Mark (2/5): Very disappointing - Location Staff were indifferent as there was some dispute between the condo owner and hotel management. We were treated as second class citizens

Elizabeth (8/5): Few communication glitches but great condo - Beautiful condo , good location, could have dogs We did not realize this was not handled through the hotel. Instructions said to pick up keys at front desk, instead we we reprimanded for keeping someone waiting when we updated our time as we drove down. Would have been nice to know there was someone to call. Also found out room service etc from the hotel not for our use as rented independently. Just wish we had been informed prior. Probably still would’ve chosen this place as on further review saw it was a savings but awkward to be “late” when we are considerate when informed.
