• Aleksandra (7/5): - -Dobra lokalizacja (blisko dworca) - Czysto - Wygodne łóżko - Słabo wygłuszone drzwi do pokoju, każdej nocy budziły nas głośne rozmowy z klatki i trzapanie drzwiami -Wejście do klatki jest tylko na przycisk (brak żadnego kodu) dlatego tez nie czuliśmy sie zbyt bezpiecznie - zwłaszcza jednej nocy gdy ktoś szarpał za klamki. -Słabe ciśnienie wody, przez co woda w wannie zawsze była letnia. -Brak sprzątania pokoju przez cały okres pobytu

• Jay (9/5): Clean and comfortable - Booked just for our one night transfer in Bari, was comfortable and certainly did the trick. Located very close to the train station and lots of easy walking distance shops. Was some kind of initial system error with the alarm but someone was sent out immediately to resolve it. .

L’hôte nous a donné des adresses de restaurant, et nous a super bien indiqué ou se garer ! Je recommande la location !!

• Michela (1/5): Terrificante , peccato non poter dare zero . - Nulla Siamo arrivati e la nostra stanza era occupata da altri . Ci siamo spostati in un ‘altra stanza e ci è stato detto di non lamentarci in quanto eravamo fortunati per il fatto che quella aveva un idromassaggio e la nostra no , quindi di qualità superiore. Personale delle pulizie che urlava . Nella struttura sono presenti lavatrici ed asciugatrici con le quali il personale provvede a lavare la biancheria e che sono Rimaste accese tutta la notte do sabato compromettendo il Nostro Riposo . La mattina della domenica il personale delle pulizie si è messo a stirare dietro la nostra porta facendo rumore e compromettendo la nostra privacy . La sauna non funziona e chiedendo intervento o supporto al referente, non ci è stato dato alcun aiuto . La nostra stanza inoltre non aveva neppure la finestra . Il tubo del telefono della doccia non funzionava Esperienza da non ripetere assolutamente terrificante

Ho contattato il proprietario e chiedendomi quale fosse il problema ho inviato foto e video della vasca è da lì non ho più ricevuto risposta. Brutta esperienza

• Guest (1/5): READ COMMENTS FROM OTHERS - EXPENSIVE WITH THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!- BE WARNED! - Location is close to train station everything Service is the worst I have ever received - Communication is only through whatsapp, we stayed for 5 nights and we had no cleaning service until the 4 day! - We had to engage booking.com to contact the host because they are not responsive, and even bookin.com couldnt get a hold of them - They didn't care that we had no room service, no coffee, garbage and bedsheets weren't cleaned until we complained every single day - Expensive and THE worst service from a host i have ever received - READ other comments and you will see a pattern - 58 set of stairs to get to your apartment, and there is no elevator - BE careful staying here - their advertisement and pictures show sauna and jacuzzi, but the room is tiny with false advertising

The door at the entrance doesn’t work properly which is very annoying besides you pay a lot of money so it should work same goes for the hygiene, I could see it was clean but not properly and for the price per night it should be. And there were no windows which makes you feel very locked up especially if the door doesn’t open up properly….
• Adrian Mihai (8/5): Overall a good stay! Would recommend but the front door could be soundproof! - Very nice and clean! The jacuzzi was fantastic! You can hear any movement through the front door and there is no CCTV in the building so anyone can get in. The location is not ideal if safety is important to you as it gets quite risky at night.

• Vinci (4/5): Alegeți altă locație - Există un espressor și capsule puse la dispoziție Camera este renovată recent Pat confortabil Foarte greu am reușit să vorbesc cu proprietarul, trimisesem mesaj înainte cu 4 zile de sejur și mi s-a răspuns abia în ziua sejurului, când am sunat la booking pentru ca proprietarul nu îmi răspunde (nici la mesaje și nici la telefon). Într-o seară nu am avut apă caldă la duș Dușul este nefuncțional, trebuie ținut într-o anumită poziție ca să funcționeze. Deși doamna de la curățenie a fost de dimineață prezentă, proprietarul nu a acceptat să ne lăsăm bagajele înainte de check-in pe holul de la intrare, fără a o incomoda pe doamna de la curățenie să termine camera. Antifonarea camerelor este extrem de proasta, se aude tot ce se întâmplă în celelalte camere, inclusiv alarma altor persoane care a sunat aproximativ 15-20 minute într-o dimineață. Nu există niciun fel de fereastră pentru aerisire naturală Este aproape de gară însă zona nu este una foarte safe seara Raport calitate-preț lasă de dorit.
• Daniele (10/5): Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo, piacevole vasca idromassaggio e posizione comoda - Diamo 10 per l'ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo (abbiamo pagato 90 euro), altrimenti avremmo dato 9, perché si potrebbe migliorare qualcosa. Abbiamo particolarmente apprezzato la vasca idromassaggio per due persone. È possibile attivarla quando l'acqua raggiunge circa i 3/4 circa della vasca. Se esce un po' di sporco quando la si aziona, non preoccupatevi: svuotando la vasca e riempendola di nuovo, al secondo utilizzo il problema non si presenta più. Per il resto, era tutto pulito. Molto carine le luci colorate azionabili nella vasca. Frigo con bottiglietta d'acqua fresca in omaggio. Cabina doccia spaziosa. La struttura si trova a pochi minuti a piedi dalla stazione centrale e da lì si raggiunge facilmente Bari Vecchia con una breve passeggiata. Non abbiamo mai avuto bisogno di prendere il bus. Host gentile e disponibile. Ci siamo trovati molto bene e torneremo volentieri. Non ha senso che ci siano dei fornelli senza mettere a disposizione dei clienti almeno una padella e una pentola per cucinare. C'erano solo i piatti, i bicchieri e le posate, ma non era possibile cucinare per questo motivo. E non era presente neppure un forno a microonde. Per noi, comunque, non è stato un problema, perché non avevamo bisogno di cucinare. In bagno sarebbe necessaria una tendina, per evitare di essere visti dai palazzi vicini (la finestra del bagno si trova sopra la doccia). Ci siamo arrangiati poggiando un asciugamano sopra la finestra. Sarebbe utile una seconda sedia, magari pieghevole, per potersi sedere in due al tavolino, nel caso si voglia mangiare qualcosa.
• Cappiello (5/5): Parece mejor de lo que es. - Recibimos solo un mensaje automático por whatsapp con las instrucciones para entrar en el alojamiento. Nos pidieron fotos de los documentos tramite whatsapp. No hay ascensor y la habitación era súper pequeña. Además, no se puede cerrar por dentro. Las persianas no se pueden cerrar bien de noche y entra mucha luz. En el cuarto de baño hay molde alrededor de la ventana que, además, da al patio interior y todos los vecinos te ven duchar, puesto que no hay modos de cubrirla.

• Shahrez (7/5): Nice clean room, but BE WARE NO ELEVATORS TO TAKE BAGS UP 4 FLIGHTS OF STAIRS!!!!!!!!!!!!!! - The room was very clean and the host was friendly. The A/C was amazing, worked very well. There are no elevators and there wasn't anyone to help with the bags. I had to carry them up four flights of stairs. Had I known that, there would've been a zero chance I would've booked this place. I feel like there needs to be a warning that there are no elevators, and that you will have to carry your bags up four flights of dark, dingy stairs with zero AC.

No batteries in the safe. The tubes of the spa were full of dirt. The room was dark and with a small balcony. Not a suite more like a room with a spa. But the “staff” who randomly was assigned to fix the different problems were kind and helpful though

Nie sprawna lodówka, zgłosiłem to do obiektu, na następny dzień przynieśli starą 30letnia lodówkę, która również nie działała, zgłosiłem ponownie że lodówka „nowa” nie działa, to już pozostało to bez odpowiedzi. przy 40 stopniowym upale, niesprawna lodówka to jest dramat. Tak to ok.

Très cher pour les prestations La réaction de booking qui au lieu de nous aider, nous raccrochait au nez sous prétexte qu'ils nous mettaient en attente...booking semble oublier que le client c'est nous, et que c'est donc nous qu'il doit aider. Ce n'est pas à nous de contacter le propriétaire mais à lui. Pas top😡

• Stefania (7/5): - Struttura nel complesso molto carina e sicuramente ben tenuta. Arredo moderno, vasca idromassaggio molto grande e spaziosa, bagno ampio e dotato di tutti i servizi. Letto grande e davvero davvero comodo. Stanza silenziosa, abbiamo passato una notte in totale silenzio e zero disturbo. Sicuramente lo staff. Telefonicamente tutto bene, il ragazzo è stato gentile, sicuramente essenziale nelle informazioni ma gentile. La signora delle pulizie questa mattina a dir poco terribile, sono uscita dalla mia stanza per lasciare la struttura e ovviamente ho detto “Salve buongiorno”, la signora mi guarda e non mi risponde, inizia a chiudere la porta della mia stanza (il mio compagno) come siamo abituati a fare quando usciamo da una struttura e la signora urlando mi dice “No no non chiudere lascia” io la guardo non capendo se parlasse con me esattamente e lei mi fa “Ho detto lascia” il tutto gesticolando animatamente. Usciamo fuori lei ovviamente non saluta e sposta in maniera abbastanza nervosa dei prodotti che aveva per terra. Per non parlare del baccano iniziato già alle 9:15/20 circa del mattino causato immagino sempre da chi si occupa della pulizia. È un peccato perché la struttura è davvero bella ma una struttura completa lo è anche per lo staff.

Veľmi rušná lokalita,keď sme to objednávali neuvedomili sme si polohu apartmanu,že sa nachádza v blízkosti stanice.Avšak to by nebol taký problém ako frekventovaná križovatka hneď pod apartmánom. Keď sme chceli mat v noci otvorenú vetračku,ten hluk bol dosť obmedzujúci.

• Ildikó (7/5): - Közel van az állomáshoz és minden könnyen elérhető. Felszereltsége jó, tiszta. Egy baráti társasággal foglaltunk 5 szobát külön- külön, ráfizettem az árra mégis egy közép kategóriás szobát kaptam az öt közül. Sokszor csatorna szag volt és minden áthallatszik a szomszéd szobákból.

• Silvia (9/5): Für eine Stadtbesichtigung ideal - Die zentrale Lage, der Balkon auf den ruhigen Innenhof war für die Besichtigung von Bari perfekt. Die riesige Badewanne fand ich nutzlos. Der Platz hätte für einen Tisch genutzt werden können. Für den Balkon fehlte Tischchen und Stühle.

• Ray (1/5): Definitely do not recommend this property - The room was on the 2nd floor very small and claustrophobic and with 58 steps, this was very difficult for us being elderly to manage especially with luggage so we had to move to a hotel the next day. We tried to contact the manager by phone and through WhatsApp but no response once I explained our problem on WhatsApp. They just would not speak or answer our call or messages, very shame full. We couldn't use the TV as there wasn't the control. Also the entrance was shabby like a garage and not that of a residence photos attached.

We had news how to enter the room only 30 minutes before. It was a complete chaos with the owners with 3 different WhatsApp number that said each different stuff. Impossible to leave the luggage before to visit the city peacefully. And a very noisy neighbour with the door that have to be slam each time that you exit the building
