Brian (5/5): 5 star in name only - Location was good but not very pretty. Near a metro. The spa steam was out of order. The breakfast was like a fight for food. Messy and not a great selection. Processed food. I forgot some items and they will not post them to me, saying it's a service they don't offer. Cleaning was ok but they forgot the towels one day. Children of other guests running in the halls late at night. Nothing done about it.

Mohammed (10/5): تجربة رائعة بفريق عمل الفندق بالأخص مدير الفندق أسامه - كانت إقامتنا في فندق Millennium Plaza Doha ممتازة للغاية. في بداية الإقامة واجهنا بعض الملاحظات المتعلقة بالغرفة، ولكن ما يميز الفندق حقًا هو سرعة الاستجابة والاحترافية العالية في التعامل مع الضيوف. قامت الإدارة بحل المشكلة بشكل فوري. أود أن أتقدم بشكر خاص للسيد أسامة على متابعته الشخصية وحرصه المستمر على التأكد من رضا عائلتي طوال فترة الإقامة. كان تعامله راقيًا واحترافيًا ويعكس مستوى الخدمة المتميز في الفندق. كانت تجربة رائعة، وسأكون سعيدًا بالعودة للإقامة هنا مرة أخرى، وأوصي بالفندق للعائلات الباحثة عن الراحة والخدمة الممتا لا شيء

Mohamed (6/5): - The location near for everything, has a spacious room and quiet What I did not like about my stay was the poor level of service provided by the reception staff. Upon arrival, there was no greeting or warm welcome, and some staff were using their phones while attending to guests, which appeared unprofessional. Their attitude often felt unfriendly and unhelpful, making guests feel as though they were asking for a favor rather than receiving a service they had paid for. In addition, after check-in, no information was provided about the hotel’s facilities such as the swimming pool, gym, restaurants, or other amenities. This is basic information that should be shared with guests to enhance their stay. Another major issue was the lack of responsiveness from the reception team. On several occasions, calls to the reception desk went unanswered, making it difficult to get assistance when needed. Overall, the reception service fell well below the standard expected from a hotel and significantly affected the guest experience.

Abdulrahman (8/5): فندق جميل وقريب من سوق واقف ويعتبر كل شيء قريب منك. - المرافق والموقع العاملين جداً متعاونين. هو مو ما اعجبني للامانه انا جيت بيوم العيد وكان فيه زحمه استلمت الشقة متاخر وهذا حسب رغبتي. كان عندي ملاحظتين تنظيف الغرفة طق علي وانا نايم قلت له ساعين وتعال سحب علي طلبتهم اتصال وعن طريق السستم ولم يتم التنظيف حتى عودتي الساعه 11:30 مساء بعد ما اجريت الاتصال دقيقتين ومرسلين لي شخص قام بواجبه كامل النقطه الي ما اعجبتني هي خروجي اكثر من 8 ساعات وارجع بدون تنظيف المكان. النقطه الثانيه وقت الخروج طلبت الموظف عشان يشيل معي الشناط نص ساعه ما جاني ونزلت اخلص اموري لقيته توه شايل عربيته وجاي لي.. باقي الامور بالفندق جميله للامانه..

Amari (1/5): - Very Disappointing Experience I had a very disappointing experience with this hotel. Due to an issue that occurred during my stay, the hotel management promised to refund part of the amount as compensation. I was clearly informed that the situation would be resolved and that the refund would be processed. However, it has now been over a month and I have not received any refund. I have tried contacting them several times via email and phone calls, but unfortunately, there has been no response and no follow-up from their side. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism and communication. I hope the management takes responsibility and resolves this matter as soon as possible. تجربة سيئة جدًا كانت لدي تجربة مخيبة للآمال مع هذا الفندق. بسبب مشكلة حدثت أثناء إقامتي، وعدتني إدارة الفندق بإعادة جزء من المبلغ كتعويض. وتم إبلاغي بوضوح أن الوضع سيتم حله وأن المبلغ سيتم تحويله. ولكن الآن مر أكثر من شهر ولم أستلم أي مبلغ. حاولت التواصل معهم عدة مرات عبر الإيميل والهاتف، ولكن للأسف لم أتلق أي رد أو متابعة من طرفهم. أنا مستاءة جدًا من قلة الاحترافية وضعف التواصل. وآمل أن تتحمل الإدارة مسؤوليتها وأن يتم حل هذه المشكلة في أسرع وقت ممكن

رحال (10/5): - انا في سفر ماحب اجامل والكل يعرفني سيئ اقول عنه سيئ وزين اظل امدح في تبارك الرحمن انا اول مرا اسكن في فندق ميلينيوم بلازا اصلا وهذي اول مرا اسكن في الدوحه لكن ولا غلطه من ناحية مكان سهل وصول قريب من البحر كل خدمات عندي اطلاله ولا اروع خدمة سيارات موجودين على مدار الساعة واستقبالهم ولا اروع اللوبي تحت وايد نظيف وراقي الاستقبال رسبشن الكل الصبح الظهر والعصر واخر الليل كلهم استقبالهم حلو وابتسامتهم تسبقهم وبال اخص الأخت الفاضلة انتصار المغربيه تتحدث كل اللغات المغربي واللبناني والانجليزي ومتعاونه جدا مع نزلاء ويوجد تحت كافي وشيشه حق اللي حاب يغير جو وهم في ماكينه صرافه وفي مطاعم تحت والغرف نظافه ممتازه والله كثر ماراح اتكلم قليل في الاسطاف والادارة صح اهنيكم فقط ملاحظه وحده في الفندق وانا اعتبرها موملاحظه اعتبرها متابعه فقط علي وهوا مسبح لازم يكون في اكثر متابعه لان كانت في ريحه عزكم الله بول لان اغلب موجودين أطفال والكل يعرف طفل ماراح يطلع من مسبح ويروح حمام فا يسوي في مسبح لازم يكون في متابعه اكثر هذي ملاحظه الوحيده في الفندق
Aysha (7/5): Meh - Location and price The service has been disappointing throughout my stay. Upon check-in, I noticed that the toilet paper in the bathroom had already been used instead of being replaced with a new roll, which was extremely unhygienic and unpleasant. In addition, the shower gel dispenser in the shower area was jammed and not functioning properly. My reservation also includes breakfast, however the breakfast service has been consistently poor. Every morning, I have to repeatedly call out for the staff member responsible for preparing omelettes because he remains inside the kitchen instead of attending the food station. I often have to wait and call several times before anyone comes to assist me, which becomes frustrating. Since I have been here for multiple days, the staff member already recognizes me, yet the same issue continues daily. On one occasion, he prepared my eggs, left them beside the oven, and walked away into the kitchen, forcing me to reach over the counter myself to collect the plate. Another unacceptable incident occurred when I attempted to pour myself coffee and discovered lipstick stains on what appeared to be a clean cup. This raises serious concerns regarding cleanliness and hygiene standards at the hotel.
