The facilities were all good and the family that runs it were lovely and very welcoming and helped us sort out laundry, taxis etc

• Janis (7/5): Party unterm Bett? - Super Lage. Auf Nachrichten wurde schnell reagiert und Probleme schnell behoben. Die Plastikflaschen und Luftballons der letzten Gäste kamen unter dem Bett hervor als wir den Ventilator einschalteten.

• Vanessa (6/5): - Super central. Foi o sítio mais limpo onde ja estive no vietnam. Atée ficamos com receio de entrar para não sujar nada. A limpeza do átrio e dos quartos é impecável 10/10 :) a cama é super confortável, finalmente! Ninguém fala uma palavra de inglês o que torna tudo muito difícil. Nunca tive água quente =/ o wifi nao funciona nada bem. Faltam blackouts nas janelas (bom investimento), caso contrário às 5h30 da manhã somos acordados pelo sol. A cama fica mesmo encostada à janela.

The sheets were dirty and the bathroom was moldy. Plus, it's not cheap. the only thing that works well, the air conditioning

• Guest (10/5): - Nous avons vraiment apprécié le Green hôtel Personnel agréable, lieux confortables et très bien situés, restaurant délicieux! Nous avons passé un excellent séjour . Directement depuis l’hôtel, nous avons loué des scooters et pris une sortie dans la baie de LAn Ha. Tout s’est fait extrêmement facilement. Nous recommandons très sincèrement !!!

Nous avons fait changer les draps, les taies d'oreillers et les serviettes de toilette ! Le linge récupéré avait aussi des traces... Équipement sommaire, pas de lampe de chevet et le sol est poussiéreux.

The bathroom was very basic with a leaky tap, no toilet roll and a toilet that didn't flush very well. Some miscommunication about tours. Admittedly I was very tired but I couldn't make it work.

Personnel sympathique et arrangeant, ils ont gardé nos gros bagages pendant notre croisière. Très bon rapport qualité prix. Cat Ba en général vu ce qu'ils en ont fait... Lhôtel est dans ume petite ruelle, pas de vue dégagée car c'est construit de partout. Bien pour une nuit. Petit-dejeuner bof, mais vu le prix de la chambre, on n'a pas à se plaindre.

• Edith (3/5): dirty, hot and disappointing - was fairly close to everything and had a few good shops and restaurants nearby i have no idea how this property has such high ratings it was by far the worst place we stayed in vietnam. rarely any staff downstairs at the desk, air conditioning didn’t work neither did the tv, lots of mould in the bathroom and the bedding smelt of such strong chemicals and make both of our skin itch badly. it is also not actually called ‘green mountain’ outside.
