• KALLOL (1/5): TOTALLY HOPELESS AND EMBARASSING ! DONT EVER GO THERE! - Location was on the road and the counter staff was very ill behaved. No one helped us with our luggage while checking out. Even tea was not available in the room ,after ordering for tea it took them half an hour to serve tea.No lift in the building made our stay uncomfortable as our room was on the 2nd floor. Practically didnt like anything regarding the property , WILL NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GO THERE THE BEHAVIOUR OF THE COUNTER STAFF WAS VERY ARROGANT ,AND MOST OF THE TIME WAS NOT AVAILABLE FOR ANY HELP!
