• Daniel (10/5): - Es war absolut die beste Unterkunft auf unserer gesamten Reise. Der Pool war rund im die Uhr zugänglich. Das Personal sehr freundlich und Hilfsbereit. Leider haben wir dort nur eine Nacht verbracht.

The domain around it with some hiking trails is so beautiful. In the morning enjoyed a freshly made breakfast. If we would have time and known we would have definitely stayed more than 1 night.

• Maciej (10/5): Dziękujemy i mamy nadzieję wrócić! - Wspaniałe miejsce. Gospodarze i personel przemili i pomocni. Czuliśmy się jak wśród przyjaciół. Pokój piękny i czysty, dobrze wyposażony. Parking tuż pod domkiem. Basen fajny dla dużych i małych. Hotelik zapewnia wszystko co potrzebne na pobyt. Wygodna kuchnia, śniadania, ręczniki przy basenie, kawa, herbata, woda, parasole. Teren posiada szlaki do przejścia. Ogród i natura niepowtarzalne. Na naszym tarasie zawieszony był podajnik jedzenia, z którego korzystały koliberki. Miejsce ciche, kameralne, ludzie nie potykali się o siebie. Bardzo bardzo polecamy. Wszystko było idealnie.

• Romy (10/5): Tolle Unterkunft für Erholung + wundervoller Außenbereich/Pool - Top Unterkunft. Hat alles was sie verspricht und mehr. Der Pool und gepflegte Außenbereich waren die besten in ganz Costa Rica. Toller Ort für Erholung & zudem sehr freundliche Gastgeber + Personal.

• Andreas (10/5): - Wir haben uns bei Fritz und Annett direkt sehr wohl gefühlt. Ihre Appartments sind wunderbar. Das Bett ist sehr bequem und alles ist sauber. Auch der Pool und der angrenzende Wald sind toll. Ich habe gleich bei Ankunft noch die wohl beste Massage jemals bekommen, das sollte man sich nicht entgehen lassen. Beide haben sich besonders Mühe gegeben, damit es uns an nichts fehlt und dazu noch tolle Tipps für unsere weitere Reise. Danke ihr beiden :)

We expected it to be pretty good due to the pictures but it exceeding those expectations by a lot. A good breakfast by the pool as well!
• Heiko (10/5): absolute Empfehlung - Tolle lodge mit sehr netten Mitarbeitern. Fritz und Annett haben ein kleines Paradies erschaffen, das keine Wünsche offen lässt. Sehr moderne, saubere Bungalows, schöner Pool. Zwei schöne Trails in den Jungle zum spazieren. Haben uns mega wohlgefühlt, können die Unterkunft und Gastgeber uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

• DAVID (10/5): - Les lodges sont dans un parc magnifiquement entretenu, tournés vers la piscine. Très bien équipés, avec cuisine et terrasse privée. Le petit déjeuner est très bon, servi au bord de la piscine. L'emplacement est très bon, entre le parc Marino Ballena et le parc Manuel Antonio, et à 2 pas de la cascade Nauyaca. Le parc de l'hôtel possède des chemins de randonnée (environ 2km) dont un qui mène à une petite cascade.
• juan-antonio (10/5): - Nous avons passé 3 nuits dans cet hôtel. Tout était parfait. Nous avons été divinement accueillis. Nous sommes arrivés à 11h et la chambre était déjà prête, ce qui nous a permis de nous reposer et de profiter du magnifique domaine, qui possède 3 sentiers de randonnée, avec en prime une petite cascade! Le cadre est hyper joli, tout est soigné et très bien entretenu. La piscine était à plus de 30 degrés. Le logement d'une rare propreté et bien équipé. Fritz et sa famille sont des personnes incroyables, toujours souriants. Ils nous ont offert des pipas du propre domaine. Les pipas coladas maison étaient top!!! Que dire d'Alis qui était toujours là pour répondre à nos questions. Vraiment, je ne peux que recommander à 300% J'y retournerai lors de ma prochaine visite. Merci pour tout. Rien

• Ramona (10/5): Traumurlaub im Dschungel von Costa Rica - Super toller Service, sehr leckeres Essen, die Apartments sind super ausgestattet und man fühlt sich direkt wohl. Die Besitzer tun alles um jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen und bemühen sich sehr einen tollen Aufenthalt bieten zu können. Wir haben spontan nochmal um 2 Nächte verlängert weil es so schön war! Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen!

Wir haben einige Tipps für die Umgebung bekommen und konnten sogar unsere Taschen für ein paar Tage zwischenlagern. Die Umgebung ist sehr schön und wir haben die Wanderung auf dem Gelände gemacht. • Jan (10/5): Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder - Wir fühlten uns von Anfang an sehr wohl. Die Besitzer und auch das Personal verbreiten eine sehr familiäre Atmosphäre und man fühlt sich sehr willkommen. • Maarten (10/5): Fantastisch! 🤩 - Normaal gesproken plaats ik geen reviews, maar in dit geval maak ik graag een uitzondering – wat hebben wij hier een heerlijke tijd gehad! De locatie is prachtig, met indrukwekkende trails op het terrein zelf. Het appartement was ruim, schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Zwembad top en ontbijt iedere dag weer genieten. Fritz, zijn vrouw en het personeel waren ontzettend gastvrij en lieten ons direct welkom voelen. De aanbevelingen van Fritz waren bovendien erg waardevol en hebben ons verblijf nóg beter gemaakt. Van de acht accommodaties die wij tijdens onze reis door Costa Rica hebben gehad, was dit absoluut het hoogtepunt. Wij komen hier heel graag nog eens terug!
• Zdeněk (10/5): Opravdu jsme byli jako v ráji. - Snídaně výborné,personál mimořádně příjemný a vstřícný.Fritz pomohl s výběrem aktivit a i ostatní personál byl mimořádně pozorný.Vůbec jsme nečekali takové pohodlí a kvalitu služeb,pokud bychom měli hodnotit v %,tak to bylo určitě na 110%.K výbornému zážitku určitě patří i samotná lokalita,obklopená krásnou přírodou s divokými zvířaty a dostupnost národních parků v okolí.Bazén udržovaný a čistý,spousta lehátek a ručníků k dispozici.Rozhodně doporučujeme všem k návštěvě.Možná,že se ještě vrátíme. Nenašli jsme žádné negativní položky.

Personal, attentive, warm and welcoming This was the perfect location for us to explore the area and relax in complete comfort when we returned. • Heinrich (10/5): - Uns haben die wunderschöne Anlage und die Umgebung sehr gut gefallen. Der Empfang und die Betreuung war sehr persönlich. Auch das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet. Wir werden mit Sicherheit wiederkommen, wenn wir im Land sind. Da fällt mir nichts ein.
• Saskia (1/5): Oplichters! - Het verblijf was goed, niets mis mee. Wij worden 2 maanden na ons verblijf ineens benaderd dat wij onze overnachting nooit hebben betaald en 175 dollar nu moeten betalen. Wij hebben in cash bij het verblijf je betaald (dat deden we overal in Costa Rica) en ze ontkennen nu dat wij betaald hebben en de bon die we hebben niet uit gegeven had mogen worden. Echt te bizar voor woorden, heb dit nog nooit meegemaakt, dat je op kosten gejaagd wordt die je al betaald hebt! Niet heen gaan dus!!

• Angela (10/5): Absolutely incredible property worth staying at. - This was easily one of the top stays of the whole trip. We were visiting friends in the diamanté valley and this made it easy for us to get to them and all of the jungle activities we had planned as well as easy to get to the beach. The staff were beyond amazing. They went out of their way continuously to make sure we were having the best time possible. The staff and the owners genuinely cared about us and our trip. The facilities were clean and well cared for. The breakfast was delicious.

• Anja (10/5): Ein kleines Paradies im Regenwald - Könnte ich 11 von 10 Sternen vergeben, würde ich es sofort tun. Obwohl ich nur eine Nacht hier war, durfte ich früher anreisen, den Pool nutzen und habe den besten Kaffee Costa Ricas genossen. Die Anlage ist sehr groß und abwechslungsreich gestaltet, mit unterschiedlichen Themenhäusern und privaten Wanderwegen durch den Regenwald. Die Apartments sind außergewöhnlich geräumig, mit viel Liebe eingerichtet, makellos sauber und perfekt ausgestattet. Ein besonderes Highlight war die Massage, die ich auf meiner Terrasse genießen durfte – einfach wunderbar. Auch das Frühstück war hervorragend und das Beste, das ich auf meiner Reise durch Costa Rica bekommen habe. Vielen herzlichen Dank für diesen besonderen Aufenthalt! Nix

Frtiz and his wife are very friendly and gave us local recommendation. They had welcome drinks a s breakfast was delicious. The overall setting of the rooms were great. AC worked fine which is super important in humid climate. The rooms had distinct fragrance of euclyptus. I thought that was a good touch. Hot water also worked fine. Highly recommend.

• Mario (10/5): Traumhafte Lodge und wundervolle Gastgeber - jederzeit wieder. - Die Paradiselodge hat Ihren Namen mehr als verdient. In unmittelbarer Nähe zu de Nauyaca Falls und nur wenige Minuten mit dem Auto zu den Pazifikstränden ist die Lodge ein absoluter Geheimtipp. Die österreichischen Betreiber Fritz und Anett haben uns persönlich und super nett begrüßt und uns extrem wertvolle Tipps für die Entdeckung der Umgebung gegeben und uns bei der Organisation von Ausflügen mit tollen Insidertippinformationen geholfen. So konnten wir Aras, Faultiere und verlassene Strände finden, an denen sich viele Rochen in den Wellen in Strandnähe ausgetobt haben. Alles ist sehr familiär und auch das Personal ist sehr umsichtig und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind sehr gut ausgestattet, wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt inkl. Pool und einem wundervoll angelegten Garten und Trailbereich direkt auf dem Gebiet der Lodge. Leider hatten wir auch eine kleine Reifenpanne, aber Fritz und Anett haben uns auch da super geholfen mit einem befreundeten Reifendienst. Die Zeit war viel zu kurz, wir kommen gern und mit Sicherheit wieder und empfehlen die Paradiselodge aus vollem Herzen. Da fällt uns nichts ein.

• Miranda (10/5): Geweldig verblijf centraal gelegen - Een fantastisch mooie plek, ruim appartement, uitstekend bed, fijne douche, goed ontbijt, ontzettend gastvrij en servicegerichte medewerkers en als bonus een gastheer die er alles aan doet om het je naar de zin te maken. Wij hebben dankzij de speciale tips en aanbevelingen van Fritz een heerlijke tijd gehad. Hij had zelfs nog tips en aanbevelingen voor onze dagen in Uvita. Top! Ik zou zo weer terugkomen. Overnacht je hier, vraag vooral om wat aanbevelingen. Wij waren er ontzettend blij mee. Nvt
• Beat (10/5): - Wir sind sehr herzlich von den Gastgebern Fritz & Anette mit Team empfangen worden. Unterkunft geschmackvoll eingerichte.,ganze Anlage wunderschön und gepflegt. Man sieht sofort den europäischen Einfluss der Österreich/Deutschen Gastgeber. Abends wurden wir mit den anderen Gästen zu einem gemütlichen zusamnensitzen eingeladen. Wir haben einent tollen "familiären" Aufenthalt verbracht. Herzlichen Danke Anette und Fritz für eure Gastfreundschaft. Wir können euch nur wärmstens weiteremofehle.

Sehr gutes individuelles Frühstück und sogar Wanderwege direkt auf dem weitläufigen Gelände. Sehr schön auch um verschiedene Vögel zu beobachten! Die österreichischen Besitzer sind die Besten! Sie standen uns jederzeit mit Rat und Tat zur Seite und haben uns, dank ihrer Tipps, tolle Erlebnisse beschert. Eine klare Empfehlung!

From the moment we arrived, the hosts made us feel incredibly welcome – warm, attentive, and always ready to help with recommendations or anything we might need. The location is truly breathtaking: surrounded by lush jungle, yet perfectly situated as a base for exploring nearby waterfalls, heading to the beach, or enjoying a surf day in Dominical. On top of that, it’s the perfect starting point for unforgettable adventures. The hosts can help organize whale watching tours, diving trips, or visits to national parks. They also know the hidden spots where you can see sloths and other wildlife – away from the crowds and mass tourism. The apartments are spotless, beautifully maintained, and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The highlight for us was the stunning pool with its peaceful atmosphere, as well as the private jungle trail on the property. Walking along the path felt magical – with the chance to spot wildlife and a small stream with a charming waterfall waiting at the end. Paradise Lodge is the perfect mix of comfort, nature, and hospitality. We left feeling refreshed and inspired, and we would recommend it without hesitation to anyone visiting this part of Costa Rica.

Es gibt 4 Appartements eingebettet in einer wunderbar gepflegten Gartenanlage. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilft auch bei der Organisation der zahlreichen Aktivitäten in der Umgebung. Eines meiner Ziele war Faultiere zu sehen und dank der Insidertipps der Paradise Lodge ging dieser Wunsch auch in Erfüllung. überhaupt nichts zu beanstanden

• Kay (9/5): Superb - Very cool and small resort with not too many rooms. First we where a bit concerned as all the rooms are located somehow around the pool and the bar because we thought it could be to noisy. But it wasn’t at all the case. Very clean rooms, good breakfast and super friendly staff. Thank you again Emanuel for all the nice talks we had and all the recommendations you gave. Brilliant stay.
• Silesky (10/5): Incredible ☺️ - This place is definitely amazing!! So clean, they care about every little detail! Service was good too! Nauyaca waterfall are 1 minute away in car! And breakfast was delicious. I love everything!
• Yanina (10/5): Exceptional - We stayed at this hotel for one night near the Nauyaca Waterfalls, and it was an absolutely beautiful experience. The location is perfect — close to nature and very peaceful. The hotel is thoughtfully designed and well-maintained, with a lovely pool on the property. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and helpful. They gave us great advice on how to get to Corcovado and shared many useful tips that really helped us on our trip. The food was delicious, and the breakfast was excellent — one of the best we had in Costa Rica! Overall, it was a wonderful stay. The hosts were very attentive and made us feel at home. If we come back to the area, we would definitely choose to stay here again.

• Christopher (10/5): Truly a Paradise - Sometimes people can’t be bothered to write reviews , however having such a wonderful stay with the fantastic staff and owners we feel obligated to try to put into words what a truly magnificent time we had at the Paradise Lodge Apartments. What a fantastic place and it all started each day with a wonderful breakfast. First a plate of fresh fruit picked right from the property, then a choice of omelet , scrambled eggs, sunny side up, or simple toast and jam made to order with a delicious side of rice and beans, fresh avocado, queso frito, and bacon. plus orange juice and delicious Costa Rican Coffee. From the moment we arrived the hospitality was excellent, taking our bags from the car to our super clean and spacious room and making sure we had everything we needed. The apartments are in side of a gated property which will give you a strong sense of security and safety, with ample parking very close to the rooms. The property is aptly named as it is truly a slice of paradise. From the little porch outside the rooms to the beautiful grounds and swimming pool every detail is spectacularly maintained. We wish we were able to spend more time on the property which I am sure we will do next time as we had some business to attend to on this trip so we weren’t able to enjoy the property as much as we would of liked. We did however find the time to explore the beautiful property including the shorter of the trails that go around the property. We just cant say enough about the fantastic time we had at this location. If your going to this area of Costa Rica stay at Paradise Lodge…. You wont regret it….

That we couldn’t stay longer😆

If you are willing, and able, to drive 15 minutes to Dominical (the closest spot) for lunch and dinner, then this place is absolutely worth visiting. Almost newly built with large rooms, and a beautiful garden. Emanuel and staff was so helpful and friendly. Me and the family really enjoyed our 4 nights here. Nothing to remark

Emanuel was a brilliant host, very friendly staff and nothing was too much trouble and always available. Rooms had everything we needed and very comfortable. Pool was the cleanest I’d seen. Waterfalls close by and only 10 min drive to Dominical. Nothing
• Sally (10/5): Paradise Lodge makes an exceptional stay….would highly recommend! - Paradiselodge makes an exceptional stay…would highly recommend! Spotlessly clean, super comfy large bed, great breakfast, lovely hot shower, amazing view over the valley with waterfall from the bed and incredibly welcoming hosts. Note there is a well equipped kitchenette to prepare meals, a terrace to relax & dine, a lovely pool to use at all times, sun beds & umbrellas, trails to explore the estate, remote secure gate & boundary. All this in a great position to explore by car the beautiful nearby beaches & Nauyaca waterfalls, which is next door. The hosts Annett, Fritz & Peter have an immense wealth of knowledge about the local area & will help with suggesting tours, restaurants & places of interest. 10/10 well done team ParadiseLodge! 🤩 Nothing!
• Natalia (8/5): Great location, but service needs improvement - The location is great if you want to visit Nauyaca and Dominical in the same trip. The property is nice, very quiet and immersed in the nature. The rooms are comfortable and well equiped. They don't have a front desk, instead they gave you a written guide in the room and they offer "assistance" through WhatsApp, however they didn't reply fast and during our stay they didn't reply during +12 hours to a question that was important to us. The written guide should be more complete or the virtual service should be more efficient. Also there are certain details such spiderwebs close to the pool chairs or the lamps in the room that need to improve, specially for the price you're paying.

• Kenneth (10/5): Exceptional - Chris and his wife are very gracious hosts, and do an outstanding job of managing the facility. The complex is relatively new, very clean, and most important very quiet. The free breakfast was one of the best we had while staying in Costa Rica. Comfortable furnishings and large bathrooms with a great shower and lots of hot water. Basic kitchenette was useful. I would highly recommend anybody staying in the tiamaste or demonical area consider staying at this facility.
• Tamas (9/5): Superb - The apartments are brand new and the entire area is very beautiful. Chris, the host, is extremely kind and helpful. The place was a truly pleasant surprise. Very very close (1 min drive) to the Nauyaca waterfalls Unfortunately, in this area, there's a type of large insect that's attracted to light, so at night, these huge bugs swarm around the lights in a frenzy. They're harmless, but if you're not a fan of large insects, it can be quite unpleasant.
