• Paco Soria (6/5): Three days without hot water - The apartment is good, modern and comfortable. There wasn't HOT water in the apartment. We couldn't have a shower during three days. We contacted to the manager but it wasn't solved till the third day. This is unacceptable in a place for tourists like this when you pay a considerable amount.

• Sachi (9/5): - 何かあってもチャットでの連絡がすぐ取れるので安心でひた。しかも案内も丁寧です。朝に到着したにも関わらず部屋の準備ができていたのですぐに入らせてもらったのも凄くありがたかったです。 部屋には何でも揃ってます。キッチン関係も部屋もトイレも問題なしです。 部屋も清潔で夜も静かで落ち着いて滞在できました。 一階に泊まりましたが、部屋まで少し階段を登らなければならず荷物を持って登るのが少し大変でした。でも海外ならこれくらいあり得るかなと思うので許容範囲です。
• Susan (5/5): The apartment was adequate but the surrounding left a lot to be desired - Location, near metro station, The room was not ready for us at 3.20 pm We were very disappointed when we arrived at the property as the front door and entry hall was dirty , there was discarded pallets, plastic bags motorbike and a motorbike tyre, dirty floors, steps needed sweeping and cleaning The next level area had rubbish and was dirty. The place was described as having a garden, this had a discarded pallet , bins overflowing with rubbish and generally needing a good sweep and clean , not a very good first impression of Budapest . The apartment however was ok though the exposed pipe work on the water tank and wires in the bathroom was an eye sore. We had issues with the shower head.

• Andrea (9/5): Ajánlom a szállást, városnézéssel nagyon jó kiindulópont. - Az elhelyezkedése nagyon jó, közelben tömegközlekedési eszközök, boltok az önellátáshoz. Az apartman jól felszerelt, kényelmes. Ár-érték arányban nagyon megfelelő. A TV-t nem tudtuk használni, de nem is fontos.

В номері є посуд, чайник ,духовка, плита і т.д. Інструкція для поселення дуже детальна, адміністратор на звʼязку. Хотілось би ретельніше прибраного номера.

• Ceren (9/5): - Konumu metroya çok yakındı ve güvenliydi. Oda gayet büyüktü ve ihtiyacım olan her şey vardı. Apartmana ve odaya iki ayrı kod ile giriliyor bu da daha güvende hissettiriyor. Ben soğuk bi zamanda gitmeme rağmen odanın içi hep sıcaktı. Mutfakta yemek yapmak için kullanılabilecek her türlü alet vardı. Dışardan ve yan odadan ses gelebiliyor ama rahatsız edecek kadar fazla değildi.

Gražūs, jaukūs ir švarūs apartamentai. Yra visa reikiama įranga. Buvo šaltoka, gal dėl to kad aukštos lubos ir nespėja prišilti kambarys nuo kondicionieriaus. Ir spinta atrodo yra, tačiau tik į viršutinę lentyną galima kažką susidėti, trūksta kabyklos, kuri ir turėtų ten būtų. Tai pritrūko vietos susidėti rūbus. Kelis vakarus labai stipriai girdėjosi kaimynai, tačiau pranešus apie tai šeimininkams jie staigiai į tai sureagavo ir viskas buvo sutvarkyta.
• Giu (7/5): Si può fare i più ma il potenziale c'è - Ha tutto il potenziale per ottenere il massimo del punteggio. L'appartamento è carino e si trova in una zona centrale, a pochi passi dalla metro gialla, e abbastanza tranquilla. I proprietari sono super disponibili e molto gentili. Il check-in è automatico e può essere effettuato anche in tarda serata in autonomia. I piatti erano sporchi ed i cuscini veramente troppo scomodi (almeno per noi). Il bagno ha una finestra ma quando abbiamo provato ad aprirla abbiamo notato diversi rifiuti fuori e l'odore era nauseabondo, per cui non abbiamo potuto farlo arieggiare. Inoltre, nel bagno non c'è nulla per poter appoggiare beauty case o cose simili e fa molto caldo (c'è la caldaia). Se potessi valuterei 3 stelle su 5 perché c'è tanto da migliorare ma se state per 2-3 notti va piu che bene.

• Ivana (9/5): Céntrico y cómodo, pero faltan cositas… - Nos gustó mucho la tranquilidad del barrio, la ubicación, cerca del metro y hay un Lidl en la esquina de la misma calle. Comodidad para entrar y salir del apartamento. Es un apartamento muy cálido, no hace falta encender la calefacción. Faltaba menaje de cocina, no había ninguna sartén, ni colador. El extractor no funcionaba y no había cafetera de ningún tipo. La barra de la ducha tenía como topes unos palillos de las orejas… También había una luz del techo fundida, que es lo de menos. No tuvimos cambio de toallas en 6 días.

• Sarbjeet (4/5): Poorly maintained apartment. Horrible customer service. Good location - The apartment was very spacious. The location is District 6 with beautiful neighborhood, Matinee coffeeshop and the vicinity to the oldest metro line M1 The apartment hasn't be maintained at all. The flooring is patchy at best. The bathroom door handles come off easily because they are broken and there were even some insects in the apartment. The reality is worse than the pics they show on this app. I reached out to customer service with my issues. Initially they talked about some refund or a way to make up for this. They asked me to share pics over WhatsApp which I did and after that they have ghosted me. No response. I wouldn't ever recommend anyone to stay at this property.

• OdeCologne (8/5): - Gute Lage in schönem Viertel mit guter Busanbindung und Lidl Supermarkt um die Ecke. Bequemes Bett und großzügiger Raum mit hohen Decken und Altbauflair. Irreführende.Beschilderung bezüglich WLAN Zugang in der Küche. Etwas dunkel, weil sich Sonnenschutz nicht öffnen ließ. In dem gesamten Haus gibt es fast nur Airbnb Wohnungen, Budapester Bürgerinnen und Bürger werden so verdrängt und Mieten für die in die Höhe getrieben, es ist ein fragliches Geschäftsmodell, das ich eigentlich nicht unterstützen möchte.

Al nostro arrivo si è staccata dal muro il mobile protettivo del quadro elettrico cadendomi addosso. Abbiamo provato a contattare la struttura invano, ricevendo solo risposte generate dall' intelligenza artificiale. Avremmo preferito parlare con qualcuno fisicamente e magari trovarlo lì al nostro arrivo, invece nulla.

• Zoi (6/5): Όμορφος χώρος, χρειάζονται βελτιώσεις! - Μου άρεσε πολύ η τοποθεσία του διαμερίσματος, καθώς ήταν σε βολικό σημείο. Το στυλ και η διακόσμηση του δωματίου ήταν πολύ όμορφα και προσεγμένα. Επίσης, το δωμάτιο είχε αρκετή ζέστη και πάντα ζεστό νερό, κάτι που έκανε τη διαμονή μας πιο άνετη. Βρήκαμε το διαμέρισμα εύκολα, καθώς οι οδηγίες που μας δόθηκαν ήταν σαφείς και κατατοπιστικές. Δεν μου άρεσε ότι έλειπε ένα μεγάλο κομμάτι από το ταβάνι στον χώρο της κουζίνας, κάτι που έδινε αίσθηση εγκατάλειψης. Επίσης, στο ισόγειο διαμέρισμα έλειπε κουρτίνα από ένα παράθυρο, με αποτέλεσμα να φαινόμαστε από τον δρόμο και να νιώθουμε εκτεθειμένοι. Στο ίδιο παράθυρο δεν υπήρχε ούτε ολοκληρωμένο παντζούρι, γεγονός που επιδείνωνε το θέμα της ιδιωτικότητας. Θα ήταν επίσης χρήσιμο να υπάρχει μία επιπλέον κουβέρτα για όσους κρυώνουν περισσότερο. Τέλος, η ηχομόνωση ήταν ανεπαρκής· το δεύτερο βράδυ οι γείτονες έκαναν πάρτι για αρκετές ώρες, με αποτέλεσμα να μην μπορούμε να ξεκουραστούμε.

Cucina accessoriata per ogni necessità. Assortimento di asciugamani. Impianto di aria condizionata. TV con accesso a piattaforme di streaming. L'appartamento era ordinato e pulito, ma non pulitissimo in alcuni punti. La luce dell'atrio esterno, fuori dalla porta di ingresso alle stanze, ha continuato ad accendersi e spegnersi a cadenza irregolare per tutta la notte nonostante non ci fosse nessuno.. forse qualcosa faceva interferenza con la fotocellula. A parte ciò decisamente un appartamento nel quale soggiornerei nuovamente con piacere, la prossima volta che sarò a Budapest!

• Hoai linh (2/5): Nikdy vic! - Pobyt je blízko centra, takže lokalita je velice v poradku, kousek od metra, za rohem je Lidl na nakup, v okolí obchody, to je snad jediné pozitivum našeho pobytu Kde začít, vezmu to asi celé od začátku: po příjezdu jsme měli problem s otevřením hlavních dveří do budovy ,kontaktovali jsme ubytování, které se ozvalo až následující den ,takže kdybychom nekontaktovali booking ,tak prvni večer strávíme pod širákem, další perlička po příjezdu byla, ze jsme našli plíseň v kuchyni(chtela bych na okraj zmínit, ze přítel je těžký alergik a kvůli tomuto problému jsme kupovali prášky na alergii,cely pobyt jsme si chtěli vařit jídlo sami,takze kvuli tomuto problému jsme nemohli a tim se nám pobyt zas o něco prodražil ) kontaktovali jsme ubytování, cely den opět bez odpovědi. ve zprávě jsme se také zmínili, ze nám nefunguje topení v hlavni místnosti (u vchodových dveří fungovalo) coz taky neni uplne ideální,kdyz bylo v Budapešti už přes den -10 stupňů natož vecer, takze jsme 2vecery z celkovych 4 promrzli, přes noc se budili zimou takze taky uzasne. Následující den se ozvali s tim,ze se omlouvají a ze pošlou nekoho na uklid a opravu topení, zmínila jsem už oproti těmto věcem další blbost, což byly dveře od koupelny/ wc ze nejdou zavřít, vecer jsme přijeli a vše bylo při starém, žádná změna, tak jsme opět kontaktovali ubytování,s tim ze už jsme toho měli dost a chceme bud vyměnit apartmán a nebo refundaci,na to odpověděli téměř okamžitě,ze se strašně omlouvají a ze pošlou opět nekoho na uklid (ze prý uklidili plíseň jeste někde jinde) a ze nám uklidili (složili postel, vytřeli v předsíni podotýkám), ale na refundaci či výměnu bytu nereagovali vubec. Nakonec na vecer přišel nějaký pan s tim,ze topeni je rozbité a fungovat ani nebude ale ze nám přinese dva maly přímotopy, s panem jsem musela resit i dvere od koupelny a ukázat mu plíseň aby se to konečně vyresilo. Takze nam veci poradne začali “fungovat” az třetí den na vecer z celkových 4 dnu.

• Natalia (7/5): - Największym plusem była lokalizacja, blisko do komunikacji miejskiej poruszającej się praktycznie do wszystkich atrakcji. Apartament dobrze zaopatrzony w sprzęt kuchenny, wygodne łóżko. Stosunek jakości do ceny. Czysta i świeża pościel oraz ręczniki. Bardzo dobra komunikacja z właścicielem. Apartament nie był odpowiednio posprzątany po poprzednich gościach. W jednym oknie brakowało zasłony oraz jednej okiennicy przez co trzeba go było zasłonić narzutą na łóżko ponieważ mieszkaliśmy na parterze. Łazienka wymaga odświeżenia. Największym problemem był prysznic, który zalewał całą łazienkę przez brak odpowiedniego nachylenia do odpływu.
