings. I don't recommend staying here.
• Cosmin (1/5): Worst experience ever. - Nothing. Everything! It's an entire story, so please read it. Me and my friend we booked separately one room each, two months ago, back in June. We picked this place because it says that is offers parking ans it mentions it is pet friendly, those two being the main requests for us. We travelled by car almost 600 km and when we arrived, we noticed that there was a wedding there and the parking lot was full. We parked our cars in front of somebody's yard and we decided to enter the hotel to discuss about the situation. When we entered, we asked about the parking situation and we were told to "park your car in front of somebody's else and leave a phone number so we can call you when that car wants to leave". We were planning on traveling to the city center by taxi or an Uber, so we wouldn't be around to move our cars for a few hours. When we told this to the front desk lady, she laughed at us mentioning that we don't need parking in this case. After this, we were told that my friend's booking was not found in the system and that he basically couldn't get a room. The front desk lady said that the booking was registered by an ex-employee and that he messed up (I don't know why that our problem). We decided to leave because it was clear that neither me or my friend were welcomed there. It is sad and annoying that we had to go through this experience as we were really looking forward to this staying. The desk employee had an awful attitude towards us and she didn't tried to do anything to help us. She didn't care about the situation at all. Avoid this hotel at all costs. There are way better accommodations in Sibiu.

We stayed here for just one night because we were in transit and even though it was a weding when we arrived, the recetionist gave us and gave us a room were the music is not heard and guaranteed us that the music willl stop at 12 which it did . clean and it has a good location! Near the freeway!
