• Marina (10/5): - I liked my room. Everything is clean and comfortable. It is nice that the building has an elevator you can use with your luggage going to the 5th floor. Easy and quick communication with the owner via WhatsApp with all the instructions about check-in and check-out. Kitchen is good enough equipped. Coffee machine made my mornings wonderful :) Location is good, just 5 minutes away from metro station Furio Camillo (A-line) or you can also walk to the center (if you like walking). Highly recomend this accomodation. it would be nice to have microwave oven

• Jorge Arturo (9/5): - El apartamento es tal y como lo muestra en las fotos, la suite era genial bastante amplia y cómoda, la ubicación perfecta está a pocos pasos de la parada del bus 85 que te acerca al centro y a unos 8 minutos del metro linea A. El personal siempre dispuesto a ayudarte y a resolver pequeñas dudas. Todo genial. El colchón un poco duro y casi no tenía relleno, por lo demás todo perfecto.

• Aleksandra (10/5): We really enjoyed our stay - Clean, comfortable, well connected. Far enough from the main street to have a quiet stay while the neighborhood is pretty much alive with a lot of restaurants, bars and shops nearby. The host is really nice and the communication went really well. I highly recommend the place and I think it's a great base to explore the city from.

• Sonja (9/5): Would highly recommend this apartment - Cosy, quiet and clean room, just like in the pictures. Good air conditioning. Great location near public transport connections. The owner was really friendly and easy to contact. Would definitely recommend! In the kitchen there could be more cooking equipment, like spatulas or wooden spoons, something to clean the kitchen after cooking (like kitchen towel or wipes) and a trash can. Otherwise really good!
• Cristiana (5/5): Fortunatly a chinese store is nearby to buy what the host cannot provide. - Pros: The room was almost brand new, very clean, and near a lot of services (restaurants, supermarkets, metro, etc). The bed was comfortable as well. Cons: Although the room was nice, there are some negative points that one should take into consideration, as they may make the stay a little less pleasant. When we arrived, the room only had half roll of toilet paper. On the second day we asked the host for more. He said it would be provided in the following day. Next day comes and no more toilet paper. We asked the host again. He said that the cleaning company failed to give us more toilet paper and that it was impossible for him to solve the issue for us. His suggestion was for us to go to a Chinese store nearby and get some ourselves. That was an unexpected reply when we were paying more than 100€ per night. Until the end of our stay we never got the toilet paper from the host. The toilet seat didn’t flushed properly. That meant we had to leave with some poop in the bottom of it for a few days until it decided it was finally time to leave. It would also use the full water deposit, no option to use only half of it. A rather not so ecological choice of infrastructure for a renovated apartment. The sound proofing is inexistent. We were hearing noise from both outside and inside of the apartment. It is located near a busy street, so we heard all the traffic. Emergency vehicles are a constant there. When someone got inside the apartment to go to another room, it was like they were already inside our room. And, because it looks like the host is nowhere near the site, when other guests make noise in the middle of the night, by talking out loud, laughing out loud and having sex out loud, we were the ones that had to get out of bed at 2AM to warn them. Regarding the noise, still, there were renovation works ongoing at another apartment. That meant we were unable to sleep a bit more in the morning. We were never told about that situation by the host. And, for sure, we were not getting a discounted price because of that.

At the apartnemtn you can find everything you need for the longer stay. I feel very satisfied. The host has thought out even the smallest details that could make your stay even more comfortable and easier. A big thank you to the host for the wonderful experience. We recommend this apartment 10/10!
