• Bisseling (7/5): Prima verblijf. - De kamer was erg ruim, mooi ingericht. Fijne badkamer met een ruime douche. Receptioniste is erg behulpzaam, vriendelijk en praat Engels. De wijk is erg rustig, je moet alleen een stukje lopen voor restaurantjes. De keuken was niet helemaal compleet, waardoor koken niet echt een optie was. (denk bijv. aan een snijplank, handdoeken etc.). De accommodatie ligt aan een drukke straat in Medellin. Daardoor is er 's nachts veel lawaai van de straat.

Teve um dia que eu precisava esquentar um lanche e a recepcionista correu co - Gostamos muito do ambiente, tudo limpinho e cheiroso, a rua super tranquila, arborizada, a coisa maisssss linda! Só a localização que não é taaaao boa mas andando um 15 min você chega em um ponto de ônibus que te leva pra metrô e etc A única coisa que acontecia as vezes era barulho de gente falando na frente do nosso quarto.

The room is wet, hard to make clothes and towels become dry. (Only this building's problem because another hotel in Medellin don't have the problem)

Agradable plan antes de dormir, tomarnos un café en esa terraza con vista a los árboles. Volveríamos. Unos funcionarios muy amables. Pero otros...responder más amable, por favor. Fue muy fuerte su tono de respuesta al decir NO, al pedir servicio de limpieza al cuarto, pero después de mediodía, en horas de la tarde.

A must stay! - This is a small and quiet hotel (only 9 or 10 rooms) in an excellent location for those who want to experience a more authentic and residential part of Medellin (the city centre is only a short taxi ride away). The quality of the rooms is excellent with large rooms, comfortable beds, smart TVs, fast and reliable WiFi and very modern appliances in the spacious bathrooms. The hotel is spotless with incredibly friendly and helpful staff, a small outdoor communal area and a delightful hotel run cafe next door. All of the above is provided at a very affordable and reasonable price. This is a must stay! One or two of the rooms back onto the main road and so can be a little bit loud - not a problem for me personally, but maybe a problem for light sleepers

• VERONICA (5/5): Es un hotel recomendable por su comodidad, limpieza y el excelente servicio del personal. - Nos hospedamos en el Hotel Boutique Roomzz Laureles durante el fin de semana de la Maratón de Medellín y la experiencia fue muy positiva. El lugar es bonito, nuevo y muy limpio. La cama resultó cómoda, los baños son amplios y modernos, y en general las instalaciones transmiten frescura y buen cuidado. La atención en recepción fue sobresaliente: siempre atentos, amables y dispuestos a ayudar. Nos apoyaron con la reserva de taxi para el día de la carrera y además nos dieron excelentes recomendaciones de lugares para comer en la zona. Como aspecto a mejorar, notamos que las habitaciones pueden ser un poco ruidosas, lo cual afecta un poco el descanso. En general, es un hotel recomendable por su comodidad, limpieza y el excelente servicio del personal.
