• Ulla Kristina (3/5): Deutlich überteuert und schmutzig - Schöner Ausblick über den Luganer See. Anfahrt über eine sehr steile Straße, für weniger geübte Fahrer und ohne manuelle Handbremse unmöglich. Parkplatz war bei Ankunft besetzt, nach einer Stunde und der Androhung der Polizei durch eine andere Mieterin (die wir zugeparkt hatten) später, kam zufällig die Fahrerin des falsch geparkten Wagens. Vermieter gab an, wir sollten unser Auto doch einfach dahinter parken und bei einer bestimmten Person im Haus klingeln, also Situation schon vorbekannt. Bei Betreten des kleinen Apartments (ca. 40 Quadratmeter) fiel sofort ein deutlicher Geruch nach Zigaretten-Rauch auf, der von süßem Parfum nicht überdeckt wurde. Beim Vermieter gemeldet, Antwort: Die Reinigung sei gerade da gewesen. Klappsofa im Wohnzimmer nicht bezogen (für drei Personen gebucht), auf Nachfrage dann Bettzeug aus dem Schrank mit dem Kleber „privat“ gesucht. Bettwäsche passte nicht zusammen, fraglich sauber, habe mit einer Decke aus dem Auto geschlafen. Haupt-Bett quietscht und nicht bequem. Badezimmer okay. Geschirr-Regal, Backofen und Sofa schmutzig bzw. verdächtiger weißer Fleck. Das alles für fast 200€/Nacht definitiv nicht zu ertragen!
• Ashurov (7/5): Great location and view, but the lack of cleanliness affected our comfort. - The location is great, with a beautiful view over Lugano city from above. It’s not far from the city center, and the apartment has all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The apartment floor was dusty — our socks quickly turned black. Even the bed and sofa were dusty, and my wife and daughter kept sneezing during our stay. We even had to clean the floor ourselves with a mop. We booked the apartment for 3 people (2 adults and 1 child), but there were not enough towels provided for my child.

• Ersilia (7/5): Poteva andare meglio - La colazione non e' inclusa ma c'è tutto l'occorrente per prepararla,inclusa macchina per il caffe' e bollitore.La posizione, a parte una salita vertiginosa e due rampe di scale, e' molto bella con vista del lago. All'arrivo abbiamo preso la chiave in una cassettina ,che non si apriva e grazie ad un signore che ,gentilmente,ci ha aiutato siamo riusciti ad aprirla.Bisogna mettere un codice e tirare una levetta,ma lo sportellino non si apriva.Bisogna tirare molto prima che si apra.Consiglio di rivedere questa apertura.Noi siamo gia' stati in questa struttura l'anno scorso e abbiamo fatto un'ottima recensione perche' non ci sono state le difficolta' che abbiamo incontrato quest'anno.Un altro problema e' stato l'uso della televisione che dapprima non si accendeva, poi una volta accesa abbiamo visto che era solo in streaming , con tutte le app a pagamento o forse qualcosa possibile da vedere senza costi solo in tedesco.Non c'e' un foglio di istruzioni.Poiche' siamo italiani avremmo gradito che ci fosse almeno un canale da poter guardare.L'anno scorso c'era e stupiti da questa cosa abbiamo chiamato il proprietario che ci ha risposto che questa e' televisione Svizzera e quindi non si possono vedere canali italiani.Posso dire che dovunque siamo andati in Europa abbiamo visto la televisione italiana.Questo fatto ci ha disturbato molto,perche' la sera tornando nell'alloggio non sapevamo come passare il tempo.
• Miyu (2/5): Everything good if only the owner could show us some respect - Clean, great view but everything ruined by the host Up a steep hill, a bit hard to park. The lock box was nearly broken so it took a while to open it. It takes a while to cool down the bedroom with the fan. Empty soap in the bathroom. But those were very minor problems — there was no hot water coming from the shower, but the host did not offer any help. He did not even reply until I texted him again the morning after. He said he will check after we leave at 10am, but again, no reply until I followed up at night. Then he claims that the cleaner, plumber, apartment, next guest all confirmed that there is hot water. NO WAY all of that can be done in a few hours on a Sunday, when the owner doesn’t even reply to texts. Now he has been ignoring me for days. If he at least apologized, I would not have been this disappointed or frustrated. Yes. HE NEVER APOLOGIZES

• Daniel (8/5): Perfetto per una coppia, non adatto a 4 persone - Posizione tranquilla non troppo lontano da Lugano, vista spettacolare direttamente dal letto, cucina ben fornita, caffè e capsule presenti, posto auto privato, check in autonomo Tassa di soggiorno non indicata chiaramente, pulizia buona ma non presente su balcone e stoviglie, lampade troppo basse… fastidiose per persone alte almeno 185/190cm (si consiglia la sostituzione con semplici plafoniere), letto rumoroso, strada per accesso alla struttura parecchio in pendenza
• morena (10/5): Un weekend con vista fantastica. - Appartamento molto bello e ben fornito di tutto, dagli elettrodomestici alle stoviglie, dalla biancheria fino all'indispensabile per la colazione (erano presenti le capsule per la macchinetta del caffè, le fette biscottate, le marmellate e lo zucchero. Vista incantevole sulla città e sul lago di Lugano. Noi siamo stati a Dicembre e nonostante le temperature fredde, l'appartamento è molto caldo. La stradina chiusa per arrivarci e molto ripida ma corta e nonostante tutto ci si arriva tranquillamente.

• Silvia (8/5): Vista meravigliosa - Vista eccezionale!!! Ottima posizione per chi vuole apprezzare la vicinanza al centro ma senza i rumori e la frenesia. Appartamento accogliente con tutto il necessario. Le ciabattine in omaggio sono molto utili. Bagno spazioso. Terrazza ampia. La cucina spero non fosse stata pulita dagli ultimi ospiti in quanto forno, fornetto e grill erano pieni di briciole di pane e frigorifero e bollitore erano sporchi. Persino le stoviglie si vedeva che nessuno le aveva controllate togliendole dalla lavastoviglie. Il resto della casa se non si fa caso al calcare era abbastanza pulita. Abbiamo deciso di cenare fuori. Il parcheggio non è adatto a guidatori inesperti. Il bagno sarebbe bellissimo ma il water, che è in una stanza dentro il bagno ma separato da una porta, non è adatto a taglie forti. Non so se nel frattempo ha provveduto a segnalarlo su booking ma c'è da aggiungere al prezzo 3,25 CHF per notte per ogni persona con più di 16 anni. Non posso dire che non lo consiglierei perché la casa è molto carina ma portatevi il necessario per pulirla.

• chiara (10/5): Piacevole sorpresa - Appartamento pulito e curato nei dettagli, cucina ben fornita di tutto il necessario. Ho molto apprezzato il bollitore, la macchinetta del caffé con i rispettivi prodotti a nostro consumo. Vista meravigliosa. Netflix in casa top. L'acustica andrebbe migliorata, si sentiva ciò che facevano i vicini, niente che non si possa ottundere con dei tappi di cera

• Leniza (8/5): Very cozy apt, beautifull view - The view was fantastic and a cozy apartment. Bed comfortable The bathtub drain was half blocked, the detergent compartment was very dirty and some of the kitchen drawers were dirty. Some of the kitchen equipment is missing, such as a good chopping board and bowls. I've passed on these issues to the airbnb administrator, I hope it improves as it's very worthwhile staying in this apartment.

• Thomas (9/5): Spectacular view, pleasant stay. - The location is amazing: the view of the lake is spectacular and the apartment itself is beautiful and nicely decorated. It was also very comfortable and spotlessly clean. There were some very intimidatingly phrased rules regarding cleanliness and check-out times laid out. But maybe this was just due to prior bad experience, so I've only deducted 1 Host-point from my otherwise perfect score.

• Frank (3/5): Ist das Geld nicht wert! - Der Ausblick vom Balkon ist schön. Es fehlte Bettwäsche trotz Auskunft, dass diese vorhanden ist. Abgestandene Luft. Klimaanlage nicht gut. Die extreme Hanglage macht Anfahrt schwierig. Parkplatz war belegt.

• Simone (8/5): Alles war sehr angenehm und praktisch, es wurde bei der Einrichtung an alles gedacht. Die Wohnung liegt dezentral in ein - Alles, was man braucht, ist vorhanden. In der Küche gibt es Oel, Gewürze, Kaffeekapseln, usw. Die Wohnung ist nach Westen ausgerichtet und hat dadurch Abendsonne, das bedeutet, im Sommer ist es abends sehr warm. Die Wohnung wirkt auf den Fotos grösser als sie in Realität ist . Maximal für 3 Personen geeignet.
• Daoud (2/5): Very poor - ‏The entrance to the neighborhood is very narrow and on a steep hill, which makes access difficult. There were a lot of mosquitoes inside the apartment, making it hard to relax. The toilet stall was flooded, and the owner did not fix the problem during our stay. ‏The washing machine’s drain hose releases dirty water directly into the bathtub, which was unpleasant. The bed sheets were not clean and had a lot of hair on them. The mattress was uncomfortable, and the bed made noise with every movement. The sofa in the living room was also not comfortable.

• Hanne (7/5): Good - Lovely view, kitchen has everything needed to cater for a family. We appreciated the bath. Everything was ready for our stay and very clean. Parking was very close (right by the stairs to the apartment). Facilities were as described. Even with aircon on it was quite hot inside, so be aware of this in summer. In cooler weather the bountiful evening sun would be a plus! The deck railing was cable-tied on to make a higher barrier - great it was extended higher, but be aware of this if travelling with children.
• Bronwyn (5/5): Disappointing location and communication and would not recommend. - The kitchen was small but well equipped. The washing machine was good. Coffee machine with pods. View was expansive. Shutters were good as curtains inadequate and unit faced afternoon sun. Unit was clean. Designated parking space. Location not good as several kilometres away and you need a car. Portable air conditioner was too noisy and did not cool bedroom. Could not hear TV when on. Difficult to find the exact unit as it was up the hill with no description of where to find it. We only found it by asking someone who was walking down the driveway. Phone number for contact would not answer. Rubbish bag too small for bin. One bag allowed and then saying you can buy another! Pathetic! Shower in bathtub was slippery and dangerous. Splintery timber on balcony and balcony table and chairs cheap and uncomfortable. Kitchen benchtop needs refurbishment. Climb up the driveway very steep for car. Many stairs to climb. Without photos of which unit you would not find it. Communication for people staying needs to be better. I had to request that the photos be resent. The apartment is VERY small. The views don't compensate all the other negatives. Don't understand the name Boat Apartment as it is no where near the water. Noisy road below.

The location is so steep to climb. Not suitable for children and huge luggages. A little hard to find the place exactly where it located.
• Patrick (10/5): Exceptional - Lugano Boat apartments is a fantastic place to stay! Gorgeous view, clean, and comfortable flat. My wife and I had a fantastic time (there is also some good hiking in the area). Just FYI, if arriving by car, the driveway is quite steep. Don't be afraid to rev the engine a bit to get up the hill. And do make sure to have some CHF on hand to pay the tourist tax at the end of your stay. Enjoy the fantastic view from the balcony :)

• Robin (6/5): A neat little apartment in a quiet suburb of Lugano - The small apartment is well equipped and was spotlessly clean. The view from the apartment would have been excellent had the weather not been inclement (rain / mist). Parking space is covered and close to the apartment. The location of the apartment is some distance from the address indicated, a fact discovered only upon receiving pictorial guidance by phone on arrival. Up a narrow, steep access lane, beyond which there is a 30+ step ascent to the flat. Parking is tight for a large car when others are sharing the communal carport. The location, whilst endowed with a panoramic view, is beyond walking distance from shops, restaurants or other amenities. The sofa bed (for our child) was adequate, but the size of the apartment is better suited to a couple only. I did try to phone the host on arrival since the address indicated is not that of the property, but the number did not connect.

• Devesh (10/5): Clean apartment with good views. - The view from the balcony is phenomenal, you can sit relax and enjoy all of Lugano from the apartment. Grocery stores and restaurants are far off. Maybe it was an isolated incident but there were no soaps in the apartment.
• Igor (10/5): Excellent apartment with good view of mountains and Lugano - The 2 room property with balcony is located in suburb of Lugano. You can reach it by car or by bus. There is garage spot if you use a car. There is good view on Lugano and mountains from the balcony. Good Android TV. In the day of arrival the host will send to you the information/instructions with photos on how to enter the apartment and where to park a car. So you will not have any problems to arrive. There will be free tea and coffee. Have a good stay There is nothing of it available

But with the owner’s detailed instruction we found the apartment with no problem. We enjoyed staying here! It is very clean, comfy with amazing view! Definitely recommend!

It’s a bit far from the city and on hell but honestly it’s deserved and definitely 💯 coming back again and again. I had a weird situation and I found someone instead of me inside the house and I called the owner to ask what I should do he was shouting and sent an email on the morning and that’s it! The person who was in was so decent he came in wrong date 📆 but he cleared the apartment and even invited me for coffee ☕️ but I am nervous from the owner as he never care to say sorry or even apologize or even give me time to explain so I was not happy from him!
