• Wil (5/5): Some positives, staff needs training, however. - Good location, close enough to Prom Phong BTS station and the Emsphere malls, very close to two vegan restaurants-waki waki and vistro. American style buffet available but healthier options would be appreciated over western junk breakfast food. Strict two water bottle limit on rooms. Suggest the hotel get a water filtration machine for guests as comparable properties like LiveZen have. The staff are below average for friendliness in Thailand. Management consider sending undercover staff to evaluate staff friendliness and train them or fire them.

Breakfast offered good variety with an egg station, but the food was often served cold rather than hot. On a positive note, the concierge staff was very helpful. Overall, a mixed experience with service inconsistencies and maintenance issues. Shower water pressure is kind of weak, less accommodate reception when asking for extra drinking water.

• Philip (7/5): Although hotel is an older type, it can gives things I want. - I requested the floor same as pool this time, more convenient. View still good from the room. The safety box is not digital.
• HT_nyc (10/5): Budget-friendly hotel in the heart of Bangkok - The hotel was very easy to reach from the airport and just a short walk from the Phrom Phong BTS Station. It offers excellent quality at a budget-friendly price. The staff were exceptionally friendly, especially the doorman, who always greeted me warmly, and the housekeeper, who greeted me each day with a smile. After a long overnight flight, I was so grateful to be allowed a bit of an early check-in. Although I usually stay in a different part of Bangkok, I really enjoyed exploring this neighborhood. The hotel also has a pool, but my stay was too short to take advantage of it this time. Next time, I’ll stay a bit longer so I can include a relaxing pool day! Since breakfast was complimentary, I can't complain too much, but I did wish there had been a bit more of a selection-specifically some sweet options like cookies or pastries, which would have made for a great breakfast.

Rien, du petit déjeuné à l'accueille tout est parfait.

Die Nähe zu den Öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß Der Pool war etwas schmutzig und könnte renoviert werden.

I would stay if facility was upgraded - Price and location, swimming pool was great but hated it closing at 6pm. Rooms were old, not enough electrical outlets for technology items. The bathrooms need serious upgrading; shower/tubs dangerous to step into due to height, mold spots everywhere in shower tile; toilets small and low to the ground; vanity and sink also need upgrade.

• Claire (5/5): Good - Value for money brownout but no generator or lights in my room and in the entire floor. But my friends staying in suite room has lights which is unfair. If brownout, the hotel must have generator for all type of rooms especially its late afternoon to evening when it happened
