The service was exceptional — I was welcomed with refreshing welcome drinks, the staff kindly helped with my luggage, and they even opened the bottle of wine I brought and placed it in an ice bucket for me, which felt like such a thoughtful touch. The team also helped arrange taxis quickly and efficiently, making everything smooth and stress-free. A lovely bonus was the complimentary Turkish coffee in the morning — absolutely delicious and such a nice way to start the day! ☕✨ The atmosphere was warm, elegant, and very welcoming!

Claudius (6/5): - Das Hotel und die Zimmer an sich sind gut und erfüllen ihren Zweck für ein Airport-Hotel. Auch das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt. Das Hotel liegt direkt an einer Straße und unser Zimmer war im ersten Stock, sodass es nachts über sehr laut war und man kaum schlafen konnte. Das Zimmer war nicht gut gedämmt und auch über das Treppenhaus war es in der Nacht sehr unruhig.

Lianne (3/5): - I took a taxi from the airport for 600 Turkish Lira. They charge you over 30 euros and I shared a taxi (which was no big deal) but that is a crazy price and they know it. A couple who had been travelling all day asked for water. They have an entire restaurant, and the man at the front desk would not give him water for free. That is not right. He said "there's nothing I can do, I'm not the owner". What does that have to do with getting a tired person water? Totally overcharged me for everything and they could tell I was very tired and took advantage of the position I was in instead of giving any recommendations whatsoever.

На рецепшен администратор говорит по русски . Вблизи отеля нет магазинов и ресторанов . Затрак обычный . Удобно, что отель расположен вблизи аэропорта . Цена доступная. В прошлом году заказывали отель а транзитной зоне . Цена в три раза дороже . Отель рассчитан на разовых клиентов . Поэтому я не думаю, что там можно что то улучшить

Ruslan (8/5): Хороший отель на ночь стыковки. - Чисто, новое, достаточно тихо, по сравнению с другими отелями близким к аэропорту. Есть комната с PS5 для игр. В целом это единственное развлечение. В номере чисто и достаточно комфортно. Для переночевки Гуд. Вежливый персонал. Дорого в ресторане, очень маленький туалет. Расположение такое, что выйти некуда. Нет буквально ничего в пешей доступности.

Like water for the room which in most hotels are for free! For extra they charge you. For toothpaste and toothbrush they charge you again! ( this is free in every hotels i traveled for the past 20years!! ) Last time i paid a little more and stayed in a much better hotel! I guess i will do that next time too. Less headache

Erica (8/5): Hotel per una notte! - Hotel nuovo e pulito, a 15/20 minuti dall'aeroporto di Istanbul.. personale gentile e disponibile. In mezzo al nulla e si una strada trafficata. Muri delle stanze sottili, si sentono tutti i rumori. Prezzi altissimi per colazione e cena....ho preferito evitare. Il trasferimento dall'aeroporto costa di più del pernottamento.

The jacuzzi bath was amazing and very comfortable. The room was spotless, with a modern and stylish design. The staff were attentive, welcoming, and genuinely friendly throughout my stay. I absolutely loved this place — it’s the perfect choice whenever you need a relaxing place to stay.

Нас было 4 человек, место подготовили на 3, пока не сказали, еда в ресторане дорого, трансфер тоже дорого в одну сторону 25 евро хотя близко к аэропорту, жёлтое такси 15 евро, мое мнение что могли бы сделать по дешевле трансфер для тех, кто ночует у них. Для них это минус не знаю кто ещё так думает , если бы сделали дешевле и трансфер и меню , люди бы брали у них. Заработали бы может не миллион но зато чаще были бы заказы. на 4 человек 2 взрослых и 2 детей выходило чтобы просто пообедать трансфер и номер 250 евро я считаю за 1 день это дорого. И это касается так и других отелей везде трансфер в 2 стороны 50-60 евро , за 5-10 км от аэропорта. Это норма ? В Германии и то дешевле хотя Германия славится дорогим транспортом.

Being woken at 3:45am with 5 mins of VERY LOAD prayer song blasted out from a vehicle megaphone parked up right opposite the Hotel where a large mosque is sited. Did not return to any sleep. It also disturbed some wild dogs that subsequently barked for another 15 mins.

Don’t bother booking the room with a jacuzzi and sauna unless you have hours and hours to fill it. We had the water on for an hour and it only filled to my ankles. The water pressure is so low that I don’t think anyone would ever get it filled.

В отеле нас встретил менеджер, очень внимательный и приятный молодой человек. Спасибо всему персоналу отеля за гостеприимство и хорошую работу.

Decent experience overall - Good location, really nice elevators and room technology, game room downstairs was very nice, rooms were small but well made. Staff was a bit more transactional I felt. Food and drinks were a bit expensive and priced in Euros. Outside food not being allowed. Decent restaurant downstairs but unnecessary restrictions made it awkward.

Helin (8/5): One of the best King Suite ever (good for value) - We booked King Suite. I loved the sauna inside the room!! I was amazing after a long travel. Their cafe’s sneakers cake was delicious! They asking Turkish couples for marriage certificate but all of a sudden if its a booking through booking.com everything is fine??? Location is close to airport takes about 15-20min drive still was too much for me after flying for 7hrs. But literally nothing around it! Its like an abandoned village. Its still developing area so its only good if you have a long stopover in Istanbul.
