Guest Reviews
- Craig (8/5): - Facilities in the apartment were great, especially kitchen and bathroom
Good location for getting around that part of Cornwall
Quiet at night A little difficulty actually finding the apartment, not obvious how to drive there in the final 100m
Bed was pretty uncomfortable
- Beverley (10/5): - Everything was perfect ๐ฏ
- Sam (10/5): - Very clean and tidy well maintained everything you need,
Great location
Really helpful
- Bowyer (9/5): Great property, great location for seeing Cornwall - Good location, everything we needed in the apartment which was clean and warm Although there was parking, it was a bit precarious, being on the corner of the property, as it wasnโt possible to drive to the street door, which was through an alley
- Cory (9/5): -
- Donald (10/5): -
- Josephine (10/5): -
- LARISSA (8/5): Lovely flat! - The flat was perfectly decorated and thought to make our stay as lovely as possible. We found all we need when cooking and all devices worked great - shower and heating system were excellent! Bed could be comfier, too soft.
- Michael (9/5): A good base to visit the gardens in Cornwall -
- Lucy (8/5): -
- Steven (8/5): - I had a problem with the tv's. One was dead, and the other had been logged out. Both problems were fixed quickly. Thank you. The bed is a bit soft when it warms up.very

- Sal76 (9/5): Break Away - The accommodation was lovely and comfortable and we enjoyed our stay here.
We were welcomed with a lovely box of fudge on arrival and a selection leaflets of places to visit.
There's a lovely restaurant directly opposite to the property, where we dined on the last night there. We had instructions on how to use the heating buy didnt realoae we needed to first flip the switch on from the electric meter.
A little added touch would be slat and pepper mills.
- Jan (9/5): Such a convenient and comfortable stay, right in the town centre. - I booked the property for my monthly work trip to the area, the apartment was easy to find and the hosts instructions for parking and key collection was very helpful and easy to follow. Although the parking is quite tight, it is conveniently outside the property.
The apartment was extremely clean and had everything you could possibly need for your stay. The bed is really comfortable and found my sleep was better than it is at home!
The local shops are literally outside the door.
I will be staying again on my next work visit as I found this much more comfortable than a hotel. Another lamp in the lounge would be good, I hate having the "big lights" on, and found just the one little lamp wasn't quite enough light.
- Richard (10/5): Our week in Cornwall. - Very central for all the places we wanted to visit and walking distance to a choice of shops and places to eat. Parking was a little on the tight side.
- Twells (9/5): -
- Thomas (10/5): -
- Madalina (10/5): - The apartment was very nice and clean with everything we needed, and it's 15 minutes away by car from most of the beaches and other attractions. We even had Netflix, which was very nice for evenings or rainy days. Great location and free parking available. Maryna and Dave were very helpful and responsive when we asked about something. Thank you very much for everything. Highly recommend! We definitely want to come back! Everything was perfect for our stay.

- Barry (9/5): Would recommend the lovely apartment in centre for getting about - Lovely and clean every thing you need very spacious great shower ground floor apartment very quiet and in centre of town short walk to shops really enjoyed our stay (we only have one complaint the pillows on the bed were to high which spoiled our sleep)apart from that it was great and I would recommend it
- Vicky (10/5): Fantastic location-home from home - Great location for exploring the local area. Central to town for ease of eating out. If you like to self cater there is a cooker and microwave, plus dishwasher and fridge. The bed was really comfortable and all bedding, towels supplied and spotlessly clean. The commutation from the owners was very good with clear instructions on how to find the property. Would 100% recommend. Nothing-all good
- Paula (10/5): We was visiting our daughter and grand daughter and decided to cook them a roast on the Sunday and I was very happy to s - Very comfy felt like home from home

- Mark (10/5): Exceptional - Comfortable like home from home very clean nicely decorated and a nice touch leaving us a box of fudge, ideal base for us walking the coastpath in this area Nothing not to like
- Tina (8/5): A lovely little apartment in an ideal location for sightseeing around Cornwall - We were self catering, which was ideal for us as we were able to make our own meals or eat out when we fancied. The kitchen was well equipped with everything that you required. There was even a small box of Cornwall fudge which was a nice touch. We liked the fact that there was Netflix available at no additional cost. The location was ideal as it was a 10 minute walk to the bus and train station from which you could travel all over Cornwall and beyond. It was a bonus to be able to park our car outside the apartment building as it was in the Town. We would have liked a small table and chairs to eat at instead of the breakfast bar or softer chairs to sit on at the breakfast bar.
- Jade (10/5): Hidden Gem - Very spacious, warm and cosy. In a great location not too far from trains and busses to other areas of Cornwall. Conveniently close to bars and restaurants. The hosts were very helpful and communicated well. Couldn't of asked for a more comfortable stay, this apartment literally had everything you'd need.

It was clean, with every requirement considered & met. Decor was great along with furnishings, making it comfortable & relaxing to come 'home' to. The place is looked after & cared for and guests have been considered. Netflix provided which was good.
Communication with owners great, we arrived early thanks to good traffic and were able to access early. All Good . . .

Cinema was nearby when weather was bad. There was only Wetherspoons to have a drink in the evening. We didnโt find the sofa or bed very comfortable

Thanks for a great week.
Dale & Emma. Parking was a little tight, having to park tight against the house but always managed and was never busy due to being blocked at one end. Also, being our personal parking space, it was never taken.
- Jessica (10/5): Exceptional -

- Steven (9/5): It has everything I needed a comfy warm bed. Great location for transport. - The apartment was warm after a 10 hour train ride and it was raining heavily as I walked from the station to the apartment(about 10 mins) it was so welcome. To grab a cup of coffee and sit in the warmth before unpacking and settling in. The archway seems to be used as a shelter for people to light cigarettes. I even had a couple of the woman and a man shelter a few minutes whilst they had a dispute with another person on their mobile.

- Laura (9/5): Great stay! - The apartment is great, very comfortable and clean. Location is also amazing and the free parking was absolutely helpful. Would definitely stay there again! The only thing we could say wasnโt perfect, was the shower. Low pressure shower and the temperature of the water kept oscillating.
- Steven (8/5): Great location, clean and comfortable apartment, would stay again. - Centrally locted in the heart of St. Austell. Easy access to public transport. The apartment is clean and tidy and the Charlestown theme is a nice touch. No UHT milk although tea and coffee are supplied, if you arrive late and can't or don't have milk you cannot take advantage of this. A few times unknown people walked up the alleyway past the property. Bedroom is at the front of the apartment and there was yelling and screaming from late night people.
- Elisha (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is lovely and clean and decorated beautifully There wasnt anything to dislike
- Graham (9/5): Superb - Very clean, all the facilities we needed and very spacious compared to a hotel room
- Maia (8/5): Very good - Lovely apartment, deceptively spacious with lovely kitchen and bathroom We found the mattress to be far too soft and caused backache
- Reuben (10/5): Exceptional -
- Philip (10/5): Short weekend break in. St Austell - Fantastic apartment. The quality of the fixtures and fittings was superb. We had tea and coffee left for us on arrival as well as water in the fridge which gave us time to have a quick cuppa before poping to the shop. The location was great in the centre of town. We were supprised how quite it was being in the town centre. Didn't here a peep. Definitely will stay again. There was nothing not to like.
