• Anastasia (9/5): - Хороший интернет, хороший современный телевизор, удобные кровати и подушки, много места, посуды много , есть духовка, плита, в соседнем доме круглосуточный продуктовый магазинчик. Не было шампуня, не хватало хотя бы одной капсулы для кофе машины

• Boglárka (9/5): Jó helyen lévó ,esztétikus, ár érték arányban megfelelő szállás. - Nagyon szépen kialakított szállás, mi 5en voltunk így pont kényelmes volt. Hamar el lehet jutni bárhova a belvárosban. Spar, Manna abc, diszkont az utcában. Jól éreztük magunkat. Fűtés, klíma nem működött így éjszaka fáztunk. Második nap este nem volt melegvíz

• claire (9/5): - Très bel appartement, un peu à l'écart du centre ville animé mais parfait quand on souhaite des nuits calmes pour se reposer. Quartier agréable en pleine immersion avec les locaux de Budapest. Confortable, très propre et avec tout le nécessaire pour passer un bon séjour. Les transports sont devant la porte de l'immeuble: idéal pour se rendre en centre ville.

• Gheorghe Petru Dan (8/5): We were delighted . - The flat was excellent, clean, steady and confy, equipped with all that we need. The grocery store is just by the entrance door, so the liquor store, and cigarettes shop too. The tram stop is 60 meter (200 feet) away from the main entry door, and the buss stop is 100 meter (350 feet) away. The city downtown is directly accessible by tram, or buss.. absolutely stunning.. worth it, every penny.. The flat is well placed, close to the "Saint Margaret Hospital" and to the GOBUDA Mall, and many restaurants in the neighborhood. The single trouble there, is with the parking lot, there's no private parking, so if you are going there with your own car, prepare yourself for high, street parking taxes (1459 forint for 3 hours, aprox 3,75 - 3.80 €/ 3 hours), and you can't pay for more length than 3 hours, at once. (The payed hours, daily between 08.00 am - 08.00 pm), there are two underground parking lots in the neighborhood, but they are much more expensive and often inaccessible. I got two parking ticket, cause I missed to change the correct parking area code (the correct area code is 0301), using the "Simple - OTP group" phone app. (my bad)

• Jenna9404 (10/5): - Baráti társasággal utaztunk, Spartan verseny miatt szálltunk meg itt. Az apartmanról a képek a valóságot tükrözik. Nagyon szép és tágas, kényelmesen elfértünk és meg voltunk elégedve mindennel. A szállásadók a felmerülő problémánkat 2 perc alatt megoldották. 🙏 Az elhelyezkedése tökéletes, és az apartman alatt van egy 0-24-es kisbolt is. Biztosan visszatérünk még! 😊 -

• Eliška (9/5): Overall great stay - Very nice apartment, had everything we needed. We were pleasantly surprised that there were two toilets which is handy for a bigger group of people. The only thing that we’d change was the check out is really early and would be more comfortable later.

• MAHER (7/5): جيدة الى حد ما - الشقه نظيفة وممتازة جداً والاثاث شبة جديد والمضيف متعاون ولطيف 1/ موقع الشقه داخل مجمع عمارات على شارع عمومي ومقابل لاشارة مروية ممايشكل صعوبة توفر مواقف للسيارات حيث ان اقرب موقف برسوم واخذنا مخالفة للوقوف لمدة ساعتين فقط 2/ رغم ان المضيف متعاون ولطيف الا انه لم يسمح لنا بتاخير تسجيل الخروج عن الساعة 10 صباحاً وهو وقت مبكراً جداً

• Carolynsd (9/5): Roomy apartment in a good location near a tram stop and the tennis club - The location was very good for the tennis tournament we were playing other than they were over 100 steps to get up to the tournament, but it was only a 10 minute walk up, just not so easy carrying our rackets and bags. The door was difficult to open. It was rather warped. It would open easily in the morning, but not so easily in the afternoon and clearly needed to be adjusted. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay overall. There was also a tram stop right outside the apartment building, which is convenient for going into town and there were little markets all over the place and restaurants and a really good restaurant up by the tennis club. It was very difficult to open the door. You had to pull it and really turn the key hard in order to get in. We had to have someone help us get in in the mornings. It was easy in the afternoon. It was difficult. Also, there was no air conditioning in the bedrooms only in the living area and so it got a bit warm in the bedrooms.

• Zora (8/5): Very good - There was a problem with heating when we arrived but the property manager was very kind and resolved it quickly. There was an apartment renovation next door so starting 7 am it was noisy, unfortunately. There was a slightly bad smell coming from the bathroom but we were told it is normal for ground floor. Other than that, it was an amazing place to stay. Nice, quiet, well equipped, clean, close to all amenities we needed. Parking is not easy nearby.

• Ian (10/5): Exceptional - The setting is tranquil. The front and rear of the apartment look over shared enclosed private gardens. Dishwasher tabs, washup liquid, hand/body soaps, toilet roll available. I would guess there was probably laundry detergent for the washing machine too. Good range of pans and kitchen stuff, cutlery, plates, glasses. Don't assume the brown stuff is pepper. Cinnamon. lols! The apartment is well away from the front of the apartment block which is where the frequent tram services run from. There is no noise from that at all. Neither is there any nuisance or noise from the small but well stocked convenience store two doors down nor the bar next door. The store is only open 24 (twenty four) hours :-) A small niggle, personal maybe? Mattress did not suit me. I'm sure many will like it.

• Yelyzaveta (10/5): Perfect place to stay in Budapest - Apartment looks the same as at picture, 2 smaller bedrooms and one master bedroom with wardrobe, 1 bathroom with toilet and one toilet separately which was perfect for family of 4. Big dinning room with full packed kitchen including microwave, teapot, plates, stove, coffee machine and many other things so you can easily prepare hot breakfast. Located exactly at tram stop, bus stop is 5 minutes walk. You can easily get to city center with tram. 24/7 shop is located in the same building as apartment, bug please note that alcoholic drinks can't be sold after 22. Owner was kind and responsive, fresh bed sheets and towels were provided. Totally recommend 10/10! Only one exception - I am not sure if this place will be good to stay for wheelchair or partially disabled persons.
• Ali (9/5): Superb - I like the place was very confee & quite Clean .Easy self checkin. The apartment is equipped with every thing you needed as a family near bakery & two ✌ supermarket 24/7. Very close to the public transport! You need to buy cleaning detergent for the floor & glass cleaning spray.. The bellows were very big wide.
