• Lee (8/5): We just needed somewhere to sleep and shower while we explored and enjoyed the many wonderful things Budapest has to off - Very clean and comfortable. The host was very accommodating and helpful and the instructions super clear, particularly the google maps link made it very easy to locate. It’s also ideally located for bus and tram links into the city. It would be unfair to say there’s anything here to dislike. It was just what we needed for the weekend.

Isteni pékség,csodás olaszos étterem,bevásárlóközpont,és még gluténmentes és laktóz érzékeny barátnőm is talált itt cukrászdát magának. A tömegközlekedés szintén tökéletes. A HÉV megálló 50 méterre van. Minden remek volt,a takarítás lehetett volna alaposabb is,de ez eltörpül a sok jó mellett. Kényelmesek voltak az ágyak,jól felszerelt a lakás szóval összességében köszönjük szépen.

Klimatyzacja działa bez zarzutu. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, blisko sklep oraz stacja z której można dojechać do Centrum. Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem. Parking prywatny z zamykaną bramą. Sprawne WiFi. Polecam. W apartamencie 5 osobowym troszkę mała kuchnia. Ale jeżeli nie zamierzasz gotować to wystarczająca.
• Mirza (10/5): Excellent accommodation! - The apartment is very clean. The location is safe because of the high fence in the yard. I recommend it for families with children. The host is kind and reliable.

• Plazzer (2/5): No hot water, missing bedding for one guest, and zero response from the host—completely unacceptable - We had a very disappointing experience with this accommodation. There was no hot water for the entire stay (2 days), which is completely unacceptable. We reported the issue, but no one responded or took any action. Additionally, the apartment was booked for 3 adults, but only 2 blankets were provided. As a result, we were forced to buy a sleeping bag ourselves just to be able to sleep, which should never happen in a paid accommodation. The lack of communication and zero effort to resolve basic issues is very unprofessional. I would not recommend this place unless these problems are properly addressed.

Няма някои неща (кафе машина, ютия, попивателна гъба за почистване на маса, кошче за боклук в банята). Телевизията не работеше (слаба връзка и много прекъсваше).На горният етаж, където бяха всички легла беше адски задушно.

• Martina (9/5): - Veľmi sme si cenili prístup domáceho. Vyšiel nám v ústrety so všetkým s čím sa dalo. Všetko nám vysvetlil a kedykoľvek sme potrebovali, mohli sme mu zavolať. Lokalita perfektná. Možno na môj vkus trošku mäkké postele. Ale niekomu to môže vyhovovať.

Φιλικός και εξυπηρετικός ιδιοκτήτης. Καθαρό διαμέρισμα. Σουπερ Μαρκετ και εστιατόρια πολύ κοντά στο διαμέρισμα. Παλαιό οίκημα. Απολύτως βασικές παροχές. Ακριβή τιμή ενικοίασης προφανώς λόγω Χριστουγέννων.

Alles kan ook opslot - Het heerlijke rustige plekje en je zit echt 5 minuten lopen van het trein station vandaan waardoor je voor heel weinig geld naar Budapest kan, de douche was heel schoon en wasmachine etc ook het is wel hagedis om zelf koffie mee te nemen en thee zakjes ze hebben wel een koffie zet apparaat en water koker, wij hebben hier 2 nachten geslapen en wij vonden het super met zijn 3en je hebt 1 twee persoons bed 2 een persoons bedden en een slaap bank en de slaap bank ligt ook echt super! Boven 1 1 persoons bed kraakte echt heel erg en lag echt verschrikkelijk de andere bedde niet hoor

The apartment was exactly as described — clean, cozy, and very comfortable. Everything we needed was provided. A special thanks to the host — very welcoming, friendly, and responsive. Check-in was smooth and easy, and the host was always available and ready to help with any questions. We truly felt at home! We would definitely love to come back and highly recommend this place to others! The only small downside was the slow drainage in the shower, but it didn’t affect our overall positive experience at all. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

• Mia (10/5): Good value for money - Bedroom and bathroom were very spacy. It had private parking where we could leave our car. It was 30 minutes walking distance from Barba Negra where we were going to a show. Host spoke good english and was very nice. Kitchen was small and there was no living room. We only stayed one night so it worked well for us, but it’s something to consider if you plan to spend more time at the apartment.

• Márk (7/5): A good base for your city trip - The host was easy to reach, flexible and good to communicate with. The apartment feels modern, like a typical city airbnb. It's a perfect, basic apartment to sleep in for your city getaway or for a nearby concert at Barba Negra. The price felt a bit steep for the quality in my opinion. It's worth it to note for non-locals that the area is a bit more on the rough side but generally OK. We might have been the first guests of the season, since there was a foul smell coming from the shower and the soap dispenser was clogged with some black material. Generally, the cleanliness could be improved, otherwise it's a good apartment.

• Olha (5/5): Do not recommend, high price for poor quality - Private parking. Comfortable beds Very hot, only one air conditioner which doesn't cover needs of the apartments. Dirty dish with parts of food from previous tourists. Very tiny kitchen and balcony. We where 5 persons, but unexpectedly there where only 3 forks. I informed the host about it, he promised to bring more forks, but unfortunately didn't. So we have to eat with spoons. Water in bath flows very slowly, so the carpet is always wet.

• Jindřich (9/5): Superb - The apartment spans two floors, with the living room and a small bathroom located downstairs, and a bedroom with five sleeping places situated upstairs. A private parking spot within a fenced area is provided, which is very convenient. The host, who met us upon arrival, was very kind and welcoming. The air conditioning is available only in the bedroom. It is placed directly above one of the beds, limiting its use if you prefer not to get too cold.

• Jonathan (9/5): Lovely secure apartment in a quiet neighborhood - The apartment is beautiful with secure parking. Very clean, spacious bathroom with washer. We were on a ground floor, so luggage transfer was easy. Host met us at the gate, showed us in, very friendly and easy to talk to. Nice quiet neighborhood away from all the noise. It's a bit of a drive into the heart of old town (~20 mins in traffic), but that's a small tradeoff for a nice quiet secure stay. The photos show multiple apartments, so you might not know which one you're booking, but again very minor detail.

If they put in another a/c in downstairs area, perfect. - Across the street from the train to go downtown, spacious, smart tv, 1/2 block from grocery store, host on site with great info, came immediately to check something when I contacted him, parking right there by apt and on the property with locked gate Only a/c upstairs, not downstairs in living room kitchen area, got quite warm.

• Zachary (9/5): This is a clean, spacious, one-bedroom apartment right next to the downtown train. - We enjoyed how spacious the apartment was for sleeping, eating, and relaxing. With an upstairs common bedroom, it allowed for our kids to go to bed earlier than we did, without us worrying we were too loud. Everything was very clean, which was appreciated. The public train into downtown is literally on the street outside the front door of the apartment building. The bathroom was very clean but the shower was not great. The curtain was small and water unavoidably got out onto the floor.
