• Katharina Metzner (3/5): Das Apartment hat keinen guten Eindruck gemacht. - Es war geräumig und die Lage zur Innenstadt war toll. Aber das ist auch leider das einzig Gute, was ich berichten kann. Das Apartment ist deutlich in die Jahre gekommen und entspricht nicht mehr den Fotos. Es ist alles alt und kaputt, die Betten waren eine wirklich schlecht. Die Badezimmertür ließ sich nicht mehr richtig schließen und das Geschirr in der Küche war nicht richtig sauber. Die Balkone waren zugemüllt. In der Küche stand eine kaputte alte Ledercouch. Am Tisch konnte man durch zusätzlich angebrachte Beine nicht gut sitzen. Es gab noch so viel mehr...wir waren echt enttäuscht. Hier müsste wirklich sauber gemacht und renoviert werden.
• Elisabetta (9/5): Ottimo appartamento a pochi passi dal Teatro Massimo - Casa molto accogliente, dotata di parecchi comfort. Il padrone di casa, che abita accanto, è sempre gentilissimo e pronto a venire incontro alle richieste dei clienti. Posizione comodissima per la zona centrale di Palermo; molto sicura e ben fornita di tutte le comodità. Unico appunto: il materasso matrimoniale della camera da letto é a molle e per la mia schiena molto molto scomodo. 🥹

• Melanie (8/5): A very convenient location to get to attractions in Palermo. - The property is spacious - a double room with large windows and plenty of wardrobe space. There's also a single bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room , and another single bed in the double room. Everything works fine , the air conditioning, the bathroom facilities, the kitchen facilities. The location is great. Its between the old town and the Politeama area (more uptown, modern area , good for restaurants.) It's also close to the sea front , easy to walk to the port and the very modern Molo Trapezoidiale wharf and harbour. Everything you might want to see is within walking distance or close to a bus stop. ( on Via Roma, just round the corner) The buses are plentiful and frequent. There's also a couple of cafes nearby on the same road, good for breakfast, and handy mini markets. The owner lives next door, friendly and is very easy to communicate with, via Booking.com messaging. The foyer area is smart and the lift is very useful, stairs are also wide and easy to climb. I was disappointed that, although there is a balcony in the double bedroom , you can't use it , as there is a very large box in it , filling the whole balcony. Would have been nice to have been able to sit on the balcony occasionally. The mattress on the double bed needs replacing, it's very soft and squeeky.
