It offered a pleasant atmosphere with nearby parks, shops, and restaurants, providing a perfect blend of convenience and comfort.. Everything is excellent; there are no issues.

- Mj (9/5): The view is good! - The view makes everything worth it. It's close to many establishments and nightlife too. Ms. Lyka and Ms. Zel are very friendly and accommodating. I'd love to go back. There are cockroaches in the sink, dish cabinets and bathroom. Sometimes the room will smell like sewage exhausting from the sink (common issue in old condominiums). This isn't a big deal for me but expect weak WiFi and no bidet, for those who are keen to these.

- Marco (10/5): Amazing view, Amazing hosts, Amazing staycation - -Ms. Lyka and Ms. Zel were both very responsive with our queries even before the trip (They even processed our pool vouchers on our behalf and they just handed it over during check in). They were amazing hosts! -Majestic view of Taal Lake like what they promised. It was so picturesque that it looked like a painting especially during the peak of noon -Complete kitchen utensils such as Plates, Cups, cutlery (There were over 10 pcs of each. You can just wash them up -Complete set of toiletries and CR was very clean - It was not mentioned in their list of amenities, but they have internet connection in the unit so heads up! -If you plan to cook they have a double burner electric stove, microwave, coffee maker, refrigirator and electric kettle -I will definitely come and book the unit again some time in the future maybe with my friends the next time around! 😁 -The unit is in need of a little pest control. We found baby roaches which might be a sign that the unit was unused for quite a while. Nothing really major, just a little aspect that can be easily fixed

Ms. Liezel is very accommodating. They also have a complete kitchenware. inform them if you want to check out early, we had a hard time contacting their staff.
