• Fiona (7/5): Good stay in a good location for 7 of our family. - Location was great. Access really easy. Spacious property, very comfortable Some repair to damaged walls/doors needed. One of the bathrooms unfortunately had a blockage so flooded when using the shower.
• Lukman (10/5): - Must admit it was ABIT pricey, but you do get exactly what you pay for. The pictures look beautiful, but in reality it's more elegant and classy. A lovely place, family loved it. The food I ordered from just eat got cold as the driver couldn't locate me.... 🤣🤣🤣 Was the only thing I had to complain about

• Agnes (1/5): A fuir absolument ! - Rien excepté l'emplacement Le chauffage a cessé de fonctionner le lendemain de notre arrivée. Il a fallu énormément insister pour qu'un technicien intervienne. 2 chambres sont côté rue, impossible de dormir à cause du bruit. Une troisième chambre est totalement délabrée. Seule la quatrième est convenable. L'appartement n'était pas très propre à notre arrivée. Il y a peu de vaisselle et d'ustensiles en cuisine, aucun produit d'accueil dans les salles de bain. Une seule plaque de cuisson fonctionnait. Les photos sur le site ne correspondent en rien à la réalité. Les hôtes ont été fort désagréables. Nous avions rdv à 11h pour le check-out, personne ne s'est présenté.

• claire (4/5): Not what we were promised. - Location. Not apartment shown in pics. No heating stats in 2 rooms. Air con not working in 2 rooms only 1. Contacted the owners and no reply or offer to fix. Cigarette butt's found in bottom drawer of locker in bedroom. Shower not working in bedroom.3 had to use the lower head and no cold water coming through tap so was scalded. Furniture was broken No tv channels Very disappointing.

• Marit (8/5): En super flott leilighet nær alle fasiliteter! - Verten var utmerket. Han kom til avtalt tid og besvarte spørsmål ved behov. Leiligheten var veldig bra, stor, romslig og flott. Fin beliggenhet og rolig gate. Godt med kjøkkenutstyr, men manglet vinåpner :) Vi var en venninnegjeng og var ikke mye i leiligheten, kun til frokost og kveldsmåltid eller til sengs, og til det var den super og mye bedre enn hotellrom :) Leiligheten begynner å bli litt sliten. Ikke skjemmende, men til den prisen kan den godt bli oppdatert litt. Sette igang kaffemaskin Ordne lister rundt fryser (den uler) Feste løsnende tapet.
• Pranav (10/5): - Everything was great. One of the best apartments we’ve stayed in! The location is absolutely perfect — right in the heart of London with everything easily accessible. The apartment itself is spacious, well-designed, and extremely clean. It had everything our family needed for a comfortable stay. What really stood out was how convenient and well-maintained the place was — from the layout to the thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. The wheelchair lift on the stairs was an unexpected blessing for one of our family members and made our trip much easier. Truly one of the best stays we’ve had in recent times. Highly recommend this apartment and would love to come back again soon! All Good.
• Mansour (9/5): كانت اقامة رائعة - الموقع والامان ووجود شطاف في كل دورة مياة 1- يحتاج الى تعيير السرير في الغرفة الصغيرة. 2-يحتاج تغيير غلاية الماء. 3- يحتاج وضع ورقة يكتب فيها كيفية شغل الفرن والغسالة.
• Daifallh (9/5): رائعة .. موقع مناسب و مساحة فسيحة - ‏موقع استراتيجي قريب من شارع العرب و الاأكسفورد والهايد بارك ، و الشقة نظيفة وفسيحة و آمنة (4غرف في كل غرفة حمام) مع حمام في الصالة ، جميع الأجهزة متوفرة و النت سريع ، شكر خاص للاستاذ يعقوب على تعامله ، كان عندي مشكلة في ابواب الحمام انها لا تغلق بسهولة و استجابوا فوريا لاصلاح ذلك (جميع الحمامات بشطافات و هذا مهم) تصريف المياه في الحمام تحتاج الى معالجة وكذلك السعر مرتفع جدا
• Munther (10/5): A Perfect Stay in the Heart of London! - Our stay at Marble Arch Apartments was absolutely fantastic. The location is amazing and simply can't be beaten, putting us right in the center of everything and making it incredibly easy to explore the city. The apartment itself was easily the best in the neighbourhood; it was impeccably clean and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and convenient stay. ​A special thank you to Feras and Yaquob, who were so friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit. Their excellent service truly made our trip special. We will definitely be staying there the next time we are in London and would wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone! Nothing
• Julie (6/5): Clean and lovely on surface, but could use some attention. - Large, each bedroom had separate en suite baths, nicely decorated, photos looked great…but perhaps set our expectations too high. Sheets were very soft. Man who let us in and gave us a brief tour was very nice and attentive. Prompt with texts. Allowed us to check in about two hours after we booked, which was a lifesaver. Gorgeous rugs in dining/living room! Felt like no one had been there in a long time, stuffy at first and smelled like a retirement home. No paper towels or kitchen/tea towels/napkins. Bath towels were stiff and not very thick. Mattresses were pretty flat/hard. One shower didn’t drain well, we couldn’t figure out how to turn on two other bathroom light. Motion detector lights in other 3 bathrooms and all closets/cabinets were odd with switches rather high up. Back door lock did not inspire confidence. At least one bedroom window facing the street didn’t lock. Seems to have been rather recently updated/refreshed, but a lot of the appeal was cosmetic only. Sofas not comfortable. Semi-concerning large red stain on carpet of one bedroom.
• Maria Del Coral (10/5): Maravilloso y elegante apartamento para grupos grandes o familias en pleno centro de Londres - Un apartamento precioso y elegante en pleno centro de Londres, ideal para 7 personas. Primera planta de un edificio señorial, bien decorado, acogedor, cocina amplia, salón comedor enorme ideal para compartir, 4 habitaciones exteriores con 4 baños completos y 1 aseo en la entrada. Muy luminoso, bien aislado, calefacción y aire acondicionado en toda la casa, suelo radiante. Muy bien comunicado y rodeado de restaurantes. Exactamente como en las fotos. A veces se escucha un poco la calle o el taller de la parte de atrás, nada importante.

• Mohammed (8/5): Great location and an almost great place ( simple fixes can elevate it to great ) - The location was great in a quiet street near Oxford street and the Hyde park. The apartment was spacious and relatively clean ( an odd stain here and there and a forgotten makeup brush on a chair) and each room had an en suite and all bathrooms had a “shattaf” which was extremely convenient. The beds were comfortable and all rooms had spacious wardrobes. The first bedroom did not have ac and no space for a mobile unit. The towels were totally mismatched, old and some stained and rough. Adding quality bath towels would totally elevate the place. The staff brought extra towels when requested but they were of similar quality.
