• Sarah (8/5): - Great location, convenient bike rental My air key was unreliable and I was worried it wasn't going to work at all on my final night so I did not go out for dinner for fear I would not get back in. Also, the pillows were wierd and airfield. Oh, and I never could get any apps to function on the TV even though I have Netflix subscription.

• Mihai (8/5): - Good location, easy to access, public parking available nearby location. I was not aware that there is no shower and hand soap available in the room. The mattress was quite soft. Room insulation at the limit with street noise in the room from the delivery trucks early morning

• Iris (9/5): Mooie studio in hartje Wageningen. - Locatie was echt top. En het was heel schoon en ruimtelijk. Minpuntje was dat je wat trappen(4) op moest, dit is wel handig te benoemen in de omschrijving. En deze specifieke studio lag op een hoekje aan een drukke doorgaans straat voor uitgaande mensen dus in de nacht was t wat rumoerig.

But if you have luggage to carry, pls make up your knees and mind to climb the s - Organised and clean Cleaning of the apartment had to be done by ourselves. We came there to set up the house for my daughter. So after whole day of hardwork in getting that done, had to clean up this apartment as well, that was too much of an ask Had to carry 4 large suitcase all the way up to 2 floors and bring them back down.
• Linda (8/5): Voor een paar dagen was het prima. - Hoe schoon alles was, fijne douche,fijne bedden, aanwezigheid van voldoende handdoeken Hoe zwaar de voordeur open ging, koelkast die niet heel geweldig koelde, na eerste nacht daarom voedsel weg moeten gooien. Later merkte we dat het opeens beter begon te koelen. Deur openen met app was heel gedoe, de emails met info over het keyeless openen was allemaal in het Engels, teveel info als je met het systeem niet bekend bent, het duurde lang voor we eindelijk binnen waren. We kwamen er later achter dat er een sleutel in de locker zat, door al die tekst in de email over het hoofd gezien.
• Kristof (7/5): - Big room with table, lots of lights from the windows, but during the night the lights weren't always as sufficient. especially in the bathroom. Another good think were the air-co and active air circulation. I didn't use the kitchen much, but it seemed good. They have a laundry room and bicycle stall The "2 person bed" were 2 single person beds that were put next to each other, with the mattresses sliding away from each other if you were laying close to the middle. In effect I thus had a single person bed. They cheaped on some very basic aspects, for example hand soap: imagine arriving at the studio, needing to go to the toilet and seeing that you not only you have to buy shower gel yourself (imo acceptable for a studio) but that there wasn't even any hand soap available.
• George (9/5): Heerlijke verblijf gehad en het personeel is ook erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam - Wij vonden het erg hygiënisch en super comfortabel en de waterdruk was ook echt heerlijk . Het enige ( aandachtspuntje is het bed) de matrassen liggen heerlijk alleen als je bij elkaar wilt gaan leggen dan schuif je bij elkaar weg en dan ligt de een in een soort van gleuv .

• Rocío (9/5): Apartamento cómodo y limpio bien ubicado - Me gustó el apartamento en general, bien ubicado y equipado. Sí que vendía bien que tuviesen un gel de manos en el aseo. El resto todo perfecto. Que no tuviese gel ni champú.

• GOZDE (6/5): Çıkmadan önce yapılacaklar listesi - Otelin konumunun merkezi olması güzeldi. İçeride mutfak için sunulan olanaklar güzeldi. Banyosu yeterli büyüklükteydi. Otobüs durağına yürüyerek 10 dakikada ulaşılması da güzeldi. Öncelikle anahtarın bulmaca gibi bir sistemle sizinle paylaşılması kötü. Her ne kadar video gönderseler de açmak için çok fazla zaman harcamam gerekti. İçeri girdikten sonrada aşırı dik bir merdiveni eşyalarla çıkmak çok zor oldu. Bir de çıkarken sizden yapmanızı istedikleri bir liste gönderiyorlar ki bu hoş bir şey değil. Listede çöpleri çıkarmak ve nevresimleri çıkarmak var. İlk defa kaldığım yerle ilgili böyle bir şey yaşadım. Sizden nevresimleri çıkarmanızı ve kullandığınız havlularla hepsini bir yerde toplayarak bırakmanızı istiyorlar bu zor bir şey gibi görünmese de hizmet almak için para verdiğim için mantıklı gelmiyor. Ayrıca çöp sistemi de bu sisteme yabancı kişiler için oldukça zor. Bu durum uzun kalan kişilerden talep edilmesi mantıklı ama tek kişi ve kısa süre kalan birinden istenmesi çok mantıksız geldi. Bir de yatak konusu var ki gece dinlenmek gerekirken sürekli acaba araya düşecek miyim endişesi yarattı. Sürekli birbirinden ayrılıp durdu. Bu durum diğer konaklayanlar tarafından da eleştirilmişken ve çözümü oldukça basitken bir çözüm üretmemeleri çok ilginç. Oldukça konforsuz bir uyku deneyimi yaşadım.

• Barbara (8/5): It's a brilliant place to stay. Neat and clean and self contained. Nice responsive staff too - Location is excellent. It's self catering, so all good. The scary sign above the stove is a bit daunting. It's about what happens if you set off the smoke alarm whilst cooking and the €150 fine that applies. I cooked with both windows wide open, the exhaust fan on 3 plus a portable fan aimed at the stove top to ensure I don't set it off. I managed fine.

There's a kitchen so you can cook, but close to lots of restaurants so it's easy to avoid cooking if you want as well. Minor comment. there was no hand soap so just neeed to buy some soap in nearby grocery store

Dishes, silverware, cleaning supplies. It’s just like your own apartment. Great location. Comfortable & safe. Everything was handled through apps and a few didn’t work for us.
• Katrina (10/5): Comfortable, convenient, matches the price and a good location - -Location was very good, in the city center, close to shops and other amenities -Check in was very simple and comfortable, if you are intimated by the Airkey app, you also get a traditional key with a chip and can check in at your leisure -Clean and tidy upon arrival -Internet had good speed, good for someone on a work trip with a laptop -I saw some complaints that the WC did not have paper, that was not true! There was no soap and such, but that is expected when you visit an apartment/studio type hotel -The lamps in the room are a bit dim, I had a big window which was good during the day but if you are planning to work or do anything in the evening it might bother you -The fridge had a bit of an odd smell when first opening it, but it disappeared over the days -Only small towels are supplied, if you want a bigger one you might need to take your own
• S_Pat (9/5): Nice apartment but without soap/shower gel and slow internet - It was a spacious, nice apartment with most of the basic amenities. The bed was comfortable. Instructions for check-in and check-out were clear. The room did not come with any soap/shower gel. Internet was very slow. Room was very dark. TV was not working. Upstairs people were very loud as they were walking almost the whole night! I could not sleep properly.

The beds were so soft that one can get seasick just by laying on them. Very hot room and no proper ventilation, not possible to open the windows properly. On hot a day near unbearable, 29 celsius in the room and no way to cool it down. The sunscreen helps only somewhat...

• Janice (9/5): Comfortable and clean and almost everything you could want is provided. - What breakfast? We liked it all especially the provision of virtually anything we could have needed. Probably only thing we would have appreciated would have been a kitchen roll. The 2 single beds on one mattress pushed apart and I fell out of bed one night, mattress and all.
• Binod (4/5): Disappointing - There was no breakfast. It is not a hotel in a traditional sense - more like airbnb. It has bare minimum - I didn't expect that at all. It's main office is few hundred meters away. It's not bad but I wasn't aware that the facility was unmanned. No toiletries ( body wash/shampoo) and no housekeeping. I guess I didn't research it more. If you are happy with this, then it is an Ok place.
• Dace (8/5): Very good - The location was perfect! In the very center of Wageningen with a lot of shops, cafes and restaurants nearby. The room was very comfortable. It was a little confusing about on-site car parking. First I thought it was included, but it's paid. You need to book in advance by writing an email (not through GuestAdvisor app) and they need to bring you the tag to enter the closed yard. But once you are in, the parking is very nice and we could see our car from our room. There were no toiletries - take your own.

• Karam (9/5): It was a pleasant, comfortable and convenient stay - The studio is well organized and the location is perfect for me, it is in the city center and next to everything. I tried to acces netflix on the TV but it gave me an error so I couldn't use it. I felt that the windows don't close perfectly, you can feel some cold air coming from outside).
• Sofia (6/5): Should be better for what it is - The studio was very clean, spacious, and central. Short stay wagnigen has a few different buildings across the town. The one I was given was very quiet at night. They provided only small towels. The accommodation provides no soap or shampoo, nor basic cooking ingredients. The mattress and pillow were coated in plastic, which made for a pretty uncomfortable sleep.

• Kgalaletso (8/5): I had a pleasant stay and would choose Short Stay Wageningen again whenever I’m in the city. - I loved the location and the fact that the studio apartment looked exactly as in the pictures. The staff were also amazing and responsive. The fact that there’s no lift which makes things hard for guests travelling with a lot of luggage.

• Dmitry (6/5): Could easily become better - Everything very new and looks nice Service is poor. We arrived late. They prepared some welcome treats, that was nice. The amount was very low. Namely, we got 1 dishwasher tablet for 10 days, 1 tea bag (???), no soap, no big towels, no shower gel. I don't understand it, what is the problem to provide tea, coffee, hand soap and shower gel enough for the whole stay? It will cost you 10-15€ in total, while you charge 108 per night. I understand that this is an apartment studio, but I believe things mentioned above should be included. It was not convenient to not have soap and shower gel after long flight when it is not possible to buy it at 23:00.
• Jeffrey (8/5): Really great location for a short stay. - Very convenient location right in the centre of the town. Excellent parking facility under the appartment. Good range of kitchen implements etc. All electrical items in good working order. Whilst the appartment was spotlessly clean the entrance stairs could do with a good clean to remove the grease marks. No soap, shower gel etc. TV didn't appear to be working.

• Inge (9/5): Good location, pleasant view, spacious apartment. - A large apartment right in the centre of town, close to coffee shops, bakeries, clothing shops, and the local market. The kitchenette had everything we needed. The beds were much too soft, but that's just a personal preference.
