Ein Lob an das Reinigungspersonal! Die Lichtschalter sind etwas kompliziert! Was aber dem schönen und sauberen Apartment nicht schadet!

• Claudia (9/5): Great stay - Very easy to access with the door code, great location (lots of facilities nearby, good transport links), and the studio itself had everything I needed (well-equipped kitchen, plenty of space, fast and reliable internet). The only snag, which is a temporary one, is that there was major construction going on just across the road from the flat, so at times there were very loud noises, which was a bit annoying as I had to work from the studio. I'm sure the construction will be finished soon, though it would've been nice to maybe get a heads-up about it.

• Ruby (9/5): Great - would stay again. - Great location with multiple tubes and loads of restaurants/supermarkets near by. Good value for money, generally quiet and clean with all new appliances/bathroom. Wifi didn't work but it wasn't a huge deal as had 5G. Apartment was next to cleaning cupboard so was woken up earlier than I'd like with the banging around.

• Silja (9/5): Deilig opphold - Veldig rent og fint. Godt utstyrt leilighet. Fint og moderne interiør. God seng. Det var en glippe i døra som gjorde det veldig lytt. Man kunne høre fra folk i andre rom, og folk i gangen, som om de var inne på rommet. Heldigvis var det veldig rolig, og ingen støy eller bråk, så det gikk fint.

Que no siempre había personal por allí disponible. Pero si es verdad que para cuando hice el check-in un poco antes de las 15:00 h ya había personal por allí muy amable.

• Melissa (10/5): Perfect. Enjoyed it immensely! - The studio apartment was perfect for 2 people, was clean and comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location was great. Right next to 2 tube stations (different lines), with a cafe and mini grocery store around the corner. In the evening on the way back to the apartment we would stop and get some snacks and fresh fruit for breakfast. The apartment was within walking distance of places like St. Paul's Cathedral and the Globe Theater, which was convenient since we arrived earlier than our check-in. It was nice to be able to store our luggage and start sight-seeing in the same area. The only thing that might have been helpful was if the welcome book contained information on the tube system or the hop on hop off buses. Maybe there was something in the welcome passport thing and I didn't see it, but knowing how the tube system worked, lines to take to commonly visited places from our location, and that you can use a tap credit card instead of buying tickets would have been helpful.

Although the information provided indicated a bedding and towel change once during the wek of my stay, that did not occur.

We couldn't find the cutlery, which was seemingly the only thing the kitchen didn't have! The main door to the apartment hallway also had a large gap, letting in a lot of light and noise in the morning.

Letto comodissimo, camere insonorizzate Piccolezze, che possono migliorare ancora di più il soggiorno, forse avrei aggiunto un secondo specchio in bagno per truccarsi e la relativa luce, un porta spazzolini da denti, delle ciabattine per gli ospiti Per il resto nulla da dire

• Grace (10/5): A very clean and comfortable apartment - The staff members were very responsive to all my messages/inquiries. Really appreciate this. I was allowed to store my luggage in between my trips out of the UK and back. Again, this is very much appreciated. The apartment is in a quiet location, yet very accessible to Farringdon station and Barbican station. You can take the Elizabeth line from Heathrow airport right to Farringdon station and from there, a five minute walk to the apartment. It's also walkable, like 15 minutes to nearby attractions. I love the very clean and spacious apartment unit. Well equipped kitchen, though I wish there was a frying pan. Thank you for the ground coffee and tea bags. A very wonderful stay indeed! Nothing really.

• Wim (10/5): Comfortable, clean studio with great service and access to variety of metro lines - Newly renovated, enough space, comfortable bed. No hassle check-in, access, and luggage storage on day of checkout. And excellent connections close-by to underground lines! Really nothing to dislike. The couch could be more comfortable, and not much of a view, but overall a great experience.

• Matilde (9/5): Very good apartment in city centre! - Everything was very good, especially the location is incredibly well served with 2 metro lines at 100mt. Clean and functional, also there is the possibility to leave luggages and its always appreciated! The only things to flag were: missing cutlery and the bed was super noisy

• Benjamin (7/5): - The apartment itself exceeded expectations. Far better kitted out than most places - especially the kitchen. Bed was comfy and shower was great. It was unfortunate and, hopefully only applicable to that night, but there was construction work in the restaurant unit below the apartment with drilling into the walls from 3am. I guess if the block had been staffed overnight - or there was an easy "night porter" number to call, someone might have been able to put a stop to that.
