• Welcome (7/5): Lovely and restful stay. - The property is located in a lovely residential neighbourhood and tranquility. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious. I think I came in the wrong weekend. There was excessive noise or a party thrown by the other guests which went on until 2:00AM. The rooms don’t have proper locking mechanism. The mosquitoes can make your night a nightmare.

• Lettie (1/5): Poor I will never again - Nothing the place needs serious attention Toilet paper,dirty linen the place is not worth the price we paid for. The owner must renovate or shutdown the place. Funny or weird smell in the house hmm I regret staying there.
• Bonolo (1/5): - The venue is horrible, the back room allocated to us was like those in horror movies. We couldn't sleep the whole night. The bed was very old making a terrible noise when you turn. The headboard was peeling off causing so much dust on the pillows. The place should not be provided to decent people i just it qualifies to be for backpackers. The bedding was not clean I regret booking in that place. We checked out at 04h30 as we couldn't not see a reason to stay till the morning. The owners should value their customers. Upgrading the room should be a solution. One of the customers who used the venue before indicated that those backroom are not meant for overnight stay. Guests are using them for day use. Im still traumatized, i use to hear people talk about horrible venues before last night i happened to book one. The picture on the internet are deceiving.

• CLIVEY (5/5): DISSAPOINTING OTHERWISE NO FURTHER COMMENTS AT THIS TIME - Room was spacious, nice shower but no soap dish - pool and lapa located close by and close to Park Run that I took part in on Saturday morning. Was able to park my car right outside my room. Dissapointing - No toiletries or toilet seat, no coffee / tea station, no remote to the gate, noisy guests on Friday and Saturday well after midnight. Condoms in side cupboard and candle wax on side draw which leaves a lot to be desired. I could not close my sliding door and had to ask Maria & Moosa to assist me each time

• Mpho (7/5): I enjoyed my stay. - Swimming pool. The problem is the transport to get there. You have to use meter taxi and they are pricey because UBER & Bolt are unavailable that side. Moreover the network is very bad and the wifi is not always ON and the lights at night hit inside the room and they were very bright, it was hard to fall asleep because of the lights.

She is the best 🙏 Everything was cool

• Mosia (1/5): - The lady was nice at reception. We booked prior and our booking was confirmed. When we got to the property we were told that there was no space. The property was fully booked!

• Welcome (4/5): Sad experience of Star point. - The property is situated in a safest area and overlooking the Golf Course. It is secured and spacious On arrival, I waited long at the gate and had to call the property and there was no response to the phone. The staff was too casual and not sure whether I have booked .The room does not have an air conditioning unit and the toilet paper was of such low quality. There are mosquitoes and there was nothing provided to deal with mosquitoes.

• Dennis (1/5): I cancelled my stay - n/a The fact that I was informed that the price that I reserved on booking.com were wrong. They didn't want to sort this out with booking.com and disregarded the fact that pricing was one of the factors that I considered during the time that I was making a booking, was pricing. I was informed that an email was sent to me 5 days after the booking notifying me of the right price. I didn't receive it, but that is beyond the point because it is just not right. I was also informed that they have re-allocated my room because I didn't answer my phone when they were trying to reach out to me to "confirm the booking" `'shrug" (At that stage I was on my way driving to the property). The lady in charge is very rude and doesn't really care about customer service. She really doesn't care, PERIOD! Besides that, the place looks run-down, like a brothel kind of - and I mean it.

She said because I didn’t answer then she decided to give away our room. We left we didn’t stay there we looked for another place😡 Nothing
• Lucky (1/5): Very bad. Dirty. Unpleasant. - Nothing Was made to pay more than what I was charged through Booking.com, citing that Booking.com did not update. The rooms are dirty. Ants on the fridge. The TV was not working. Bed not comfortable at all. No towels provided. Cheap toilet paper placed with condoms on side table. Not provided a key for the door. A bit of professionalism from reception needed.
