• cardona (10/5): - El desayuno estuvo delicioso, las habitacion estuvo increible, la comida deliciosa, la atencion muy buena, los paisajes y las actividades acuaticas fueron lo mejor de todo. Como primera medida el trasnporte. Realmente la llegada en carro es practicamente imposible, esta mal señalizado y la carretera esta en muy mal estado, los horarios de la salida en el bote son demasiado limitados. Ell hotel no tuvo en cuenta que los huespuedes pueden tener retrasos en la carretera y por ende no llegar a las 2 para tomar el bote. Ademas no deja tiempo para turistear por guatapé. Por otra parte, probamos la pasta del hotel, rica pero nada del otro mundo, sin embargo la hambruguesa me parecio una propuesta super interesante y deliciosa.

The view was absolutely stunning 🤩, and the peaceful surroundings made it the perfect place to relax and reconnect with nature. It’s an ideal spot if you’re looking for tranquility, fresh air, and breathtaking scenery. I would definitely stay here again!

• Juan David (6/5): Normal - La vista a la represa es increíble Venden una experiencia lujosa pero no lo es, hay muebles muy improvisados, en mal estado o viejos, no es muy limpio y el personal hace varias cosas al tiempo para poder atender todo, pero no les da (falta personal capacitado ) No es una experiencia lujosa , pero por otro lado tampoco es una experiencia espiritual o algo así, tampoco hay zonas compartidas como para relajarse , literal es para que te quedes en la habitación y no salgas más que a comer, la vista desde las habitaciones es increíble eso si , en general el hotel es bueno, pero no esperen nada lujoso , improvisan mucho.
• Carlos Andrés (9/5): - El lugar definitivamente está muy bien en temas de espacio y decoración, nunca tuvimos problemas de fitlraciones de agua o calidad de la misma. Recomendado en pareja totalmente, la comida estaba muy bien, el ambiente perfecto y el personal excelente! A tener en cuenta: Si van en su propio carro, de verdad se les recomienda que sea alto (ojalá 4x4) debido a que la parte destapada es de tener cuidado. Podrían tener en cuenta ampliar solo un poco la variedad de la carata y considerar un poco los precios (Solo como sugerencia).

• Ale8000 (5/5): - El lugar es realmente hermoso y el diseño interno de los ambientes tiene un encanto especial. Sin embargo, como sucede muchas veces en destinos turísticos en Colombia, notamos que el nivel del servicio no está a la altura del precio cobrado. Por una tarifa de aproximadamente 130 dólares por noche, se esperaría una atención de nivel superior. Durante nuestra estadía estuvimos cerca de cuatro horas sin electricidad ni agua caliente, y lamentablemente no recibimos disculpas ni una compensación adecuada por la situación. Al momento del pago tuvimos que insistir para que se aplicara un descuento, que finalmente fue solamente del 10%, lo cual nos pareció insuficiente considerando la incomodidad vivida. En cuanto al restaurante, la carta no ofrece opciones destacables y los precios resultan bastante altos, más comparables con los de Estados Unidos que con los de la región. Por ejemplo, una hamburguesa cuesta alrededor de 18 dólares, lo cual parece desproporcionado. El desayuno incluido también fue decepcionante: la fruta no estaba madura, el café llegó tibio y los huevos con jamón y queso eran demasiado básicos para un hotel de esta categoría. Además, el servicio fue lento, lo que afecta aún más la experiencia. En general, creemos que si el objetivo es posicionarse como un hotel de nivel VIP, sería necesario mejorar significativamente la calidad del servicio y la atención al detalle. También sería importante garantizar el funcionamiento inmediato de la planta eléctrica ante cortes de energía, para evitar esperas prolongadas. Por último, aunque la habitación es muy hermosa, el toldo presentaba manchas y suciedad, algo que podría solucionarse fácilmente con un mayor control de calidad. En resumen, el lugar tiene un gran potencial, pero para justificar los precios actuales es fundamental elevar el estándar del servicio y de la experiencia en general.

Unique ecohotel, we had room with jacuzzi and sauna and huge bed with balcony overlooking the reservoir. Food - small portions, some tasty, some average. Expensive for what it is in Colombia. Also breakfast included is not great, have to pay extra for other options. Staff - most were helpful and friendly. However this place severely lacks a general manager host to give a proper welcome to the hotel. Also nobody speaks English.

For a dog is extremely high They charge you $100.000 COP for a dog and 150.000 COP for extra cleaning?!! It’s a bit much to say the least as charge for a dog is actually for cleaning

• Maria (10/5): A Memorable Experience in a. Beautiful Rustic with a Modern Touch and Luxury. Love the gold sofas and chairs - The Service , Pick Up via Boat, Decor and Ambiance of Hotel. Bar area was well decorated and with a good vibe. Restaurant was also excellent. The apple crumb dessert was amazing that we had to order an extra one. The hotel design made out of wood and bamboo is UNIQUE! We had a 2 bed set up but only one had cover for mosquitos. The other group were uncomfortable w the buzz and bites. Highly recommend Toldos covers for sleeping. Adding rails on pathways to rooms are welcome A bit dangerous in the dark if you slip or walk intoxicated back to your room. Overall an excellent facility

• Miguel (9/5): Great unique experience in Guatape - The hotel is very unique. Liked this uniqueness. And being this rustic it was comfortable. Nice beds nice jacuzzi. Walk-in to each cabin is a little dark and at night you have to be careful. The shower in cabin Clarita didn’t spray very well and like 3 meters higher imposible to move it to get a better water spray. The food wasn’t the best and the only thing available because getting to a nearby restaurant or hotel needed a hot ride which was only available by 5pm.

Staff was very polite and willing to help with anything. The bar has a vast number of cocktails for all tastes and enjoyable music. The rooms are great they each have a hot tub and sauna. We did not use the kayak, jet ski, horseback riding or boat rides but can say they were available for guests

The place is incredible, unforgettable in its conception and design. Eearly in the morning we measured 13 db - it was so quiet! We had a lot of fun in an unforgettable place. • Andreea (10/5): Exceptional place - This is a true gem in the middle of the lakes in Guatape. Everything was spectacular from the view to the service, the amenities and the optional activities. Communication with the hotel was fantastic! Everyone is always ready to help with any question and super friendly. They helped organise our transport (taxi and boat) to and from the hotel, as well as to La Piedra and Guatape Town, giving us the opportunity to have an amazing day sightseeing those. There are plenty of activities to do on the lake (incl swimming and free kayaking, which we loved!). Food is good and always served with a smile :) The optional relaxing massage was amazing and well worth the price! Having your private sauna and jacuzzi with a superb view is something I could only dream of before going here. The hotel offers both rooms near the reception with great party music as well as more sheltered rooms for relaxation (worth mentioning in your booking which one your prefer).  I would come back here in a heart beat and couldn't recommend it more! Nothing

The rooms are exceptional and the place is a super location i - unbelievable experience and the casita was huge and very comfortable with your own sauna and jacuzzi! Stairs are a lot for someone who may not be able to walk but bring comfortable shoes and you will be fine.

• Cor (10/5): unique experience - It is one of those unique places you will still remember you stayed at a few decades later. The structure is made of driftwood and covered with bamboo. The room is extremely large with its own sauna and jacuzzi. Santiago, Lauren, and their family, together with a very enthusiastic crew are happy friendly people that do their utmost to make you feel at home. The location is on the outskirts of the water reserve, a very inspiring location. The boat ride from Guatape to the place was a fantastic start to our stay

I almost don’t want to review it because then other people will know about it and I want to keep this wonderful place to myself, but Santiago and his family deserve recognition for the magic they have created. Will come back to Colombia just for this place. Trying to find something I didn’t like about the hotel, but maybe just the internet was slow, but that’s to be expected.
