I.observe at least 12 guests has checkout during my waiting hours but they still told me to wait and the receptionist are smiling seems like they have any grudge for me. If you are going for business meeting of you are couple plze ignore this one

Zuccolo (8/5): A good choice for visiting Gwalior - A warm welcome with a refreshing drink. Clean, comfortable room with a large window. Quite far from the busy street, so it's quiet. Friendly, smart and helpful staff. Restaurant with a nice breakfast in the morning and a good selection of food a la carte in the evening. I highly recommend it. Nice quality-price ratio

Pascale (6/5): Peut mieux faire - Les chambres sont spacieuses et la literie excellente. Les repas au restaurant sont excellents et le personnel très gentil. Les prestations annoncées ! Nous avions choisi cet hôtel pour faire une pause pendant notre voyage (l idée de se poser à la piscine ou du moins sur un transat) Il n'y avait que des tables poussiéreuses et malgré notre demande, nous n'avons pas pu obtenir de chaises longues. Nous avons donc pris et nettoyé nous même un fauteuil pour nous installer sur la terrasse. Le bar était également fermé et notre chambre ne disposait pas de fenêtre. Dommage. La musique d ambiance est aussi un peu forte surtout dans la salle du petit déjeuner.

Hotel sugli standard europei come le catene. Noi abbiamo cenato ed è stata una bella cena a buffet. Con una spesa di circa 1000 rupie. Colazione molto buona e varia anche per noi occidentali…. Hanno anche un buon WI-Fi. Che arriva bene in camera Un po’ lontano da molte cose, personale non esageratamente simpatico. Piscina chiusa…. Una cosa che non mi è piaciuta il fatto che non ci fosse una finestra in camera

Roberta (10/5): Super consigliato! Hotel eccellente! - Il miglior hotel in cui ho soggiornato durante i miei 20 giorni in India. Migliore di altri hotel in cui ho soggiornato in Europa. Ottimo servizio di accoglienza. Ti offrono succo di frutta, ti portano i bagagli in camera. Abbiamo chiesto delle mascherine per lo smog che si respira fuori e ce le hanno fornite subito, senza problemi. Personale super gentile e disponibile. Camere spaziose, pulite, ottima doccia, con shampoo, bagnoschiuma e crema corpo a volontà. Ottima anche la colazione, piena di cose da mangiare sia dolci che salate. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Super consigliato!

Bhawani Singh (7/5): Fairly comfortable rooms ! - New & modern hotel. Not welcoming staff. We booked two rooms for two nights. Our room keys were programmed for only one night. It was unpleasant to have a long day & come back to the hotel to find your key card doesn’t work 🧐. Stained towels 🤨. The restaurant is leased out resulting in duplicated demands to pay by the restaurant & hotel all the time which was very unpleasant!!

PEREZ QUIROGA (6/5): - Buena calidad/precio. Las habitaciones eran grandes y limpias, camas cómodas y el botones muy atento y educado. La ubicación del hotel es pésima, lejos de la ciudad y en una zona conflictiva. Esto implica que es complicado conseguir transporte para ir y venir. No solo la entrada estaba sin asfaltar y embarrada sino que en los bajos del hotel había una licorería con gente bebiendo en la calle. Además, pedimos que nos cambiaran divisa y después de decir que si, no nos quisieron cambiar.

Hemal (9/5): Stay here because it looks better than a lot of hotels in city center. Staff is exceptional. - The staff is exceptional. Food is good. Rooms are comfortable. It is a new construction so everything is tip top inside. 1. Water doesn’t drain easily in the bath due to poor drainage in Gwalior. Once I figured to the use hand held shower at a certain speed, flooding was avoided. 2. Location is bad. It is far from city center. It was hard to find OLA rides to city. Having said that, you can rent a comfortable car from the hotel itself. The driver is good. 3. The road outside is a mud road and full of potholes to the city.

Ankit (7/5): It's a great hotel with great rooms and food. - Super comfortable and well maintained rooms. View was good and the fort was directly visible from the room. Wifi speed was good and stable I liked the buffet and huge no. of options for food. Good parking in front of rooms.Good ac and bed. Loved the food provided in rooms and it was prompt. Although the location itself is close to fort, but the entrance of hotel had broken road which are being repaired right now. Huge water logging due to rains. TV set top box was missing, it wasn't fixed after complaining. Mini bar was empty. Buffet options were good however service was a bit of a miss. Food was a bit expensive but it was delicious and good in quantity.

Samir (10/5): Great stay and mood uplifting. - Staff were professionally trained. Very courteous. A few names I remember like Lokesh and Dipti were always there with Jolly 😊 face whenever called. Food quality and taste are just top of the market. Hygiene is one point I observed was at par with international standard. Parking area needs to be refurbished.
Travelling (10/5): Exceptional - Our 3rd trip to India, in 7 years and this has been a real gem of a hotel to find, geat value. ALL staff were excellent -friendly, professional, and helpful. Cleaning was immaculate. Even outside on the rooftop was clean, which is hard in the dusty location. Mattress was amazingly comfortable. Powerful shower and large fluffy towels - perfect. Quiet in a noisy locale. Special thank you to Poorva on front desk, she is amazing, helping us arrange a diver to sightsee, extending our stay, answering the phone, attending to other guests - multi-tasking genius and all with great efficiency and a smile, a real star at the hotel. Thank you also to the manager for making us feel welcome. Keep up your wonderful hospitality.
