Gita (1/5): Wouldn’t recommend to anyone with asthma. - Unfortunately, we were unable to stay at the property. There was visible mold and a strong musty smell in the accommodation, which posed a health concern, especially as I have asthma. The host offered to address the issue the next day; however, mold is not something that can be properly resolved overnight, and remaining at the property in the meantime would not have been a safe option for us. I understand that due to Bali’s humidity, mold can occur if properties are not properly maintained. This is precisely why I usually choose higher-priced accommodations, expecting a certain standard of upkeep and cleanliness. In addition to the mold, the overall cleanliness did not meet expectations. The couch had visible stains, and the floors were dirty upon arrival. Communication was challenging throughout the process. A partial refund (7 out of 10 nights) was eventually agreed upon, but a full refund was declined despite the circumstances. As a result, we lost over €250 and had to secure alternative accommodation at our own expense. Even setting aside the mold issue, the overall condition and cleanliness did not justify the price charged for the stay. I hope these concerns are properly addressed to improve the experience for future guests.
Cameron (9/5): so nice, we stayed twice! - Very comfortable and spacious villa, in a nice and tucked away location that means it feels peaceful whilst still being reachable to the rest of canggu quite easily by scooter. Big thanks to Farel and the rest of the staff team for being so welcoming and being so quick to respond to everything we needed! We loved this place so much that we ended up booking it again when we returned to canggu Sofa wasn’t the most comfortable & could’ve done with washing up liquid and sponge to do washing up and dishes

Ursula (7/5): Good - The staff were exceptional and did anything for you. We asked for late check out which the team accommodated, giving us the villa until 7pm and not chargingus, this was amazing! It was also a bit far out from where we usually like to dine. The bed is a double bed, so if you're used to a king or queen, you might be disappointed. Bedroom and living area could do with sun block white curtains, the purple ones were in need of a change. Photos of the villa online are obviously from sometime ago.
Gerritsen (8/5): Lovely stay, would recommend 8/10 - The location is truly remarkable. Surrounded by rice paddy’s, it feels like you’re on your own private resort. Access to the pool area is nice with extra seating to perform work and the possibility to shower outside. Living room, kitchen & bedroom are all quite spacious. Did not like the comfort level of the sofa. Felt like rearranging my seating position every 10mins. Toilet seat doesn’t stay up, which kind of forces you to do it while sitting. Doors to the backyard are very difficult to close.
