- Ayhan (5/5): Too from town centre. - Scenery was good. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great. If you don’t have a car, the accommodation is too far from the town centre. Getting a taxi from and to the location was difficult. Jacuzzi pump was not working and had a leak at the bottom.

- Ayca (10/5): For a perfect runaway - I would like to give my thanks to Mr. Yunus and Mr. Bahtiyar. The place is very clean. I like the room, jacuzzi, outdoor pool. I see some guests complains about the way they reach to the place needs a bit careful drive. However that’s the point if you would like to run away from the city life. Staff were amazing and helpful whenever we needed. One message away. The burgers we ordered was nice. Everything was operational in the room. We had amazing guests, complimentary love by the cats of the place. I am very pleased to know Loca Sapanca takes care of them. Thanks for the service and all your help to make us feel like home.

Das kleine Pool draußen ist sehr angenehm warm Es liegt sehr weit oben am Berg, die letzten 100-200 Meter sind sehr schlechte befahrbare da es sehr steil ist. Das Holz für den Kamin was ich bekommen hatte war feucht, dementsprechend hat es auch gebrannt. Frühstück gibt es ab 10 Uhr. Habe am letzten Tag gefragt ob Sie es etwas früher bringen könnten da ich abreisen muss. Leider nicht möglich. Schade eigentlich das man für etwas bezahlt und nicht in Anspruch nehmen kann.

- Julien (6/5): Pleasant - The bungalow was nice, cute and like we were expecting from pictures, we were aware that the roads wasn't great at the end and bungalows was a bit off the city so no problem, very peaceful environment, birds singing. Very nice if you want to go out from big city. The service quality from the workers is poor, they are not nice, not welcoming or kind. Basic : "Smile and say Good morning" would be nice Almost not hot water, the shower head was broken, an electric cable was going out in the bathroom.... We ordered some food to the room service, they delivered us and at delivery only informed us that some dish were not available so we received half of our order, they could have informed before so we ordered something else at that time. They also replaced some products by other because they were not available but they didn't informed us before. Considering all these things I think it is a bit expensive what it is.

- Anasn2 (10/5): Outstanding - The bungalow is a beautiful wooden hut. It was extremely comfortable, spotless, and spacious. It is very well maintained and is located conveniently close to the village, yet in a secluded and quiet area up a mountain, which was easy to find due to the many signs along the way. The staff were polite, generous, and professional. We stayed for one night, which coincidentally was just as a huge snowstorm was beginning. However, the bungalow was warm and cosy. We ordered dinner, and I was really satisfied with their burger. Honestly, and I am not exaggerating, it is one of the best properties I have stayed at in the last 10 years.

Nevertheless, it remains a satisfactory option. The absence of a designated aisle for luggage and individuals with disabilities poses significant challenges to mobility within the premises. Furthermore, the lack of parking facilities for vehicles exacerbates the accessibility issues. The presence of numerous dogs in the area may induce apprehension among individuals with canine phobias, Additionally, the internal staircase of the cabin poses safety hazards, particularly for children, due to significant gaps between the steps. Furthermore, the mattress provided is excessively soft, resulting in discomfort and back pain. Moreover, the absence of a kitchen is concerning, as it is an essential amenity for a holiday home becauseyou need to cock and need to cutt anything, especially considering the lack of nearby restaurants or supermarkets. The nearest dining option is approximately 20 minutes away, making it inconvenient for guests. also it is soooo expensive.
