• Marco D. (10/5): Piacevole soggiorno in Cappadocia - Albergo caratteristico, prima colazione con prodotti di qualità, buona la cena proposta. Abbiamo soggiornato in una stanza ampia. A pochi chilometri numerose attrattive della favolosa Cappadocia Tutto bene, bisogna tenere presente che alcune camere possono essere poco luminose, come la maggior parte degli alloggi ad Urgup.
• Kadir (9/5): - L’hôtel bénéficie d’un emplacement idéal : au calme tout en restant proche du centre, ce qui permet de tout faire à pied sans avoir besoin de véhicule. L’architecture est superbe et le rapport qualité-prix excellent. Le petit déjeuner était bon sans être waouw.
• MIWAKO (7/5): 壁の砂問題を解決したら良いホテル - まだ設備が新しいので、カビ臭などは無く清潔で良かったです。 ホテル全体の雰囲気も良かったです。 朝食時間は8時〜ですが、出発が早かった為7時〜食べれるよう用意して頂きホスピタリティーは良かったです。 真ん前にミニスーパーもあり便利な立地です。 ベッド上の天井だけカバーされていたから良かったが、朝起きたら、カバーされていない天井部分の壁から砂が落ちてきており、スーツケースを開けていた為、大変な事になりました。
• Hani (10/5): Above and beyond expectations! - The hotel manager and staff were so welcoming and accommodating of our requests. Hospitality in this region is just on another level. The staff looked out for us and went out of their way to make sure we had an optimum experience not just in the hotel but also for our tours. We arrived by bus and they made arrangements for us to be picked up even though it’s not ordinarily a service that is being provided. On our final day, they made sure the bus captain of the bus we took to the city knew that we had to be at the bus station by a certain time so that we did not miss it. Truly, I am blown away by the hospitality and service provided. All of this on top of the beautiful premises, spacious and well-decorated rooms, excellent breakfast and adorable pets on site. We were very grateful to have found this gem of a hotel! Thank you so much for everything.
• Timur (10/5): A nice boutique hotel by far underrated with its ***. - Very stylish small hotel built from two classic old houses . Large room with very tall stone arch celling. Nice decoration of the room with some antique elements. We had a kind of a barrel hanging in a special niche on the ropes - I guessed that it was originally designed to do a home made butter. There were also very nice traditional vases, carpets and old photos of the area. Hotel has a nice green yard where guests can relax from sightseeing. Breakfast was good with plentiful mese. I understand that old doors add style , but someone should fix its balance. It opens itself and bumps into the wall with a loud noise in the middle of the night . I think our neibourghs from the upper flour were not happy

• Joanna (9/5): Place where dreams come true. - The climate of the place, feeling cozy, spacious room, outstanding breakfasts and clean property. Sorting a payment issue required more patience than I had, which left a small flaw on 3 night stay.
• Bruno (5/5): Beautiful building, terrible showers - Beautiful building, not far at all from the centre of town. Free parking right in front which was very helpful. Comfortable beds. Easy check in and out. Price with breakfast was also good value. Room was on the top floor and there was a serious issue with shower water pressure - effectively non-existent - and constantly going from hot to freezing. Not at all what was expected, and in itself a reason to not go back until fixed
• __konstantin (10/5): Everything was great! Highly recommended! - We were given a room that did not have air conditioning and was very humid. But the administrator suggested changing the room to a more spacious one, where it was not very humid and the air conditioning was working. In addition, the new room had a large bathtub. The breakfasts were great! The staff is very friendly!
• Justijne (8/5): Very good - The room is equipped with tea and small bottle of water. It has air con and small fridge which is very useful in the hot summer. The location is in the centre of the town. The breakfast is served from 8 to 10. They have good loundry service for extra money. No problem with car parking although the parking is not provided by hotel. They change toilet papers and other things in two days. The air con is dripping and we got small flood in the room at night. The breakfast is various but not always fresh. Second day of our stay we got melted butter, old bread and old French fries. The second bad was situated directly near the front door so in the morning it was difficult to sleep as the part of window was not covered and it was bright. The staff does not speak English at all.
• Azlina (9/5): Ahmet is very helpful with everything. the best you could get in Cappadocia. Ahmet helped us with airport pick-up; arran - it is a very nice boutique hotel. we are a family of 4 from Malaysia. we stayed at the family room with one king-size bed, and 2 single beds. Ahmet (our nice host) upgraded our room so we had a nice jacuzzi which my children enjoyed very much. The room came equipped with hairdryer, fridge, iron, and all necessities. The location is 5-minutes walk from the Urgup town. very convenient also for tour-pick up and not in tourist-crowded area. The hotel would be nicer with air-conditioning. however as we stay in a cave hotel, the temperature is always cozy.
