- Benjamin (3/5): Regretful and ruined the end of a 17 day holiday - The property was close to everything you needed. I didn’t expect much, I wasn’t expecting 5 star resort or hotel standards, however, I did expect to enter an apartment that looked similar to the photos. I’m not particularly fussy, but this was an absolute disgrace. Considering we asked for an early check in, but could t as they had a check out and had to do a clean before we arrived. Same as checkout, had to leave as they had someone else coming. We did more cleaning than the cleaner did. Spraying perfume doesn’t equal a clean apartment. It was: - dirty - bathrooms, bedrooms, kitchen table & couch all were dirty. - doesn’t look like photos at all - owner was demanding of payment, replied quickly regarding that, but any other concerns wasn’t as quick. - walls are damaged - sheets etc smelt horrible, almost like they hadn’t been changed - all surfaces were dirty. - the payment system was also questionable - the receptionist etc had no idea, didn’t want to help -

- Kim (9/5): Great place and value - Great location near Chinatown, local markets, food places, and Nguyen Trai Fashion Street. Easy to get around using Grab or buses. Modern, clean apartment. Strong air conditioning. Well maintained pool (about 25m) get for a swim. Security 24/7 at lobby, with convenient pickup and dropoff point. Clothes Dryer didn't seemed effective but can hang dry at balcony
