- Wolfgang Ritzka (10/5): - Tolle Ausstattung und tolles Design Keine Angabe
- Bradley (10/5): - What a great place! Walking distance to CBD and great shops literally at the doorstep

- Kim (9/5): - I traveled for work and found this a really great place to stay. I will defiantly stay again. Spacious and light. Lovely bathroom. Comfortable bed and really quiet. Beautiful towels and linen. Great wash house! There was hardly any kitchen utensils to cook with and it would have been great if there had been a box of tissues or handy towels. The stairs are quite steep, just something to consider if you have large bags to handle, but they are well lit and worth the climb.
- Harald (7/5): -
- Steph (6/5): Pleasant - Requested an early check in upon booking, however host was not responsive. Tried phoning on the weekend x2 with no answer or no return of call.
- Sarah (9/5): Superb -
- Jodie (10/5): Luxurious inner city retreat with a wonderful bakery, bookshop and coffee shop on its doorstep. - The apartment has been recently and thoughtfully renovated with quality fittings. We loved how light and spacious it was, and also how quiet considering its inner city location. It was great to have the windows open and not be troubled by road noise. The beds were very comfortable, and the washing machine and tumble dryer (in a separate laundry) was a lovely bonus. There was no hairdryer. The tea and coffee provided was more basic than we expected - we would have appreciated at least one sachet of real coffee for the coffee plunger (which is standard in most motels) and some herbal tea bags.
More information about parking on the website - it was actually more convenient than we expected but we would have liked to know the exact situation with the meters outside and the location of the free parking (which was happily only 5 minutes walk away) before we booked.
- Gavin (9/5): Fantastic, except for the stairs. - Luxury apartment, location. Would not have been able to locate the apartment without the detailed email - thanks very much! A LOT of stairs to get our luggage up!
- Leighann (8/5): Happy to stay there in Dunedin - Great
Ovation ,easy enter and I always love key codes rather than keys! The apartment was spacious and had all the elements necessary. It would have been nice to have some paper towels or napkins in the kitchen…short of that an extra kitchen towel. The bottom shelves of everything were quite dusty..as if housekeeping just did the surfaces but did not look beyond.
- Leah (7/5): Good - Spacious, modern, comfortable bed, clean bathroom and kitchen. Great location. The sheets over the duvet didn't stay in place, duvet cover would be better. Some dishes were not very clean and only one of the apartments had cleaning clothes.
A bathroom hand towel and fave clothes would be handy.
- Will (10/5): 100% would stay here again - Absolutely loved the spacious size of this stay, the location and the facilities! This was my favorite thing i liked about dunedin!! Some of the plates, bowls etc werent clean
- Josh (10/5): Exceptional -
- Tanya (10/5): Great place to stay, would stay again, but would bring mattress topper - Fantastic modern apartment. Bed too firm for me, just personal preference.
No Parking but I was aware of that prior to booking.
- Richard (10/5): Exceptional -
- Tash (8/5): I enjoyed my stay - Great location in a beautifully restored building. The restoration has been done to a high standard and the bed was comfy, the apartment is warm and the shower was also great quality. The couches were dirty and had cigarette burns and stains. No face cloths were available. Parking can be difficult
- Helen (8/5): nz - Funky, light, well located. Comfortable, great bathroom. Good communication & door pad fantastic A brilliant bakery 2 doors down. A fun area, cafes. Furniture & floor could be cleaner, groovy but requiring a clean.
- Claudia (8/5): Easy access, well situated apartment. - Easy check in, did not need to remember keys which was a massive bonys Next time I would bring my eye mask, quite a lot of street light as the bed was directly facing the blinds.
