- catherine (8/5): Pleasant stay overall - The staff were friendly, warm and professional. We had a pleasant stay. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Facilities were well maintained. Once we turned off our TV- we weren’t able to turn it back on. When we called reception for help- we were given instructions but still- it didn’t work. Also, the didn’t have the golf carts anymore and it was challenging to walk to our lakeview rooms, esp. since we have a senior in our group.

- Hannah (1/5): Do not stay here! - The view, that is it. It was a ghost town our rooms didn't lock there was no internet, no cell signal, and they posted a strange man outside of our room. It took 5 minutes to get to our rooms and we checked out within about 5 minutes of being in a rooms. They were disgusting and we felt so creeped out by the whole experience. Also a majority of the hotel is shut down for remodeling and they don't let you know that. They put us in a very old ratty section of the hotel super far away from the entrance although the view is great everything else was terrible. And of course we couldn't get any of our money back. We filed a report with bookings specifically because we felt so unsafe while we were there. But of course they disputed it.

- Julaidah (5/5): Old but still functional with great staffs. - The STAFFS are great, very warm and welcoming, attentive, courteous and accommodating. The room for 4 people is spacious enough and has a good view of the lake. The linens and towels were all clean and comfortable enough. The facilities were old and needed updating. The refrigerator and bathroom fixtures were too old but still functional. The outside showers in the pool area were all defective and we didn't noticed if there were shower rooms. The food choices were limited and expensive. So it's best to bring your own food or just eat at the nearby restaurants.

- Leo_1947 (4/5): Might possibly go for a night if I could get a room at lobby level and there was no other hotel. - It was nice and clean and it had enough car parking space. The rooms were comfortable. They supplied free drinking water each day as well as clean bath towels and shampoo, etc. It was only 300 metres from Starbucks (which was a boon). There was no restaurant available and no bar. We needed an internet connection but there was none at any time. It was raining so some TV channels other than the one Tagalog station would have been appreciated. The entertainment facilities were poorly maintained and closed at 7pm. Despite there being no restaurant, food and drinks were not allowed in the pool area. Plus, access to the rooms for somebody with a walking disability and who could not climb stairs easily was a hazardous and painful endeavour.

You will wake up early, curtains not blacked out. And there’s a Zumba in the morning, people escape the metro for noise but they organise a Zumba,. In the morning when you want a serene ambience.
