• kARIN (10/5): - Die Lage war einmalig, alles, was wir besichtigen wollten, war fußläufig erreichbar. Viele Lokale in der Umgebung und Geschäfte. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder. Die Wohnung war ein bisschen hellhörig. Aber groß gestört hat uns das nicht. Obwohl Feiern etc verboten war, haben junge Leute von nebenan in einer Nacht sehr viel Lärm gemacht, ab 3.00 morgens, aber da kann der Vermieter nichts dazu.

Zaraz po przyjeździe przez WhatsApp dostałem szczegółowe informacje – dokładny opis co warto zobaczyć w okolicy, polecane miejsca oraz linki do map z fajnymi atrakcjami i restauracjami. Widać, że gospodarz naprawdę dba o gości i chce, żeby pobyt był czymś więcej niż tylko noclegiem. Świetna organizacja, super podejście i pełne zaangażowanie. • IJLK (10/5): 房東親切，整體很溫馨舒適，值得推薦與再次入住 - 1.早餐使用早餐券，在附近斜對面，便利，早餐好吃。 2.房東非常好，親自在樓下等我們，幫我們開門，介紹房間使用，並且詳細告訴我們怎麼開每一道門。 3.房東還很親切幫忙電視轉到我們房客的使用語言，非常用心與貼心，首次遇到會幫我們調整語系的房東，親切熱情專業 4.安全性很高。 大門、樓層鐵門，房間的木質大門、通往客廳大門，共有四道門，升降梯也需要密碼才能使用 5.整個樓層空間舒適，有閣樓一間房，閣樓有衛浴，樓下有客廳床一張，客廳大桌、廚房的吧臺，客廳這邊有衛浴 使用。 6.房東很大方，廚房有微波爐、冰箱、咖啡機(可以自泡)、器具相當多，充足，使用起來很放心方便 房間在頂樓，這沒問題，是整棟大樓只有一個緩慢升降梯，狹小、兩個行李箱+一個人進去，就很容易拉警報，難以順利使用，要有訣竅。

As a nice surprise, they provided complimentary breakfast vouchers for a nearby café, which was not listed on Booking.com. Minor things: the shower is not that convenient, and the elevator is too small and very slow.

• audrey (10/5): Catane centre historique - L'emplacement à 2 pas du centre historique. Pleins de très bons restaurants dans les rues proches. 2 appartements très fonctionnels et propres. Salvo notre hôte est très accueillant et nous a donner une liste de sites et endroits à ne pas manquer. Les canapés lits ne sont pas confortables. Nous avons mis le matelas par terre et c'était parfait.

W mieszkaniu wszystkie najważniejsze udogodnienia. Ogólnie mieszkanie jest już dość „wysłużone” i mimo wyraźnej troski gospodarzy o bieżące sprzątanie widać pewne zużycie kuchni i łazienek. Mimo wszystko jakość do ceny jest odpowiednia- polecam!

Le lit qui est en fait un canapé lit Les tables de nuit qui sont donc des tables hautes d’appoint.

Les bouchons d’oreille étaient indispensables.

• Piotr (8/5): ścisłe centrum, wszędzie blisko, dobrze wyposażone mieszkanie - Bardzo pomocny i z łatwym kontaktem gospodarz. Odbierał telefony czy wiadomości w przypadku zapytań. Umożliwił zostawienie bagażu (poźny wylot). Dostaliśmy zniżkę za niedogodności związane z cieknącym oknem. Sniadania w barze po drugiej stronie ulicy (kawa/sok , rogalik lub arancini/pizzerina). Mieszkanie duże przestronne, czyste, w pełni ywposażone. Lokalizacja to samo centrum - obok Teatro Massimo. Blisko restauracje i zabytki. Winda strasznie wolna- całe szczęście, że jest, bo dużo stromych schodów podczas ulewy w nocy lało się z okna dachowego - połowa łóżka w wodzie, potem ściekała z podłogi na parter. Nieszczelny silikon po wcześniejszej awarii ( po cyklonie Harry?)
• Marie (7/5): - L'emplacement est super, appartement avec tout les équipements nécessaires, un petit plus pour les épices, huile, machine à café, sucre. On a pu avoir l'appartement directement et ça c'était génial surtout quand on arrive à 11h du matin. Appartement très grand et avec deux salles de bains et une pt terasse. Un p'tit déjeuner était compris mais ce n'est pas très copieux....On a juste droit à une boisson et une viennoiserie, dommage qu'on doivent choisir entre du sucré ou du salé du coup. Sinon le propriétaire est très sympathique et la communication était excellente. Merci Malheureusement on a pas eu l'appartement qu'on avait réservé de base donc la terrasse était différente et il n'y avait pas deux chambres donc un peu déçu pour cela. L'appartement n'était pas super propre non plus, le sol et la table à manger n'était pas propre. Tout le reste était très bien.

Room is amazing, very spacious and well perfectly equipped, we did not miss anything. The host is very nice, friendly and speaks english very well. It was a perfect stay. We stayed for 4 nights, the sofa bed could be better, it was ok, but I move a lot while sleeping and the springs made a LOT of noise, it was not an issue at all, the staying was amazing and I highly recommend this place to anyone, still a maximum score for me. To get the keys we ended up calling another room, it was not cear which button to press. And the same happened with some other people calling our room in the next day, the only way to get the keys was calling the host, would be nice to have his whatsapp before reaching the apartment.
• Simone (9/5): Comodo appartamento in centro - Ottimo appartamento in zona centrale, a pochi passi da via Etnea e Piazza Stesicoro, ideale per muoversi comodamente a piedi e allo stesso tempo vicino alla stazione centrale. La struttura al terzo e ultimo piano è ben tenuta, con un ampio soggiorno dotato di angolo cottura e un primo bagno di servizio. Nella zona soppalcata si trovano la camera da letto e il secondo bagno, l’unico dei due con doccia. Inoltre, sono presenti tutti gli accessori necessari per il soggiorno. L’host è stato molto cortese e disponibile, fornendoci utili informazioni su cosa visitare, cosa fare in città e dove mangiare. Letto, divani letto e cuscini sono risultati poco confortevoli, una loro sostituzione o rinnovo consentirebbe sicuramente agli ospiti di riposare meglio.

• Aleksejs (9/5): - We had a fantastic stay at Domus Coppola Catania Apartments — everything came together beautifully and made our trip memorable. From the moment we arrived, the location really stood out: right in the heart of Catania, everything was within easy reach — the lively city centre, charming streets and local cafés. The apartment itself was comfortable, clean and well-equipped, with a nice balcony/terrace to unwind after a day out. The staff were welcoming, responsive and made the arrival smooth. A few highlights that made the stay extra special: We discovered a lovely pizzeria nearby called Katanesi (or Katanési) — great pizzas, friendly atmosphere and just around the corner, which was so convenient after exploring. For dessert, we found Levante Gelato — the ice cream was delicious, a perfect treat in the evenings. The balance of being centrally located yet staying in a calm space was exactly what we hoped for.

• Sabine (10/5): Perfekte Lage, tolles Appartement - Tolle Lage mitten im Zentrum, Piazza Vincenzo Bellini in unmittelbarer Nähe, da gibt es Cafes, Restaurants und Bars. 2 kleine Shops direkt neben dem Gebäude. Ins Zentrum zum Piazza de Duomo ein kurzer Fußmarsch. Schlüsselübergabe hat perfekt funktioniert. Wir hatten ein Appartement mit einer Küche und ein Zimmer mit Vorzimmer im oberen Stock mit einer Wendeltreppe. Sehr großes Appartement, toll eingerichtet. Sehr kleiner Balkon der aber typisch für die Region ist - hat auch seinen Charme, wir haben am Balkon den Abend genossen.
• simmonds (8/5): Cute and comfy loft in convenient location! - Location is very convenient! The loft is well equipped and maintained with everything you need! Very comfortable and clean! The host was super helpful as there were some issues with water but it was resolved in a timely manner, also the view from the terrace was great for sunset! There is an elevator in the building to get to the top floor which was helpful for luggage’s. Just for others to be aware that there is an additional staircase up to the loft which is quite small and difficult for luggage and there is paid parking 4 mins away but in a kinda sketchy area- the car is safe but wouldn’t recommend walking there late at night alone - again this isn’t specifically related to the apartment but the area/city

• Piotr Carewicz (9/5): - Apartament w samym sercu Katanii, zadbany i dobrze zabezpieczony. Właściciel jest przemiłą i bardzo pomocną osobą. Było nam bardzo wygodnie w pięć osób, mieszkanie wyposażone w wiele klimatyzatorów i dość wygodne łóżka/kanapy.. W nocy jest dość hałaśliwie, ale bez przesady. W gorące noce zapach z rur spod prysznica niestety nie należał do najprzyjemniejszych.

Notre hôte nous a indiqué les plus beaux sites, meilleurs restaurants, bars...Des petites attentions comme café, thé, eau fraîche et glaçons à l'arrivée font plaisir. L'appartement est très bien équipé et très propre. Petit coup de coeur pour le petit-déjeuner dans le bar en dessous. Trop sympa!

• Mary (10/5): - Location close to everything The apartment was nice had everything you might need, pots and pans coffee machine and coffee pods, etc We also got coupons for free coffe and croissant at a local bar down the street The owner was very accomodating and nice The apt was on the top floor on 3rd floor had elevator and balcony The clothes washing machine was not working The only thing was the electric elevator very very slow...! Piano piano would take 2 min to go up to the third floor Keep in mind it has No AC so you feel sofocated while going up on it The apt AC was great Just only 1 AC and a fan at the top room which was warm The sofa bed was unconfortable but we used it beacuse the main room was too hot
• janet (9/5): Nice apartment, pretty central to everything, lovely host good communication - The property was a good size, had Two double bedrooms. The property we had was not the one in the photo. To be honest it was the balcony in the picture which swayed me to go for this property.They have other properties in the same building. The cleaner for the apartments had to come into our property to get towels for the apartments which were in our bedroom in a wardrobe. She had to come in through both the bedrooms at 9:30am each morning we stayed there. We were in bed each time.

• Martin (8/5): Lovely Apartment. - Lovely host (Moussa). All the mod cons. Clean throughout. Location was good. A bit of a noisy area but then it, appears so is most of Catania.
• Diana (9/5): Lovely well placed appartment, good host. - We only stayed for one night on our way home to the UK from Letojanni, but found plenty to do and eat within easy walking distance on the afternoon/evening we spent in Catannia. As we had to leave for the airport before the cafe was open in the morning Salvo provided us with milk, coffee, tea and various packets of brioche, rice cakes etc to eat instead. Salvo provided travel advice, met us at the property hours before the official check in time and allowed us to check in early which we were very grateful for, It was very hot outside but with the airconditioning we were soon refreshed enough to venture out again. The appartment was very well equiped and everything worked, there was a hiccup with the hot water which Salvo sorted very quickly, he was a great host. We found it a bit noisy at night, not street noise, but every so often a very noisy vehicle went past. As we were in the centre of a large city I suppose this is to be expected. Have certainly stayed in noisier accomodation.
• Zuzana (10/5): Exceptional - We felt very comfortable in the apartment, it was very clean and very well equipped, the roof terrace was fantastic. Very friendly owner who gave us lots of tips, communication with him was great. The location is perfect, many sights are within walking distance, there are also many nice restaurants and cafes nearby. We were given vouchers for the bar opposite for breakfast which was nice. There is noise at night. The apartment is in the centre so this was to be expected. We could hear all the cars and motorbikes, but with earplugs it wasn`t a problem.

• Grigori (10/5): Perfect stay at Catania - Everything was excellent. I really recommend this property for stays in catania. Very good strategic location, near to everything (supermarkets, sights, restaurants, walking streets, etc). Very nice and helpful host, he met us and told everything. Propery looks much better in reality than in photos. Everything is very nice and everything is functioning. Host left a lot of coffee/tea/water for us. Property is very big and comfortable. -

• Bonair (10/5): Exceptional - As location it is close to main bus terminus only 14mins walk. Close a supermarket and shops incl restaurants etc. The apartment is very chic decorated feels like home. Clean and easy to get by. Owner very helpful. To be honest we loved everything here. So comfortable.

• Dan (10/5): Top recommendation! - The location of the apartment couldn't have been better. It is right at the historical center, a few steps Away from the Teatro Bellini and 5 minutes walk away from the cathedral. The apartment is very clean and nice and spacious. Ettore is extremely kind and patient and showed us all the nice amenities of the house and helped us to park our car. We also got many useful recommendations about sightseeing, restaurants,and where to buy food. We had a wonderful stay. Top recommendation!
• Laura (10/5): Exceptional - Location was excellent. 15 min walk from the train station and just a short walk to city centre. Breakfast was at a cafe across the street. Apartment was very spacious and had everything one could need. Saro the host was most helpful and gave us lots of suggestions on what to see and do and where to eat.
• Annamaria (10/5): Very Good for an AirBnB - We could check in faster. The communication went smoothly. We received good information and advices about what to visit. Netflix possibility is a plus point. There was breakfast in the price. We received some vouchers what we could use for a near place for a coffee and croissant but it was enough for 2 days. We stayed 5 nights therefore the breakfast was not really in the price.
• Welch (10/5): Beautiful flat in the heart of Catania - Large beautifully renovated space. Very centrally located. Walking distance to all. Coffee & kitchen was well stocked. Nice close bar for morning breakfast. Owner was very kind. Very attentive. He let us have a late check out which made our departure so much easier. The immediate neighborhood seemed alittle grungy but walking a few blocks brought you to beautiful Bellini piazza and the main sites of Catania. Elevator is very slow but so nice to have. If you are tall you will need to bend your knees so you don’t hit your head in the shower. Balcony is very small but great.
• Sarah (8/5): Very good - Modern, lift, kitchen facilities. Owner very helpful with information. Design/layout not so good for an older or less mobile traveller. Air conditioning downstairs was effective but upper floor bedroom was hot (though fan provided).
• Feza (10/5): Excellent.. - The location is very good, the room has everything you need. and it is clean. The host is very helpful in everything. I would stay here again.

• Sven (9/5): Good choice for a city trip - Great stay! The host was very friendly, and the key handover was smooth. The apartment is spacious for two people, with a nice terrace to enjoy. Perfect location for exploring the city—close to all major attractions and nightlife. The Wi-Fi was excellent too. Highly recommend for a city trip! Nothing!

He met us on arrival with the keys to the apartment and the building and also gave us great advice and recommendations on restaurants, cafes and local attractions. No hesitation in recommending Salvo's place to other travellers. Apartment is incredible in a wonderful location. Nothing.
