• Jasmin (8/5): Schöne neue saubere Unterkunft - aber 2 Punkte Abzug - Wir hatten das kleinste Zimmer der 4 Wohnungen im Haus, alles war neu und sauber. Der Pool war gepflegt und sauber. Man läuft maximal 5 Minuten zu einer wunderschönen kleinen Bucht mit Liegeplätzen im Schatten unter Bäumen. In den Ort mit Läden und Restaurants auch maximal 10 Minuten (bergauf zurück etwas länger 😅). Parkplatz an der Unterkunft war kein Problem. Ein großes Manko sind für mich falsche Angaben des Appartements. Was bei der Buchung angegeben, aber nicht vorhanden war: Backofen, Safe, Kleiderschrank, Sofa, Toaster, ... auch hat das Zimmer niemals 35qm! Selbst wenn man den Balkon mit rechnet, maximal 30. Daher auch kaum Ablagemöglichkeiten persönlicher Dinge. Der TV ist ungünstig an der Wand angebracht, sodass man auf dieser Seite kaum ins Bett kommt. WLAN funktioniert, allerdings lädt es Bilder sehr sehr langsam. Nicht schön fand ich außerdem, dass bei Ankunft eine Kaution von 200€ (!!) fällig wurde, was nirgends stand und die wir auch nicht in bar dabei hatten. Nach einem Hin und Her konnten wir es per PayPal hinterlegen.
• Helena (10/5): Savršeno mjesto za odmor i opuštanje – rado bih se ponovno vratila! - Smještaj je bio vrlo lijep, moderan i čist, s prekrasnim bazenom i mjestom za opuštanje. Okućnica je prekrasno uređena i ostavit će vas bez daha i po danu i uz osvjetljenje po noći. Lokacija je odlična, blizu prekrasne plaže Zora i centra mjesta. Domaćin Željka je izuzetno ljubazna i susretljiva i brine da svaki gost bude sretan i zadovoljan.
• Tim (10/5): Fantastic stay - thank you. - Our apartment was the one the first floor. Was clean and comfortable. The host, Zeljka was excellent - her daughter has perfect English and otherwise we managed well with google translate. She was very friendly. We had an unexpected evening G&T and afternoon chocolate pancakes delivered to us during our stay. The apartment is at the top of the hill so there is a short walk down to 2 beaches (5 mins) - one of which has a cafe/inflatable assault course for kids, the other is smaller, rocky but quieter. Or the walk is 5-10mins down to the town with another beach and all of the restaurants. Location was great. Wifi was intermittent but I wasn't here to work.

• Grzegorz (7/5): Mile spędzony czas z niemiłą Panią gospodarz. - Czysty, pięknie urządzony apartament z widokiem na morze i góry. Pani właścicielka swoim zachowaniem nie pozwala w pełni zrelaksować się na długo wyczekiwanym przez nas urlopie. Sprawia wrażenie, że przeszkadza jej korzystanie z czegokolwiek przez gości. Jeździmy od kilkunastu lat do Chorwacji i zawsze gospodarze byli transparentni ( niewidoczni) lecz jak trzeba było to bardzo pomocni , niestety w tym przypadku tak nie było. Dużo nauki przed Panią gospodarz.
• Manfred (10/5): Schöne Zeit in Sumartin - Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt , sehr aufmerksame Gastgeberin. Sehr sauber und ordentlich. Alles wie auf den Bildern gezeigt und beschrieben. Zwei schöne Strände zu Fuß in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. ----
• Ekaterina (8/5): С удовольствием всем рекомендую , прекрасный вид, шикарный бассейн и удивительный пляж рядом - Прекрасная зона комфорта у бассейна Бронировали номер-студия с видом на океан, а жили на первом этаже около бассейна , фото на букинге не соответствуют номеру на первом этаже, это совершенно другой номер. Он меньше , кухня маленькая , нет чайника и кофе машины , как на фото в букинге . В одной комнате нет кондиционера , было очень душно .

• John (10/5): Fabulous week in Sumartin - We had an amazing week staying at Villa La Familia. The property was in immaculate condition, well laid out and spotlessly clean. Zeljka and her family looked after us brilliantly, going the extra mile and were so welcoming and friendly. Can’t wait to return. John & Esra.

The beds were extremely comfortable, the apartment was very well equipped and suited all our needs The beach is 5 minutes away and the walk from the house to the village along the coast is breathtaking. Jeljka, the owner of the house, is taking very good care of the property. Everything is spotless. We'll definitely come back.

• Rebecca (10/5): Brilliant stay in great apartment with gorgeous pool - 10/10 stay at this lovely apartment complex. Absolutely gorgeous outdoor area and pool - smaller one for the kids and larger one with lovely shelf to sit on in the beautiful sunshine. Incredibly helpful host eg we arrived before check in time and were given cold drinks and space to change whilst they finished our room; she drove us to our early morning ferry; gave restaurant recommendations and booked for us. All really appreciated and made for such a relaxing holiday. Everywhere is kept immaculate. Apartment is in a great location a few minutes walk to two beaches and just 10 minutes into Sumartin centre. Quiet and peaceful location with nice views. We had the ground floor apartment which we understand is the only one which hasn't been renovated yet (and it's going to be next year) but still suited us very well with access straight out to the terrace/pool. All in all, brilliant stay, we'd love to come back, thank you Not a problem for us as we ate out every night (or got delicious take out pizza from the pizzeria) but the kitchen is quite small if you are planning on doing a lot of cooking. We were 5ppl (3 kids under 10) and it might be a little small on storage if your kids were older/ needed more space, but we absolutely loved it and felt it was good value for money on that basis.
• Balint (10/5): The perfect place away from the crowd. - The apartment and its surroundings are really nice. Everything is well made, high quality and very clean inside and outside. For me it has the perfect location because it's the closest to the two best and not crowded beaches in town out of all the apartments (easy, few minute walk). You can also reach the center of the picturesque town in a less than 10 minute walk, where you can find great restaurants, bakery and supermarket, too. You can watch the sea and the Biokovo mountains from the living room, the bedroom and the balcony. It's spacious enough for 4 people and also the ceilings are high which adds to the airiness of it. Kitchen is well equipped, and the bed mattresses are really comfy. There are shutters, mosquito nets and curtains on the windows and doors, which is very practical. Parking space is great for larger cars, too. There are two pools, a deeper and a more shallow one, with very clean water, sunbeds, and shades. There's also an outdoor shower. The host family was cool, helpful and great to chat with. You can see that they poured their hearts into this amazing place. They speak several languages as well. I would definitely come back. Thank you again, for everything 😊 The pool closes at 19:30, but it's not a big problem.
