• Izabel (2/5): Nem volt túl együttműködő a szállásadó. - 6 főre foglaltam. Ehhez képest 2 franciaágy állt rendelkezésre. Betettek még egy tábori ágyat, és amikor jeleztük, hogy még mindig nincs elég fekhely, akkor hoztak egy felfújható matracot, ami reggelre leeresztett. Kértem a szállásadót, hogy kompenzálja ezt a hibát, de ekkor még neki állt följebb, hogy én nyerészkedni akarok, és csaló vagyok, mert a pénzét akarom kicsalni. Mindent egybevetve nem ajánlom a szállást.
• Guillermo (8/5): Amplio, bonito, cómodo para dormir fuera de la ciudad. - Departamento renovado, muy amplio, muy bonito y en buenas condiciones de limpieza, con lugar para aparcar fácilmente, gratis, y justo enfrente (al menos cuando yo me aloje en semana santa). El Anfitrión ha sido atento en presentarse a hablar con nosotros al enterarse que no habíamos estado a gusto por algunos detalles. La chica del servicio es poco empática y no soluciona. Recomiendo hablar directamente con el anfitrión, sea por teléfono o booking mismo. (en mi caso supuse que la chica que nos atendía era mujer del anfitrion, pero nada mas lejos, era una empleada a la que no parecía importarle demasiado) Preguntar por cantidad de lugares para dormir y sillas antes de reservar. - REPITO: hablar con el anfitrión que es un joven muy agradable y dispuesto.

• Laura (6/5): Nello perché Udine è bella! - Buona la posizione, il riscaldamento è l’acqua calda La cucina manca di tutto quello che è necessario a chi arriva e resta per pochi giorni: non c’è una tovaglia né strofinacci per asciugare le stoviglie, c’è solo un piatto fondo , no olio no zucchero o caffè, insomma…

• Imre Milan (7/5): Suitable place for short stopover - Very spacious, lot of room. It is poorly equipped, the kitchen basically has nothing to make a breakfast. 2nd floor would be no problem normally, but with two babies and grandmother is a challenge.
• Kathrin (9/5): - Es handelt sich hierbei wirklich um ein hochwertiges Appartement. Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Eine Bushaltestelle ist direkt gegenüber. Die Fahrt ins Zentrum dauert ca. 12 Min mit dem Bus. Die Schlüsselübergabe war problemlos.

• Debora (9/5): - La struttura è abbastanza grande, pulita e i proprietari sono stati veramente gentili, con la macchina vicinissima al centro
• Demis (10/5): Appartamento consigliatissimo, a 10 minuti d'auto dal centro di Udine. - La padrona di casa è stata molto cortese e disponibile per darmi tutte le informazioni e assistenza quando ne ho avuto bisogno (il fornello non si accendeva perché il gas era chiuso). Davanti alla casa ci sono vari parcheggi in strada in cui ho sempre trovato qualche posto libero. L'appartamento è completamente rinnovato nel mobilio e nelle finiture. Le finestre sono oscurate solo da tendaggi, che però non bloccano la luce come farebbero degli scuri. Sarebbe piú comodo avere degli scuri, per lo meno nella camera da letto. In cucina c'era solo un piatto fondo: qualcuno in piú non guasterebbe.

As we arrived we saw only one bed is ready while the host told me I have to pay extra 15€ so she’ll make the sofa as a bed for us. I told her we paid extra on Booking.com for that and eventually she said “ok I’ll make it for free for you “. WTF. This should not happen at all. Also, WiFi password is not written anywhere, you have to ask for it There was no kettle to heat the water for tea or coffee, when I asked from the owner the didn’t respond to my message. Idk, we didnt felt welcomed.

• Viktorija (8/5): Good stay in Udine - It was pretty spacious and there was also a kitchen for common use. The bed was comfortable too. Not far from bus stop and city centre, a bit further from the train station. The toilet is shared between two rooms but it was written in the description of a property. It wasn’t either a big deal.

• Janice (10/5): Really nice place to stay!! - The property was recently completely renovated and had a very nice, upscale feel, blended with a high ceiling, large windows and great lighting. Beautiful marble tile bathroom, lovely apartment & nicely furnished. Very clean. We shared common space kitchen & bath with family in other room- but no issues to share the space with a stranger. Accommodating host. well located in area close to some good restaurants- the drive into the center hub of Udine less than 10 minutes by car. They offered a nice breakfast which 2 of us took; nice enough, but wished we could make our own coffee or tea - none supplied. please fix drawer bottoms in dresser for longer stays.
