• alexis (9/5): Very clean, good communication - The layout was nice and private - they did a good job making it functional for the small space - and it was VERY clean The bathroom light was a bit dim
• Cynthia (9/5): Excellent stay for Skijoring weekend! - Clean, very quiet and comfortable. Loved the kitchen which was needed during Skijoring event as the restaurants were packed and wait times were over an hour. Slept well. Had to unplug lights above kitchen cabinets as there wasn’t switch and it was too bright to sleep with on, as we needed to keep bedroom door open for heat as it was very cold outside.
• Wright (9/5): We had a great time! - Great location in Leadville for a reasonable price, and the cabin itself was also very cute! Lots of nice touches. We brought our pet and were allowed a late checkout too — the hosts were great. At first we weren’t sure the fridge was working, so we had to unplug and plug it back in, and then it was totally fine.

• Alexandria (10/5): Cozy stay with a hot tub in a perfect location! - Perfect cabin for our stay in Leadville. Close to town. Hot tub that was actually hot and so enjoyable! Super clean and cozy! The sound machine, bathroom warming fan, snacks, and drinks in the fridge were such a nice touch! The fridge wasn’t cold enough for drinks and leftovers.

• Bradley (10/5): Nice Room! Good Value! - I needed a room to recuperate after hiking the mountains in the area. Nice clean room with a kitchenette, utensiles and seperate bedroom and bath. Three rooms total. Great value. My thanks to the owners. This room met all my expectations. All my needs were fulfilled. Again, a nice comfortable room were you can rest after hiking and visiting the town of Leadville.

• Susan (9/5): I would be very happy to stay here again. - A very nice tiny house indeed. It's a great location, a block or two from downtown Leadville. Quiet, comfortable, private.
• Megan (10/5): - Had an excellent stay here- I love that it’s pet friendly so I was able to bring my small dog with me. Very clean and great location, able to walk to everything. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it!
• Amy (10/5): Overall nice place to stay. - The cabin was a nice surprise. It was very clean. The bed and pillows were great. Staff was very friendly when I had questions. It was close to town. Not a lot of parking, the shower head was not great. It was pricey for a motel. No front desk staff. Was farther from the where my group was camping than I expected.
• Joe (6/5): If you are looking for a place to stay in Leadville, Colorado, look anywhere other than here. - Room was exceptionally clean and the room was very well stocked. The parking is a joke. You park on a narrow gravel incline. See the attached photos for the “MOUNTAIN VIEW” from our 2 windows.

• Lauren (8/5): Very good - The location to the main downtown area. We felt safe. There were thoughtful things throughout the property, like a bag of goodies and the fridge has some water and sodas. The communication was also great. The bed and pillows were not comfortable. You can tell the bed is older because it dipped in the middle, making it uncomfortable to sleep two in the bed. The pillows were also extremely stiff. The shower wasn't bad, hot water was hot, but the shower head was not great.
• Zimmerman (9/5): Superb - Clean. Clear instuctions on parking and entry. Nice tv. French press coffee maker didn't work and no directions on ratio of water to grounds. Just a personal note but leather couches look cool but are slippery and uncomfortable.
• Sarah (10/5): Leadville Motor Lodge was a pleasant, comfortable getaway close to town yet quiet and peaceful. - It had all the basics, water in the fridge, was sparkling clean, & very comfortable. I also loved the dedicated parking space. There was not anything we didn’t like. I would have appreciated a colander to wash fresh fruit, a whisk, and one small, stainless steel saucepan.
• Travis (10/5): Amazing lil cabin !!! - This lil cabin ruled !!! Full size kitchen and a large roomy bathroom with a cool lil bedroom too !!! I love this place !!! I think this is my 5th or 6th time staying there but first time getting into the lil cabin !!! Will be back 100% !!!

• Mark (10/5): Comfortable and cozy. Can’t wait to go back. - Very clean and nicely decorated. Loved the little extras: coffee, good tea selection, seltzers and waters, and the little bag next to the coffee. Will definitely be coming back!

• Jade (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was so clean!!! The place was very cute. The thermostat didn't take long to warm the place up, plus 3 small space heaters were provided. We had all the necessities in the kitchen to cook with. They provided a cute goodie bag of snacks, lotion, chapstick, mouth wash and ear plugs. Their were some water bottles and soda already in the fridge, I'm assuming from the last tenant. The fenced off hot tub was steps away from the front door, so nice. The king size bed was so comfy! The bathroom was so clean! The direct TV was nice to flip through the channels. The light switch for the whole place besides the bathroom and bedroom was near the front door. Wasn't a big deal but a little bit of a nuisance.
