• Packham (8/5): Lovely apartment in a nice small town, conveniently located for Knossos Palace - The apartment has a nice big main room with living space, kitchen and dining area, plus two separate outdoor spaces to enjoy the sun, with a lovely view of the mountains from the main terrace. It's an easy walking distance to nearby restaurants and supermarkets. It's a straightforward drive to free parking at Knossos (from where you can get a public bus to the Heraklion Museum) and we never had a problem getting a parking space near the apartment. The shower cubicle in the second bathroom is a little small. Worth noting that access to the larger sun terrace is through the main bedroom. Also, we noticed that if you want to use the third bedroom (which we didn't), it's not part of the main apartment - instead, it's a separate room on the other side of the landing at the top of the stairs. Anyone sleeping in there would have to have to have their own set of keys to go to the loo in the middle of the night.

• Eleonora (9/5): Πολύ ωραίο, μοντέρνο και ευρύχωρο σπίτι - Δεν είχαμε ενημερωθεί ότι το τρίτο δωμάτιο ήταν εξωτερικά του χώρου! Ενημερωθήκαμε λίγο πριν την άφιξη... Επειδή ειχαμε παιδία, ήταν πολύ δύσκολο για εμάς.... Για τουαλέτα έπρεπε να έχει τα κλειδία αυτός που έμενε στο εξωτερικό δωμάτιο. Άρα εμείς είμασταν κλειδωμένοι την νύχτα... Για να βγούμε στο υπέροχο μπαλκόνι, έπρεπε όλη η παρεά να περάσει μέσα από το δωμάτιο που κοιμόμουν. Γενικά ήταν πολύ όμορφο σπίτι, αλλά μη λειτουργικό σε κάποια σημεία του.

• Christine (9/5): Comfortable & Pleasant - Location and quiet area with enough space to really spread out if you’re a family of 4 or more. The terrace and balcony were PERFECT with amazing views! Service was good & the management was prompt and helpful. Moreover, you’re in the perfect location to be out of Heraklion city but also close enough to quickly make your way into the city if required. The Archanes is a fertile and pleasant region and this unit was perfect for us. I appreciated the privacy especially! The washer needs to be cleaned - the seal is lined with black mold. Also the shower head hook was broke in the 2nd bathroom - luckily my husband is a handyman of sorts and was able to fix it for my daughter’s use.

Selbst Medikamente für kleine Verletzungen und Nähzeug waren vorhanden. Wir waren begeistert. Preis / Leistungsverhältnis absolut TOP 👍

• AldoScalzone (9/5): Casa comoda e molto fornita - Casa ampia con un grande terrazzo. Le stanze e la cucina sono moderne e ben fornite. Climatizzatori presenti in ogni stanza. Il nostro soggiorno è stato piacevole e in zona ci sono supermercati e ristoranti. La camera singola è staccata dal resto dell'appartamento e accessibile solo dal terrazzo o con chiave da un'entrata separata. Anche il terrazzo è accessibile solo da una delle due camere da letto matrimoniali o da una porta esterna all'appartamento, ma che si trova sullo stesso pianerottolo.

• Juan (10/5): Quiet and beautiful apartment close to Heraklion - We liked almost everything. The apartment is very spacious, comfortable, and nicely furnished. We found it very clean on our arrival. The furniture, including beds, chairs, sofa, are in great condition. The two bathrooms were convenient for the size of our group. The balcony and big terrace were great additions to enjoy outdoor meals and snacks. The town is rather quiet, so perfect for having a good rest. There are supermarkets at walking distance, making your life easier. The view to the surrounding hills are great. One bedroom is located in a separate unit across the corridor of the staircase. This means, for example, that the person sleeping there must open the door of the main apartment with the key if he/she wants to use the toilet during the night. It is not a big deal, but we think this can be communicated more clearly. In the big bathroom, the showerhead didn't have any holder where to place it. In the small bathroom, the holder of the showerhead didn't hold it properly. The place didn't have a corkscrew, though it was provided to us next day upon asking for it.
