Geoffrey (3/5): Very disappointing - Location of property in relation to town facilities was good and quality of facilities good. Booked an ocean view apartment expecting uninterrupted views. The actual apartment was in the basement of complex with football ground between apartment and view.. Football ground right outside apartment front windows with people playing and training most days right in front of us. Had to keep balcony doors and blinds closed for any privacy. Very disappointing considering cost!

Elise (10/5): Incredible stay with clean apartments and lovely staff! - Stayed in 2 seperate rooms over 3 nights as we loved this place so much we extended our weekend away. The most organised and cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in. Reception, cleaners and all staff were wonderful and I can’t wait to stay here again! The only minor thing is that we would have loved some oil and paper towel to go with the salt and pepper when we cooked breakfast but that’s it!

The apartment was spotless, with lovely furnishings that made it feel so comfortable and welcoming. The outdoor areas and pool were gorgeous, perfect for relaxing. The location is fantastic, with stunning views that made our stay even more special. We also really appreciated the secure parking. Andrew (10/5): Excellent two day stay for three location and weather made the trip - Location spaciousness and quality of appliances well fitted out We may not have liked our peace and quiet being disturbed by the annual sevens rugby festival but the crowd were inoffensive and being a rugby fan added value

Matt (10/5): A great mini getaway by the seaside. - Perfect location in Kiama for walking to restaurants, markets, shops, lighthouse, blow hole and beach, yet fair enough away to avoid crowds. Also a quiet location with water views with private beach access. That is an added bonus. Kiama Kove is perfect for families or couples, especially that the rooms are self contained with modern kitchen facilities. It’s like a home away from home. Penny Whistlers Cafe on Shoalhaven St, along the foreshore, under a 10 minute walk is a great cafe for a delicious breakfast. KG on Terralong provided a delicious dinner for authentic South African cuisine.

Good layout for family and well-furnished including balcony. Central location for easy walking access to restaurants and caffe. Hot water too slow and took far too long wasting water while running full cold. Phoenix taps not suitable for persons with arthritic hands Dining table needed a protective cover and placemats.

Amber (8/5): Very comfortable - The place was very spacious, modern and clean with everything we needed. The kitchen was well set up and the appliances were great (always great to have a coffee pod machine!) Great location. Staff were very attentive in making sure I had all the information I needed to obtain the key for a late check in. Nice little view of the Kiama beach from our room. The key situation. Picking up was fine but when dropping off, the room booklet said the key could be left in the room if in a hurry (which I was). But neither of lifts would let me down to the basement without the fob. I was very lucky to run into a kind staff member who helped me. If he hadn’t been there I would have had to return for the key, go down to my car, drive up through the garage door and then block the driveway whilst I return the key to the lockbox.

Charles (8/5): We enjoyed our stay in Kiama, would most likely choose somewhere else to stay next time. Lovely spot just not worth the - The view and location were great. Close to everything. Bed was very comfy and a nice layout of the apartment. The apartment was not cleaned properly, the lounge had popcorn under the cushions and under the lounge hadn’t been cleaned for a long time, there was food and dust scattered under it. The bathroom wasn’t cleaned properly, toilet had definitely not been cleaned and still had marks from being used by previous guests. Room doesn’t get serviced daily.

We got the apartment that you enter from the basement, although it was great, the entrance didn’t really feel lux entering from a car park and also the view would have been nicer from a higher up apartment or pool apartment.
Yvonne (7/5): Mooi maar let op studio heeft geen volledige keuken - Het is een mooie nieuwe lokatie, stijlvol ingericht en een heerlijk bed. De ligbedden bij het zwembad zijn geweldig en je hebt mooi zicht op de zee en het strand. Er was 1 grote teleurstelling, de studio heeft geen kookmogelijkheid, nog niet 1 pitje. Je ziet op de foto een grote keuken, in de keuken diverse pannen (steelpan, hapjespan, koekenpan), schalen en kookgerei, dan verwacht je iets om mee te koken, al is het 1 pitje. Er werd aangegeven dat dit duidelijk was in de beschrijving en in een mail die ik gehad zou hebben maar dit was niet het geval. Het gaat specifiek om de studio voor gehandicapten op de begane grond, de rest had wel een volledige keuken. Wij hadden boodschappen gedaan en het waren onze laatste dagen dus erg onhandig. Dit had eenvoudig opgelost kunnen worden met een elektrisch kookpitje.

Ample free parking undercover and on the road. Bed was comfy, kitchen well stocked and knives were sharp, and we loved the comfy leather lounge. Pool and spa were clean and cared for and we enjoyed using both, as well as sitting and eating outside in our al fresco area. When we arrived, someone's old deflated pool floaty was sitting under an outdoor chair, and a pair of swimmers/boardshorts were sitting outside our little gated area. A little more attention to detail with cleaning would be good, but we had a great stay and would come again.

Madeline (10/5): Highly recommend Kove Apartments if you're looking for a premium stay in Kiama - Luxurious with beautiful finishes, plenty of space and a calm, modern feel. The views were absolutely stunning and honestly one of the highlights of the trip, perfect for the guests of local weddings. There was just one key provided for a three bedroom apartment, which made it a little tricky when everyone wanted to come and go at different times.

Rowena (10/5): Amazing will defiantly be back. - From the moment we arrived we were greeted and taken on a tour of the facilities. We parked our car and walked everywhere. The location was fantastic, even the back steps straight to the beach and the walk across the road to the pub. Room was so tastefully decorated, clean, spacious and comfortable. Dishwasher and cooking facilities a bonus. We enjoyed everything but could suggest maybe a clothes horse as there was limited places to hang wet costumes and towels.
