- Manuel (1/5): Es más un hostal que hotel - Buenos días Nada , aún cuando diga hotel , para mí no los es pedí una habitación para mi familia , me ofrecieron 2 con camas dobles , pero eran súper pequeñas , y lo de baño compartido deben ser específicos que es con otras habitaciones, no con las habitaciones contratadas .. Si viajas solo o buscas un hostal podría ser una opción , pero no para familias . Booking generalmente confió en sus socios deben ser más claros en lo que ofrecen Nada deben ser más específicos en sus instalaciones

The breakfast was the best part of the hotel The accommodation were of a hostel level and calling themselves a hotel to charge a higher rate is disturbing. - Dennis (8/5): This was our second stay. We would come a third time. - We were a little early for check in and the room was not immediately ready for us. The manager apologized for the 20 minute delay and offered us a complimentary drink. Nice touch! We were the ones who showed up early! They serve an amazing, inclusive breakfast on a beautifully kept terrace. The rooms were a little on the small size but very clean.

J'admets avoir été le seul à en disposer durant mon séjour. Mais pour cela, le rapport qualité-prix est franchement mauvais.

- Nayeris del C (9/5): Centrico y Economico - Me parecio comodo y centrico. Es bastante acogedor, solo estuvimos una noche por lo que no pudimos aprovechar el desayuno. No hay suficiente ventilacion en las habitaciones, solo 1 abanico de techo y confian en el clima de Boquete (que no siempre esta fresco). Por otro lado, el televisor estaba sobre la cabeza de la cama, lo cual hacia imposible verlo salvo que te quedaras de pie o en la otra cama del frente.

Las señoras siempre fueron muy amables. Cuando entramos el primer día hubo un tema de limpieza en el baño qué se arregló al día siguiente pero fue algo mínimo.

- Marthanifhla (8/5): - We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It was a bit expensive given the size of the room but I guess is in line with typical costs in Panama. Staff were really friendly and attentive. We enjoyed the free breakfast that was included, with a nice bit of variety from morning to morning. Also appreciated how they gave me a bigger yogurt, fruit and granola portion instead of meat. The garden is beautiful with big comfortable hammocks and lovely views of the lush green mountains. It's about a 10 minute walk from the main high street but plenty of nice restaurants nearby. The room was very small and sharing a bathroom with 2 other rooms isn't ideal when you want to shower in the morning. There's no air conditioning (there is a fan) and the bed was small and uncomfortable. The room was really dark as there was no window or natural light coming in.

- Claudio (9/5): Contentos - La habitación era amplia, con un buen ropero. Tenía camas gigantes. Habían hamacas para pasar un rato y descansar en el jardín y la galería. El café que servían y vendían estaba bien rico. El desayuno fue abundante y rico (aunque no variado). El personal nos ayudó con las indicaciones del lugar y que poder hacer, e incluso con algunos datos sobre nuestro siguiente destino. En el desayuno, amén de estar bien, no había variedad o selección y por otro lado es que estaba con mi hijo, y no servían otra cosa que no sea café o café con leche. Su leche chocolatada la tuve que pagar por aparte.

- Giny (6/5): Al met al redelijk verblijf alleen jammer dat er geen begrip was voor situatie - Het hotel lag iets buiten het dorp wat wij prettig vonden en het ontbijt was goed! Door vervelende privé omstandigheden moest wij annuleren. Dat betekent dat je dan de eerste nacht moet betalen. Na terugkeer in Panama toch weer dit hotel geboekt. Gevraagd of de annulering van de vorige boeking kon worden verrekend maar dit was niet mogelijk. Teleurstellend! :) Kamers zijn erg klein en erg gehorig!

- Sabine (3/5): A fuir, passez votre chemin il y a bien mieux et bien moins cher à Boquete - Rien. La chambre était sans âme : grands lits avec peu d'espace entre les 2 pour circuler. La vue de la chambre était d'une part sur le parking d'un restaurant et d'autre part sur une terrasse commune donc peu d'intimité. La salle de bain était vétuste et très petite. Le petit déjeuner passable : jus d'orange artificiel, oeufs brouillés et bacon. Le personnel désagréable je suis arrivée le 1er Janvier aucune amabilité ni attention. J'avais demandé a annuler la chambre effectivement hors délais. Cela peut arriver généralement on trouve un accord. Là cela m'a était refusé catégoriquement .Sur les 2 nuits que j'avais réservées la deuxième a pu être annulé mais la première a été prélevée 20% plus cher (j'ai dû faire intervenir le service client pour régulariser l'écart de payement car l'hôtel ne voulait pas). Seul le gardien de nuit a été aimable et m'a donné de l'eau chaude car le micronde a disposition des clients était tellement sale que j'ai refusé de l'utiliser. A toutes fins utiles, je précise que j'ai beaucoup voyagé à titre professionnel et maintenant à titre personnel (je voyage actuellement depuis plus de 3 mois) je peux donc me permettre d'avoir un avis sur les prestations et le personnel que l'on rencontre et cela dans divers standards, je ne mets jamais ce genre de note, je suis souvent à 8).
