• Andre (10/5): Schöne Wohnung im Herzen von Kalsa - Ruhige Lage in Kalsa direkt am botanischen Garten. Zu Fuß ins Zentrum ohne Probleme möglich. Parken am Wochenende kostenlos , fast direkt vor der Haustür. Schöne Zimmer, hohe Räume mit Stuck. Sehr netter Vermieter, unkomplizierter Kontakt. In einer Nacht haben wir nichts Negatives feststellen können.

• Karen (10/5): Fantastic location - Wonderful host for a lovely apartment. Davide met us at the apartment and showed us around and answered all my numerous questions. The apartment is in a ztl zone, but Davide directed us to park in the free area, a short walk to the apartment. It is located on a higher floor with no lift but that is just good exercise so I could eat more food. Loved Palermo and all the energy that the city offers. Highly recommend this wonderful location. Only 2 beds and my kids don't like sharing. A me problem more than a problem with the apartment itself!

• k3boot (8/5): - Die Lage zwischen Meer und Altstadt, sowie der Hol und Bringeservice von Davide zum Airport ist sehr svhön. Die Wohnung ist auch ruhig gelegen. Die Pannificio vor Ort ist schön. Die Dusche könnte mal überholt werden.

• Babovic (5/5): - The location is perfect. The washing machine was a great bonus! The rooms are okay for six people. It’s a quiet neighborhood. When we arrived, he told us that city taxes had increased from 2 euros to 4 euros. We were a bit surprised, and if it hadn’t been for ChatGPT, I might have argued with him because we thought he was trying to overcharge us. This information should have been provided earlier, or Booking.com should have informed us. The rooms had a few ants, but it wasn’t a big deal. The main room does not have air conditioning. The bedding in one of the rooms was not clean.

• natalia (10/5): - Apartment was sunny, clean, rooms with high ceilings, kitchen equipped with all kitchenware needed for comfortable stay. It’s located in walking distance from Palazzo Butera, waterfront and other landmarks. The host Davide was very accommodating, he responded to all our needs in timely manner. Airport transfer offered by host was very convenient for us. If walking up stairs is not a problem, we highly recommended staying in Elenahouse.

• Maria Alejandra (10/5): - Es un departamento amplio , luminoso, es completo, está a media cuadra de una avenida ( Lincoln ) donde al ir en auto pudimos estacionar a media cuadra gratis! Tb encontrarás un barcito pequeño a la noche para tomar un helado o comer ricos arancines, en frente del departamento hay una panadería ( mini mercadito) con cosas ricas) , a una cuadra y media está la costanera para caminar ! Caminamos tb desde ahí al centro histórico ! Todo impecable que valoro siempre eso! Davide es muy amable, te contesta rápido , está siempre presente y es cálido, simpático y confiable! Impecable Muy buen anfitrión
• NATALIN (10/5): Excelente opción para conocer Palermo. - El departamento es precioso, muy confortable, muy completo y muy lindo decorado. El anfitrión fue muy amable. Excelente opción para conocer Palermo si andas en auto ya que podes estacionar en la calle y en 15 minutos estas en el casco antiguo.

Ne aware that there are 54 steps as it is on third floor . However got used to it . Bit difficult for elderly especially if hot . But worth it .

Both bedrooms had air-conditioning and the facilities were good. There is a local shop/bakery across the road. The stairs were steep for anyone with mobility problems but chairs were provided to sit and rest at intervals..
• Matea (10/5): Exceptional - Location of the apartment was excellent (the best pizza place right around one corner, and the best breakfast place around the second corner). The city center is about 10 min walk during which you can find many bars and restaurants. The aparment has everything you need, very clean and cozy, exactly as on the pictures. The host was very nice, and he offered us a lot of useful info about the city.

• Marta (10/5): Very central and surprisingly quiet - The owner was very helpful and responsive. The apartment was well equiped and had cute authentic interior design. The living room was great to chill after a long day outside. But the biggest plus was the location. It was the first time throughout my travels in Italy that I stated in a centrally located accommodation that was perfectly quiet. Also there were plenty of food spots that seemed not as touristy where the price-quality ratio was great.

• Artem (10/5): Stay in October - The stay was great, the apartment was clean and very comfortable. It is great location to have a great morning run, good coffee and crousant and then move forward to explore the city. It is very quite and isolated from the tourist crowds but still accessible to the main attractions. The internet was solid and the TV is great to have, just grab hdmi cable. The mosquitos were bugging us so we just bought a repellent

• Andreea (9/5): Superb - Spacious and comfortable apartment in a very good location in the Kalsa area, plenty of local flavour. Walking distance to many central points of interest. Host was very nice. Cleaning can be improved, there are small issues to fix, like shower drainage.

• Jackson (8/5): A very pleasant host. A good place to stay, away from the noise of the city centre, but near enough to get around easily - Very spacious, and quiet at night. Very comfortable beds! It looks as if renovations were recent: new floors,paint,windows and interior doors and flooring. Lots of electrical outlets too. The washing machine was very fast, and we hung our washing on the lines off the kitchen balcony. There are frequent city buses at the end of the street going up to the centre of town and to the station, and the sea is a short walk the other way. Two coffee bars on the corner, and a big Familia supermarket 12 minutes walk away. It was a bit dusty, perhaps leftover from renovations? The insides of drawers need a good clean, as does the floor. There is no side or coffee table in the living room to put a drink or book on. The shower did not drain well at all, and the shower door did not quite close. We let the host know, and he was unaware but said he would fix it for the next guests. Previous guests had not told him. If guests don’t let the hosts know about problems, then how will they know to fix them!

• Anna (9/5): Nice apartment near city center of Palermo - The apartment was close to the city center and it was easy to get to the main points in Palermo on foot. The apartment was very clean and spacious had a washing machine and a clothesline with clothes pins so you could dry your clothes. I especially like the fact that on the hour you could hear the church bells. there was a good amount of parking available along the street. At the end of the road there were two places that you could each one of them was a pretty large Pasticceria. The fact that there was no elevator and you had to walk to the top of the building which was 54 steps so that was a little tiring but not terrible.
