• Melissa (7/5): Nice and clean. But noisy, right on the sidewalk and expensive - The studio itself js really clean and nice. Very well equipped. However, the door to the studio in not only on the ground floor but it opens directly to the sidewalk. Moreover its next to an autoshop os sorts so you can here noise from there as early af 4:00 am on a Saturday. Customer service is not available after 20h. And its quite expensive for what it is.
• Nadia (1/5): - El barrio donde se ubica Todo. Las instalaciones están muy muy descuidadas. Sofá roto, todos los utensilios de cocina sucios, fregona sucia y con muy mal olor, las peores almohadas que existen…Y la atención al cliente pésima, te contestan rápido pero sin ningún tipo de solución. Nos quedamos sin agua caliente y aún estamos esperando respuesta. Además el anuncio ponía que disponía de microondas y el apartamento 5 no tiene microondas. No se lo recomiendo a nadie.

Ideaal Veel herrie van de straat, gillende jongeren, en gehorig, tijdens de nacht de wasmachine van de buren horen draaien inclusief de piepjes toen de machine klaar was
• Blouse (6/5): - Bonjour, Nous avons quitté le logement à 6h ce matin. J'ai quelques remarques à faire concernant le logement. Nous sommes arrivés le 24/04 à 17h30, le ménage n'avait pas été fait. Nous avons donc commencé notre lit. Vers 18h, la porte s'ouvre et la dame de ménage rentre, étonnée de nous voir là. Pourquoi mettre que le logement est disponible à 15h alors? Le ménage a été succinct : juste la salle de bain et elle a refait le lit, c'est tout. Le sol n'était pas propre et c'est resté comme cela. La porte d'entrée, c'est juste horrible de l'ouvrir, chaque fois on devait s'y reprendre au moins 10 fois. Chaque fois ce stress de rester à la rue. Merci quand même le logement était chouette. Belle journée

No se arriesgues en este tipo de lugares perderán el dinero y los harán pasar un mal rato. Siempre hospedando en lugares con atención las 24 gente que de verdad le importan las personas De lo peor. Comoda la posizione vicino alla fermata della metro. Luce uscita di sicurezza sempre accesa che disturbava il sonno, l’ingresso e le finestre direttamente al livello della strada, il trapuntino del letto non era pulito

• Miguel Vera León (8/5): Bien equipado y cómodo - Nos alojamos en un departamento de 1 dormitorio con cama doble y sofá cama. El dormitorio es amplio, con un armario grande, y una cama de dos plazas bastante cómoda. El sofá cama también es suficientemente cómodo. El living-comedor-cocina está bien distribuido y equipado, cuenta incluso con lavadora. Tiene aire acondicionado en el dormitorio y living (en invierno funcionó muy bien como calefacción). Cuenta con un buen sistema de seguridad en la puerta (que da a la calle) y cortina metálica eléctrica en todas las ventanas. De todas formas el barrio parece tranquilo, y tiene servicios de todo tipo a solo unos pasos, además del metro a solo dos cuadras. Tuvimos una breve confusión al llegar para identificar el lugar exacto, pero nos atendieron rápido la llamada y resolvieron nuestra duda. La habitación tiene espacio de sobra, lo que no es malo, pero vendría bien ocuparlo con una mesa o escritorio. El baño es algo angosto y con puerta corrediza sin seguro, lo que puede ser un poco incómodo. El lavaplatos es muy pequeño, conviene lavar de a pocos porque sino salpica agua a todos lados, creo que hay espacio de sobra para uno más grande.

• Davide (9/5): - Very convenient solution in Madrid. The apartment is very close to a metro station which is served by Line 1, so one can reach the city center in a resonable time. The Chamartin station is also a couple of stops from it. One directly enters the apartment by inserting a code, which is very convenient. The apartment is very essential but is OK for a short stay of one/two people. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, at least for me (I have similar ones myself). The kitchen had everything needed for cooking breakfast or a quick meal. The apartment is at the ground floor and one accesses it directly via the front door, so it can get noisy in the evening even though it is not in a central zone. I knew that in advance and brought ear plugs. It does get quite quiet at night but I wasn't there for the weekend. While there is a dishwasher, providing some things to wash dishes manually would be great.

Ho risieduto per due notti per lavoro e tornare in un posto così confortevole è stato rigenerante Se proprio devo trovare dei difetti sono solo due: - la struttura si affaccia quasi direttamente sulla strada e la mattina i rumori della città possono disturbare - lo scarico del lavandino del bagno è davvero lento, che mi ha portato a lavarmi i denti in cucina. La salida del aire en la habitación funciona razonablemente pero no así la salida del salon-comedor, con el agravante de que la puerta de la calle no está bien aislada y deja pasar mucho frío del exterior. Baste dar un dato: no conseguimos superar los 19 grados de temperatura en ningún momento de la estancia. Por otra parte, echamos de menos unas servilletas y un paño de cocina.

Hyvä sänky, vaikkakin vähän kapeahko. Tv:stä ei saatu ääntä millään pienemmälle, se meni vain pois päältä kokonaan. Tyynyt oli tosi huonoja. Ja kun asunnossa on uuni, olisi uunivuoka ollut tosi kiva juttu.

À côté de la Ligne 1 du métro qui conduit à la gare et à tous les quartiers dignes d’intérêt. Pour avoir dormi dans le salon, je pourrais suggérer de mieux isoler la porte d’entrée qui laisse fort passer le bruit de la rue et l’air froid.

We stayed in Madrid for 7 days with our family and a small child, which makes this situation even more unacceptable. From the very beginning, the apartment was extremely cold and clearly not suitable for living. The main problem was the entrance door, which was poorly sealed and constantly letting in cold air. Because of this, the apartment never warmed up, even though the heating was running at maximum all the time. We contacted the hosts multiple times and explained that the conditions were especially problematic because we were staying with a child. Their response was completely inadequate. They allegedly came to “check” the situation, but nothing was repaired or improved. No real solution was offered, and we were basically told that there was nothing more they could do. This level of indifference toward guests — especially a family with a child — is unacceptable. Due to these conditions, we were forced to leave the apartment earlier than planned and urgently find alternative accommodation. This caused significant stress, inconvenience, and additional expenses, all because the apartment was not properly maintained and not suitable for colder weather. Even more disappointing was the lack of support from Booking.com. Despite clearly explaining the situation and the fact that we had to leave because the apartment was unlivable, no refund, compensation, or meaningful assistance was offered. In summary: poor conditions, zero responsibility from the hosts, and no effective help from Booking.com. I strongly do not recommend this accommodation, especially for families or anyone traveling with children, and particularly during colder periods.

• Miguel Valpaços (4/5): Não é para repetir!! Horrível! - A localização era bastante próxima do centro de madrid (10min de carrro) e de fáceis acessos rodoviários. Pesquisamos metro e também havia algumas paragens próximas. Possuía uma cozinha bem equipada com talheres, louças, panelas e eletrodomésticos (apesar de o microondas não funcionar) Encontramos um kit de boas vindas com azeite, sal, vingre, café, chá, açúcar e sal.. Facilidade de entrar no alojamento com o código enviado por mensagem. Reservei através da Booking.com para ir com a minha mulher e filha de 2 anos, solicitei como extra um berço que não foi colocado no alojamento (nem à mensagem responderam). Paguei dormida para 3 pessoas mas tivemos de dormir os 3 numa pequena cama de casal. Para obtermos o codigo de acesso ao alojamento somos obrigados a fazer check-in no site da empresa que gere o alojamento uns dias antes, onde nos pedem muitos dados pessoais e o site funciona muito mal (no telemóvel nem dá para terminar o check-in). Apesar de ter feito o check in para 2 adultos e uma criança, a minha filha não teve direito a berço, nem a toalha para o banho, tivemos de a secar numa das nossas toalhas. Como não tivemos direito ao berço, pensei em ir para o sofá cama mas não o pude fazer porque apenas há na casa as roupas de cama que estão na cama. Não há um cobertor, um lençol a mais. Se tivesse o azar de a minha fikha ter um descuido na cama durante o sono ficaríamos todos ao frio! A casa estava super suja e mal cuidada! A minha filha de 2 anos andou uns minutos pela casa de meias e vejam pela foto como ficaram. Abri a cama e os lençóis estavam mal lavados e as toalhas cheias de manchas. A casa está muito mal cuidada, tinha os rodapes todos sujos e mal colados, a pia da casa de banho quase a cair com o silicone todo mal posto e o suporte do papel higiénico partido. Os banhos foram outro problema: chegamos um dia de noite e no dia seguinte tentamos tomar os 3 banho mas só deu para 1, os outros 2 tiveram de tomar banho de água fria. No dia seguinte, um teve de tomar banho antes de dormir e os outros ao acordar. Tentei procurar pela casa o cilindro ou esquentador mas não havia nada, deu-me a impressão que seria o mesmo sistema para todos os alojamentos. Para quem vai de carro é um problema para estacionar pois agora em Madrid somos obrigados a mudar o carro de sítio de 2h em 2h. Se voltar a Madrir não é para repetir, pelo preço que se paga devia ser mais cuidado!!

• Oana (8/5): Very nice and easy to check-in - It was comfortable, very clean and easy to check-in. The location is very close to transportation stations and plenty of markets. I loved how the kitchenette was fully equipped with everything you need, not to mention how comfortable the bed mattress was. Overall I’d recommend this place to anyone who wants to visit Madrid for a couple of days :) Our apartment was at the ground floor and it was a bit noisy because of that (the entry door and windows were literally at street level). Also, it got a bit cold at night (even though we adjusted the thermostat, did not help that much). But it’s nothing that could bother someone too much.

• Lynda (9/5): - The apartment had everything in it that we needed. It was clean and tidy with all new appliances. We were close to the metro which took us where we wanted to go. There was a supermarket and some other shops locally. It's not a dislike as such - the apartment is on the ground floor and picked up a lot of local noise at night - rubbish collection, people chatting as they were leaving bars etc. I would suggest that ear plugs may be good to pack

O ambiente é bonito e a casa é bastante silenciosa e segura, apesar de ficar no andar térreo e com a janela e porta para a calçada da rua. As roupas de cama e toalhas de banho eram de otima qualidade. O ar condicionado funcionou bem. A localização é otima perto da linha 1 do metrô. As janelas ficam para a calçada da rua então não é possivel manter as janelas abertas por contra da privacidade

• Gabriela (7/5): A rua em frente não é muito segura. A acomodação é super bem equipada, mas não há limpeza - Não havia café da manhã, mas deixaram alguns mimos no quarto. É enorme e muito bem equipada com tudo necessário a para uma viagem, até mesmo máquina de lavar louça e roupa. Apesar de ser super perto do metrô, a rua da acomodação não é muito segura. Não há limpeza e a água não esquenta. Tivemos que tomar banho frio por vários dias e ninguém se disponibilizou a ir lá arrumar.

La cama era cómoda, todo estaba limpio, baño y cocina nuevos, el aire acondicionado, el televisor y las persianas funcionan muy bien. Pobre insonorización, al estar a pie de calle se escuchan TODOS los ruidos de la calle (vehículos, gente, comercio, etc). Dormí muy mal la noche del viernes por causa de esto. Almohadas incómodas.

En general, es un lugar muy cómodo, bien comunicado y moderno. Perfecto para pasar unos días. Nos faltó una pequeña guía sobre el apartamento tipo, no teníamos los detalles del wifi o cómo montar el sofá cama. Hubiese estado genial tener un panfleto con detalles sobre el check out y demás. Pero en general todo muy bien y buena comunicación con el personal.

• Olgagreen (8/5): - We stayed there at the end of June 2025, good apartment for 2-3 people, convenient location, several metro stations and various shops nearby, not a noisy street. Unfortunately, the apartment had some minimal set of dishes, there was not a single frying pan at all, and only one saucepan. There was something else, but not for an induction stove. The service company could not provide us with anything, although we were in the apartment for 5 days and I had to send them the. Ideo, as the proof. I could not understand what the problem was in buying a frying pan and delivering it to the apartment. Also, for example, in the bathroom, the toilet paper holder was glued and, of course, constantly fell off. It seemed that the owner did not want to invest in small things, but simply receive money for rent.

• Antonia (10/5): Great apartment, modern and clean! - The property was clean, modern, had all the things you need and more, we could iron, it had a dishwasher, coffe. It’s not that close to the center, but Madrid is huge and metro station was really, really close, the store is right across the street so it doesn’t feel like its far away and you get too see some other things too! Also we were coming home quite late every night and in the neighborhood, something was always open, which is a plus! The communication on booking was great too! Overall it was an amazing stay!
