- Donna Marie (5/5): We won't return. - We stayed in this hotel last year and thought it was incredible so returned again in 2026. The hotel was much quieter this time around due to the war in the Middle East but my husband and I felt invisible. The staff appeared to bend over backwards to a number of rude Israeli guests in the hotel, to the detriment of all others. Very disappointing. We won't return. Treating very rude guests with respect whilst ignoring the rest of us.

Definitely the place to pick on Chaweng - Stayed here before the refurbishment and this is a great improvement on what was already a good hotel. Liked the adults only area in terms location away from main pool and very close to beach. Nothing to dislike!

Die Anlage ist Mega schön und es ist einfach eine herzliche schöne Atmosphäre, die Mitarbeiter sind wirklich einfach unglaublich freundlich und höflich und die Dienstleistungen werden über alles gestellt damit der Gast zufrieden und glücklich ist und sich wohlfühlen darf und erholen. Wir hatten ein Pool Zimmer, eigentlich ein sehr schönes Zimmer, mit ganz kleinen Mängel, keine verstau Möglichkeiten für Kleider und Bettbereich dürfte mal etwas aufgefrischt werden, Badezimmer aber top und Pool sehr sauber, auch sind leider die Steckdosen ausgeleiert so das es tricksi wird das Handy oder sonst was aufzuladen, Pool aber auch sehr sauber wie das ganze Zimmer auch!

- Neoray (1/5): - Dear Management, I am writing to formally raise a serious complaint regarding multiple incidents that occurred during our recent stay at your hotel. Firstly, I suffered a significant injury at the pool after stepping on a pool step that was not visible at all. As a result, my toenail was completely torn off, and I developed an infection that required immediate medical treatment at the hospital. This was an extremely painful experience and has continued to affect me physically throughout the remainder of our stay. Despite the severity of the injury, the support provided by the hotel was very limited. Aside from arranging a taxi, which I paid for myself, no further assistance or care was offered. In addition to this, during the night at approximately 4:00 AM, we were woken by very loud noises coming from the air conditioning system in our room. A staff member attended and confirmed that the noise was caused by rodents inside the unit. We were then forced to move rooms in the middle of the night, which caused significant distress and disruption, especially considering my medical condition and need for rest. Furthermore, no proper follow-up or acknowledgment of this incident was made by the front desk the following morning. These incidents, taken together, have had a serious negative impact on our health, safety, and overall vacation experience. This is far below the standard we expected from your hotel. While we acknowledge and appreciate certain efforts made during our stay (including a room change, late check-out, and a partial compensation offer), we do not believe these measures adequately reflect the severity of what occurred. We are therefore requesting a fair and appropriate compensation that properly addresses the physical injury, medical expenses, distress, and disruption caused during our stay. We hope to resolve this matter directly and amicably with your management.

The staff by the pool are very friendly and always make sure to bring you water. I would definitely go there again. The room was quite small, and the closet was located in the bathroom, which made it a bit cramped. However, the balcony is spacious enough.

- Lara (9/5): Lovely and quite personal for a largish resort, pleasantly surprised. - The staff were lovely, breakfast and coffee really good and suited all of us in our group of 6. Beach is nice & area in front of pool looking toward the ocean. My sea view room was a nice little haven after busy days out and about. Quieter area of the Main Street but still easy walk to foot massages, restaurants, shopping etc. I’m not a big resort fan and stayed because friends were but I actually really liked it. Once again, staff are my stand out, especially the girls at breaky who got my annoying coffee spot on every time and were super friendly with out being painful. There were a couple of little mishaps with my room but the staff were wonderful and straight into it. Not that it’s important but the gym looks at a fake hedge toward the Main Street, no view.

We paid over £1k a night for us & our 2 small kids & it does feel like a 5 star resort. There is only 1 medium sized pool for kids/ families & guests get up at 7am to reserve beds. If u get up later u will not get a bed. It feels like being in Benidorm & the morning rush to get a seat. There are huge grounds, so I have no idea why they don’t build another pool. Also the hotel has a LOT of Israeli guests. Something to bear in mind in the current political climate

- David (10/5): Lovely, calming & tranquil stay with everything catered for. - Lovely choice & very pleasant seating areas with many pleasant & helpful staff The constant making & receiving of phone calls/FaceTime calls around the Adult’s only pool. Signage should be in place reminding guests to be considerate of other guests by removing themselves to a different area should they wish to make or receive a call/FaceTime. This really blighted the otherwise tranquil setting.

- Amanda (6/5): We stayed in 4 hotels over four weeks Centara by far the most expensive but a bit disappointing. - Breakfast has a wide range of options all good quality. Beach access is excellent and pool areas very nice. The hotel was apparently 80% full but still easy to get a sun lounger in the afternoon and this has to be attributed to the hard working pool side team. Food and drink service around the pool is excellent as the quality of the food. Gym fantastic. breakfast is a lovely setting with inside and outside options however, it is a bit disjointed egg station and other hot food completely different ends of the huge breakfast areas. Eggs are ordered and delivered to your table...but the rest of your breakfast you get yourself so difficult to time. There are options that can be ordered from a menu which works well. My biggest disappointment was the room. We had a pool access room which was very pleasant looking, a good first impression but the shower had black mould in the floor vents and at low level on the walls, the lighting was over complicated and our air con didn't work( an engineer was sent immediately to fix it but it only seemed to work on a low level and was inferior to the hotel we had just left which cost a fifth of the price). My biggest disappointment was the layout of the room whilst there was plenty of space it was poorly utilised. There was only one wash basin and this area was the only place to dry your hair /apply make up. The wardrobe was directly behind the was basin so a space just over 1m sq was used for wash hand basin, hair , make up and accessing your clothes.

Breakfast was well worth getting out of bed for too! We felt that the pool towels and the bathroom towels needed to be replaced as they had worn out, sometime ago!!

- Viktoriia (10/5): Отличный отель - Отдыхали 10 дней в июне 2025 г. Прилетели утром, заселили по приезду, также продлили номер бесплатно к нашему выезду на 2 часа. От аэропорта буквально минут 15. 1) Номер Garden с двумя очень удобными кроватями, спалось прекрасно. Душевая зона также удобная. Порадовал бесплатный мини-бар. 2) Пляж-супер. Чистый, комфортный заход в воду, вода прозрачная. Всегда есть свободные лежаки, всем хватает места. Обслуживание на пляже/у бассейна-отличное. Вода-бесплатно, сотрудник подливает, когда кончается. 3) Две зоны бассейнов, одна из них -только для взрослых. Бассейны неглубокие, вода теплая. 4) По питанию : у нас были включены завтраки, вкусно, свежие фрукты в наличии, выбор большой блюд. Обедали обычно у бассейна, также заказывали на ужин room-сервис и ели в основном ресторане. Все на достойном уровне. 5) Рядом есть супермаркеты, аптеки, обменники, кафе и.т.д. До ТЦ Central Samui -20 минут пешком. 6) Персонал улыбчивый, дружелюбный, всегда стараются помочь. 7) Спа отличное-пробовали тайский и аромамассаж. Идеальный отель для спокойного relax-отдыха. Если придираться -убираться могли бы чуть тщательнее.

Although the beach in Thailand is public, it was very clean and well maintained. The hotel offers a very good and extensive breakfast. The staff are very friendly. Nony and Tom in particular were extremely courteous and helpful. I would provide more clothes hangers. I would also reconsider the prices for dinner, as a more reasonable price would encourage more hotel guests to eat at the hotel.

Der er ingen hylder og få bøjler og plads. Der er ingen knager på værelset som man sagtens kan bruge. Hylder til tøj er en mangelvare når man skal være der i 10 dage. Gider ikke leve i en kuffert. Det gør opholdet lidt træls
