• Augustin (5/5): My stay was pathetic - I did like the Pool bar and the swimming pool Wifi very weak, No electricity at Night and i didn't work for two days as i work online i found some else bra in the room 14 and i gave to the cleaner

• Sylvia (8/5): to enjoy my booking i need more time - I really loved the place, it was beautiful, there is peace of mind. Other than that evreything was amazing and i would come again. But the rooms are hot at least put in air conditioning because when we book you do not specify that there are not there and we must bring our own plugs for the fan inside. Also we cant be watching 1 channel, rather put in a dstv thats cheaper but includes more channels.
• Neo (8/5): Palm Lodge experience - The staff was friendly and professional. The rooms were clean and the evironment was safe out cars were secured, love the fact that it's near pice station and it was affordable The plugs were not working, sometime we were not able to get hot water, we struggled to charge our phones, the rooms need sound proof because we could hear the noise from other rooms and that made us to struggle to sleep please improve on those mentioned.

• Thabo (3/5): It doesn’t worth the money we paid. - I liked nothing about the facility. The room wasn’t what we expected, no air conditioner in the room. TV was blurry. No Fridge and microwave in the room. The cleaners knocked on the door around 7/9am to do house keeping 🧖🏾‍♂️
• Ramaleba (1/5): - I did not include breakfast in my booking. There was a power outage around 9pm and it lasted the whole night. It was restored around 6am. There was no explanation as to why it happened or at least an apology. The room I slept in did not have a heater nor aircon. In this cold weather, a heater should be included in every room. I was booked in Room No. 6. The bath is small for my big body. So washing was a challenge.

• Michael (9/5): Perfect to a great evening for sleep, sheets and beds are great. - Everything was great and clean. Breakfast was amazing and the service was great. Limited TV channels and quality was not very good.
• Masingita (1/5): - There was no electricity in my room from 10pm to 6pm...while other rooms had 1..The security is not helpful...I had to stay in my car to be able to go through my work.
• Adri (8/5): Overall stay was great and the people are friendly - Meals were excellent. They did have shortages on some items, like white bread for breakfast and salad ingredients for dinner. I ordered salad and they replaced it with chips. Not a big problem thought, still loved the meal. Bigger towels in the bathroom and maby a small fridge to keep cooldrinks in.

• Mbuyazi (7/5): Yeah it was roof over our head and safety was super - Breakfast was at its lowest where there were no cereals one cup of tea/coffee no fruits nothing SSort of dry breakfast and monotonous.It was like going to a café or restaurant not and ideal BnB If they could improve their breakfast where one could expect a sumptuous breakfast that is fulfilling otherwise the location of the place was suitable for what we came for
