Kevin (3/5): Not satisfied - The location is great not too far from everything.the person who handled my booking was great, we had to be moved due to renovations but they were prompt and great with responding I will say they were great. The property was not all that clean. The shower was leaking and on day 1 the room I stayed in had no working heater and the light went out in the middle of the night. The shower was leaking when used and the other guest(people who live there?) were unfriendly.

amir (1/5): Don't stay there - Nothing except the property is emptying showers & toilets are not clean, dusty and unhygienic. There is no close way to drop luggage as out side road is restricted due to fence & zig zag line and bus stop .Resident normally occupy the parking space so need to walk from the parking .imagine in rainy days with luggage what will be the experience. The room is not tidy. Bed sheets are awful.and fixtures n furniture is in bad state including bed. Even some one offered for free don't stay there.Not recommended for professionals and families.

Maximus (1/5): awful experience - comfortable bed electronic key in the door that locked us out late at night because the service was bad in the area of sheffield we were in was also made to pay a SECRET fee i was only told about after paying (or they'd cancel my room), a £60 security deposit that i had to dispute with my bank to get back, so they left me short of money by making me pay more money that wasnt stated anywhere before or while booking. shower door broken, also had no toilet paper. AVOID. will not be giving them any money ever again

Chantelle (1/5): We had to buy cleaning products to clean it and make it smell nice just to stay in it. - Nothing Everything the room was disgusting full of mould. There was chewing gum stuck to the pillow and stains on the sheets. Wallpaper was hanging off the wall. 1 of the windows couldn’t open. Also rubbish had been stuffed behind draws and just left

Abdullah (1/5): Bad - There was nothing to like about. Everything was smelly and weird. Everything. There was no cleanliness. Someone spread smelly sheets all around the room after washing but they they were still smelly.
Sylwia (3/5): Poor - Security doors were broken, so everyone could enter and they did on one of the nights, many people were in and out and I doubt they were renting one of the rooms upstairs. Our room was mouldy, you could smell it, we had windows open all the time, but it was still disgusting. Dirty linen. No WiFi all this time. Someone knocked on our door at midnight asking where their room, as the instructions were misleading on the WhatsApp message.
Kirstiannajay (3/5): Next time I'll pay the little bit extra to stay at a hotel - I liked that there were kitchen facilities to use which is good when travelling with children. I also applaud the business initiative of taking an ordinary home and creating a business. I'm therefore almost sad to leave a bad review, but the things I experienced must be sorted for the accomodation to be acceptable. I didn't like the fact that there was a big bucket sized hole in the bathroom (which also wasn't private/ensuite as alluded to in the booking) which my children stepped into (I put the mop bucket into it to prevent further mishaps). It really should be sorted before allowing guests to stay or they should disclose the damage on here as it could cause serious injury. I was only notified after being already in the property, which isn't acceptable, especially for people with young children. Also... The double bed I was in (on the ground floor) was uneven and I had to sleep at the bottom of the bed. Also I was unaware that the host was remote and that not arriving at my proposed time would mean we are waiting in the cold. Fortunately another guest heard me knocking at the door as noone from the property were answering the phone.

Raado (7/5): Cheap and clean - The beds were really comfortable!!!! They were lovely to sleep on and nice and clean. There are alot of near by shops, take aways, small asda. The bus stop into town was opposite the house so that was good. Thankfully we were sharing the house with other families so we felt comfortable as the other people were really helpful and friendly!! Our bedside lamp didn't work and neither did some of the plug sockets which was a little annoying as my daughter couldn't keep her phone on charge next to her bed and we had to get out of bed to use the big light. We had a quick response from the owner but they came the following day early in the morning when we were still asleep so had to get up after a late night! Unfortunately he was unable to repair the lamp and sockets so we just made do with what we had. The area isn't the best so I would advise not going out at night time, a lot of police presence, honestly not seen so many police cars and sirens passing.
Roger (7/5): Room was very basic but suited my needs as I was at swimming competition all day and eating dinner w - Self catered. Kitchen facilities and provision were excellent. Property was a private house and was difficult to find. I did not have the address and had to phone for directions. Location would be very difficult to reach without a car.
