• Kathleen (9/5): Good for a stay in Hobart. - Location as convenient. house was spacious, The breakfast basket was very limited, the milk was almost the only useful item. A simpler healthier content would be better eg fresh orange juice, fresh bread rather than frozen.

• Elaine (10/5): - Many home comforts have been considered in the property. Nicely stocked pantry and fridge. Activities and games for our children and washing powder for the washing machine. We were very comfortable and would stay again and recommend to friends. The location is centrally located and found we hardly needed to use our car. Thank-you for a wonderful stay. Would have liked some plastic bowls and cups for my children for fear of them breaking something but otherwise no complaints.

Accommodation was spacious and very comfortable, and the location was great: between Salamanca and Battery Point. I would definitely stay again if I were revisiting Hobart. nothing

• Alexis Chaparro (10/5): 9.8/10 - This place is just gorgeous, I love every single detail of it. They've done an amazing job with the organization and the furniture. Wifi connection was poor and the breakfast had expired cereals.
• Jackie (9/5): Loved this cosy townhouse! - Beautiful townhouse has everything that we needed. Kitchen was well equipped, comfy beds, good size TV and great location. Walking distance to Salamanca markets and city centre. We also appreciated having warm robes, good size bathtub and nice smelling shower products. Thank you for making our last night in Tasmania so enjoyable!

Milk and bread in the fridge along with cereal, tea and coffee. Bathroom was stocked with absolutely everything required including hair straighteners. Very easy walk down to town and parking right outside. Recycling wasn’t obvious but maybe we missed an instruction.

The little finer details such as the toiletries and stocked bathroom including hair drier, straightener etc. was a and handy beautiful touch.

• Rhys (10/5): This is the ideal place to stay to walk around Hobart from and feel safe and cosy at night. - We loved the location because it was only a five minute walk to Salamanca place and the waterfront. Nothing.

Very clean, well provided - food, utensils, glassware, whiteware - all in brand new condition. Highly recommended. Hot water tempreture could have been a bit hotter.

Very clean and comfy beds. Highly recommend. Host communicated quickly with clear instructions. Nice quiet spot.

The beds were so comfortable. Loved the little extras such as milk, bread, cereals, biscuits and juice. The location was private and quiet whilst being so close to the CBD.

Everything that a person could need was there, and if you forgot something, this provided a good back up.

Because we had car, we could drive for my elderly parents.

The property is very clean, seamless check-in, and the location was excellent and very handy to Salamanca Place/Battery Point. Cannot think of one thing we would change. Other than wishing we were staying longer.

• Jane (10/5): Such a comfortable, agreeable stay in a quiet leafy location. - Highly recommend this accommodation as it is conveniently located to everything, extremely comfortable and yet away from the crowds. The beds were luxurious and little touches like bath salts for the bath were appreciated. Larissa even bought a coffee plunger to make me happy. I reckon this is the pick if you are looking for 2 bedrooms. Larissa was a superb hostess and answered my questions without delay. Fabulous having a bathroom upstairs as well as a toilet downstairs. We couldn’t ask for more in townhouse accommodation. Everything was great, excellent standard. I’ll just note the bath water was a bit tepid, still agreeable, but the only comment I can make. Having a bath was totally luxuriating.

• Li (7/5): Great spot but not for people don’t have OCD - It’s was a lovely spot, very clean and well displayed when we checked in The stander for check out wasn’t reasonable. We was asked to pay for missing puzzles which was opened and someone already completed some of the puzzles. As we have a young child, we put away the puzzles back to the box, it’s unsafe for my infant to have small pieces around. They also tried to charged me extra clean fee, which I already cleaned up the kitchen, throw away rubbish. The only thing left for them to throw away in the kitchen was a box with 4 empty cider bottles and one campaign bottle. We left used towels for them to wash and a half full bin in the shower. If I had any ideas the check out stander is like how we check in, I will never stay at this place
• Certina (10/5): Convenient location if you are going to the Salamanca Market the next day! - Convenient location if you are going to the Salamanca Market the next day, as it is within walking distance and you can leave the car at the property parking spot. It has 2 storeys, plenty of room for 4 people. The extra toilet at the back on the ground floor was good when you travel with a group. The bathroom on the second floor includes shower and toilet. The host was very nice and communication was good :) Nothing really.
• Kellie (10/5): I would definitely stay here again. The apartment is in a great location. Just a short walk over to Salamanca. - The property was so clean and tidy. Both bedrooms were upstairs with the kitchen and living downstairs, giving everyone lots of space. We loved finding the milk and loaf of bread in the fridge and the breakfast cereals on the bench! Games for the kids also. We loved everything !
• Christina (6/5): Perfect position - We loved the position of this property. It is a well equipped property and very comfortable. Great parking onsite. The shower water temperature was barely lukewarm for all showering. So in Hobart on a cold morning it was very unpleasant for all.

• Sumita (10/5): Highly recommend this accommodation! Excellent location and lovely home. - Excellent property- very comfy and homey. Larissa our host was very responsive to messages and helpful. The house is so well located- close to Salamanca market, and if you join tours, close to the pick up point on Davey street. We really loved our stay here. It did feel like another home away from home! All the necessary facilities were made available and this home was well heated given the cold windy days we experienced in Hobart. Very little not to like!
