• Daniela (1/5): Theoretisch schöne Aussicht in Steilhang-Haus - Aus dem Haus hat man einen schönen Blick aufs Meer, leider durch einen Strommast und Leitungen direkt vor dem Haus verhängt. Der Anbieter hat 5 Tage lang nicht auf Nachrichten reagiert und ging nicht ans Telefon. Es gab zu wenig Handtücher und keine Kochutensilien (Kochlöffel, Pfannenwender, etc.). Wir wollten gern eine zusätzliche Bettdecke und haben den Anbieter einfach nicht erreichen können. Es ist sehr laut im Haus, da man das Nachbarhaus hört, es poltert durchgängig. Die Einfahrt auf das Grundstück zum Parken ist absurd schief und schräg und daher extrem schwierig ein Auto ohne Aufsetzen einzuparken. Der Anbieter hat für alles im Haus Anleitungen, lässt einem dazu aber keine Information zukommen.

• Sandrine (9/5): Très agréable séjour, un très bon emplacement pour sillonner dans l’île - La maison très propre et tous ses équipements. La vue sur la baie Le très bon rapport qualité prix. L’accès à la maison est un peu délicat (pente très raide) La literie un peu trop dure
• Valentina (10/5): A truly comfortable stay with stunning views and everything we needed. - We had a wonderful stay. The house is very comfortable and equipped with everything you need in the kitchen. The beds are extremely comfortable and we slept very well. The house is very well maintained and everything feels clean and fresh, with no unpleasant smells at all. The temperature inside was perfect throughout our stay. The views from the terrace and balcony are absolutely beautiful and make the experience even more special. The location is excellent and gives you easy access to all parts of the island. We would definitely recommend this place and would happily stay again. Nothing. Everything was excellent.
• Jan (9/5): Sehr schön entspannt und tolle Lage tolles Dorf - Sehr tolle Lage, wer Meerblick mag wird hier nicht enttäuscht. Die Auffahrt der Unterkunft ist ein wenig tückisch, ich empfehle rückwärts auf die Straße zu fahren da man vorwärts gerne aufsitzt

• Mathias (9/5): Traumhaus mit grandioser Sonnenuntergangsgarantie - Die Lage an der Steilküste oberhalb der Ponta do Sol ist traumhaft, die Sonnenuntergänge spektakulär. Besonders der Balkon im ertsen Stock bietet eine grandiose Aussicht. Alle Räume im Haus sind sehr gut und komfortabel ausgestattet und geräumig. Die schönen Lokale und der Strand sind im Rahmen eines schönen Spaziergangs gut erreichbar. Ein kleiner Wermutstropfen ist die Straße, da das Haus genau in einer Kurve liegt. Das bedeutet ein wenig Lärm und die Zufahrt aus der, wie auch die Einfahrt in die Kurve sind abenteuerlich. Die Einfahrt in den Parkplatz ist etwas zu steil geraten. Bei unserem Mitwagen waren bei Ein- und Ausfahrt immer zwei Räder in der Luft.

• Sophia (10/5): Such an amazing house with lovely views, all amenities you wish for and in a perfect location. -
• Klaus (10/5): Ausgezeichnet! - Zustand, Lage und Ausstattung, einfach fast alles perfekt. Den großen Esstisch in der großen und top ausgestatteten Wohnküche haben wir oft für Spiele genutzt, bevor wir es uns zu Viert auf der großen Lümmelcouch gemütlich gemacht haben. Von der großen Sonnenterrasse hat man einen tollen Blick auf den Atlantik und den Ort Ponta do Sol im Tal. Etwas negativ ist die für PKW zu steile Auffahrt aufs Grundstück zu nennen. Für die beiden perfekten Doppelzimmer hatten wir je ein eigenes Bad erwartet. Als befreundete Paare konnten wir uns aber bei der Nutzung des gemeinsamen Bades im Obergeschoss und der zusätzlichen Toilette im Erdgeschoss arrangieren.

• Emanuele (9/5): Torneremo volentieri un´altra volta - L´appartamento é molto grande, arredato con gusto, con una grande cucina ed é molto silenzioso. Finiture di prima qualitá in tutto l´appartamento. Le stanze sono grandi e molto luminose. Tutto l´arredamento e le appliance sono nuovi. La casa é equipaggiata con tutto ció del quale si puó avere bisogno in termine di utensili ed appliances. La proprietá ha anche fornito il detersivo per la lavastoviglie e la lavatrice per i giorni in cui ci saremmo fermati. Posizione perfetta per esplorare l´isola. In generale ci é piaciuto tutto, abbiamo avuto solo un paio di piccoli problemi, uno riguardo la finestra accanto alla cucina dalla quale durante degli intensi temporali é entrata dell´acqua da sotto alla soglia (chiudere sempre le persiane prima di lasciare l´appartamento!) e la persiana della camera padronale fa un po´ di rumore se c´é molto vento poiché si muove leggermente nella sua sede, seppur chiusa.
• Ursula (9/5): Ruhiger entspannter Urlaub - Tolle Lage, großes helles Haus, sehr komfortabel,traumhafter Blick von der Terrasse. Nahezu perfekt.
• Melanie (9/5): Modernes, gut eingerichtetes Ferienhaus - Sehr moderne, gut eingerichtete Unterkunft mit allen Annehmlichkeiten. Vom Sitzplatz aus hat man einen wunderbaren Blick auf Ponta do Sol. Rund um das Haus verläuft ein kleiner Wasserlauf und so hört man draussen stets das Wasser plätschern. Die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll und wir fühlten uns sehr wohl. Auch die Sauberkeit war gut. Die Garageneinfahrt ist nicht ganz einfach (es hat einen grossen Absatz - am Besten rückwärts reinfahren).

House & yard is not big, but all rooms are spacious and small "garden" is very nice. House has 2 bathrooms which is also very comfortable - very well equipped house, including wash capsules for wash machine ... - although the house is surrounded by a road, the traffic is not dense there and the place is very quiet - quick connection to transit roads and highway (5 minutes) - you don't need to drive an hour up to the hills and back - sound of flowing water from levadas across the street - walking distance to nice the ledavas Moinho & Nova - definitely worth of seeing - hosting company could provide a short manual containing WiFi password, information how to turn on electric heating in case of cloudy weather (water is by default only heated by solar panels which do not work in case of rainy weather ), info that you must not change key box code etc. Just one short paper A4 format would be enough ... or a QR code with a link to some web page. - driving out of the yard was quite tricky, nearby road is steep and connection from the yard is also steep - Google streetview: https://www.google.com/maps/@32.6806903,-17.099927,3a,75y,25.69h,75.14t/data=!3m6!1e1!3m4!1sj4jwJFcUeBI-wieVcXhXNw!2e0!7i16384!8i8192?coh=205409&entry=ttu - outlook into the junction on main road is poor, there is a mirror on the opposite side but it's very small. Bigger mirror installed on the opposite side of the junction would help a lot ! although this is something not handled by house owner or hosting company
• Еліна (10/5): Гарне житло на Мадейрі із чудовим краєвидом. - Помешкання чудове, сучасна побудова, в хаті є все необхідне устаткування, постільна білизна, рушники тощо. кухня чудово обладнана, є великий стіл всередині, є тераса і імпровізований садок. Є два кондиціонери у спальнях, в одній спальні є балкон. Знаходитися там приємно, можна відпочити. Продуктовий магазин знаходиться поряд із заправочною станцією, метрів 300 від хатки. Пляж недалеко, але пішки ми не ходили - хатка знаходиться на горі, дуже крутий спуск, відповідно, підійматися було би теж надзвичайно складно. Але, на Мадейрі ніхто не ходить по дорогам пішки - тільки хайкінг в горах і левадах. Цього тут предостатньо) Є кілька нюансів, на які необхідно звернути увагу при оренді даного житла, а, можливо, і будь-якого іншого. 1)Машину необхідно брати з високим кліренсом, - дуже великі перепади висоти доріг, заїзд до хати теж став для нас випробовуванням - ми взяли Toyota Corolla, ніби, і не найменша машинка, але треба брати більшу і з потужним двигуном. 2)Інша неприємність стосується сусідів - через стіну, як ми зрозуміли, знаходиться хлібобулочна пекарня. І на даху у них є жахливий димохід. В перший вечір ми подумали, що в нас загорілася проводка, ми не розуміли, звідки цей жахливий сморід, потім ми побачили. Чудовий аромат свіжих булочок змішаний з запахом диму - цу не зовсім те, чим хочеться дихати вночі. Але можна закрити вікна і увімкнути кондиціонери, що ми, власне, і робили. 3) За 7 днів проживання не було ні прибирання, ні зміни полотенець. Ми, звісно, прибирали самі, це не складно, але полотенця можна було поміняти.
